Everyone knows that health is the greatest value, the basis for self-realization and the main condition for people to fulfill their social and biological functions. Health-saving behavior and thinking are laid down at school. But at the same time, the school environment hinders the promotion of health. The early start of education, the intensification of the educational process, the use of pedagogical innovations entail a discrepancy between the load and the capabilities of the child's body and lead to a strain of adaptive mechanisms.

It is encouraging to note that today education system aimed at maintaining the health of students. The task of teachers is not only to give children knowledge, but also to form successful individuals who are ready to fully live and raise the future generation. And without health it is impossible. That is why health-saving technologies are currently being implemented at school.

The role of the teacher

A teacher can do even more for a student's health than a doctor. He is not required to perform the functions of a medical worker, just teachers must work in such a way that training does not harm schoolchildren. In the life of students, the teacher occupies one of the main places; for them, he personifies everything important and new, including being an example in matters of health conservation.

The teacher must have professional qualities that will allow him to generate fruitful ideas and provide positive pedagogical results. These qualities include the following:


What should a teacher know

The effectiveness of the use of methods and means of health-saving methods in the educational process is influenced by various skills of the teacher, namely:

  • analysis of pedagogical situations in the aspect of recovery;
  • establishing contact with a group of students;
  • mastering the basics of a healthy lifestyle;
  • forecasting the development of schoolchildren;
  • modeling of the system of relationships in the conditions of health-improving pedagogy.

The teacher should show students by personal example how to take care of their own health and the health of others. In the event that a healthy lifestyle is the norm for a teacher, students will properly accept health-saving technologies at school.

In order to effectively introduce healthy lifestyle ideas into the practice of a teacher, three problems must be solved:

Health-saving educational technologies in modern school(SOT) are all technologies, the application of which in the process learning is coming for the benefit of the students. If ZOT is associated with the solution of narrower tasks, then they include pedagogical methods and techniques that provide students with safety during their stay in an educational institution.

All forms of health-saving technologies at school are linked into a single system and are based on the desire of teachers themselves to improve. If during the implementation of pedagogical functions the task of maintaining the health of teachers and students is solved, then we can say that the implementation of the educational process is carried out in accordance with the LOT.

The main task of the school is to prepare the child for an independent life by obtaining necessary education. But how can a teacher be indifferent to the fact that his pupils have an unfavorable state of health, which is progressively worsening? This question is largely rhetorical, but one of the answers to it was the demand for health-saving technologies by the heads of educational institutions and teachers.

Goals pursued in the process of implementation of the AST

According to GEF, health-saving technologies at school are aimed at achieving the following goals:


Different approaches

The use of health-saving technologies at school began relatively recently; before that, the concept of sanitary and hygienic measures existed in the pedagogical lexicon. Many people still equate these two terms with each other, but this is a primitive view of the content of the work to preserve and improve the health of schoolchildren, which should be carried out in an educational institution.

Pedagogy aimed at improving the health of children cannot be expressed by any one educational technology. These are all areas of activity in the school for health protection, taking into account the living conditions of the child and the most important characteristics of the educational environment.

Children in school should receive knowledge that in later life will be in demand by them. And the achievement of this goal is impossible without health-saving pedagogy, which is a set of methods and techniques for organizing the educational process without harming the health of teachers and students. Possessing pedagogical knowledge and closely interacting with schoolchildren, their parents, medical workers and colleagues, the teacher plans his activities taking into account the priorities of strengthening and maintaining the health of participants in the educational process.

Classification

Health-saving technologies at school according to the Federal State Educational Standards imply a set of psychological, medical, pedagogical influences that are aimed at ensuring and protecting health, forming the right attitude towards it. There is no single unique health technology. Health saving acts as one of the tasks of a certain process of education. Such a process can have a medical and hygienic orientation (close contact between a teacher, a health worker and a student), a physical culture and health improvement (physical education is a priority), an environmental one (the formation of harmonious relationships with nature), etc. .

Health-saving technologies and health psychology at school include many psychological and pedagogical methods of work and approaches to solving possible problems that are familiar to most teachers. For example, the educational process, which has a medical and hygienic orientation, involves the use of preventive programs, the implementation of activities to educate students about sanitary standards, the provision of hygienic learning conditions, etc.

Environmental health-saving technologies have slightly different directions. Activities at school with such an orientation of the educational process will be reduced to educating schoolchildren to take care of nature, introducing them to research work in the field of ecology.

As for physical culture and health technologies, the main tasks here are to train willpower and endurance, hardening, forming healthy and trained personalities out of physically weak people.

Health-saving technologies at school are classified not only by approaches to health protection, but also depending on the nature of the action. So, there are protective-preventive, stimulating, information-training, compensatory-neutralizing and other technologies.

Functions

POTS have a number of functions:

  • Formative. Implemented on the basis of social and biological patterns the formation of personality. Individual mental and physical properties human are predetermined by hereditary qualities.
  • Reflective. It consists in rethinking past personal experience, in increasing and maintaining health, which makes it possible to measure the results achieved with the available prospects.
  • Diagnostic. It consists in monitoring the development of schoolchildren on the basis of predictive control, due to which it is possible to measure the direction of the actions and efforts of the teacher in accordance with the child's capabilities given to him by nature. Health-saving technologies at school provide an individual passage of the educational route for each child, an instrumentally verified analysis of the factors and prerequisites for the future development of the educational process.
  • Informative and communicative. ZOT provide a broadcast of the experience of forming a caring attitude to one's own health.
  • Integrative. Health-saving technologies at school combine various education systems and scientific concepts, folk experience, guiding them along the path of increasing the health of the younger generation.

OST in elementary school

Each educational institution has specific obligations both for educational, educational and health protection of children. What health-saving technologies are used in elementary school? In fact, there are a lot of them. After all, already from the first grade, children are taught the habits of a healthy lifestyle. There are many challenges facing the teaching staff.

  • promoting a culture of health,
  • improvement of methods and forms of work to preserve and further strengthen the health of schoolchildren;
  • the formation of students' needs and qualities that contribute to the development of health.

Each primary school class should be assigned a separate classroom equipped with technical teaching aids. In the office, the air-thermal regime must be observed.

Health-saving education technologies in primary school involve the use of various forms of work with students and their parents, implemented by class teachers and school medical staff. Here are some of them:

  • health monitoring;
  • prevention and prevention of diseases;
  • design of information stands;
  • timely information about upcoming vaccinations;
  • performances at parent meetings etc.

IN primary school conversations should be held with students on the topic of personal hygiene, prevention of colds, schoolchildren's regimen, proper nutrition etc.

It is recommended to use the “Full Day School” model in the work of an educational institution, in which an individual regimen is drawn up for each student, including the ability to “switch” from one activity to another, the development of independence and individual abilities, and preventive measures aimed at organizing students’ free time.

Health-saving technologies at the beginning. schools are implemented through a complex of recreational activities:

  • class hours "Doctor Aibolit", "If you want to be healthy ...", "Visiting Moidodyr", "Forest Pharmacy", etc.;
  • outdoor games during breaks;
  • gymnastics for the eyes and physical education in the classroom;
  • school sports competitions;
  • conversations with a doctor;
  • in the afternoon - sports watch "Strong, dexterous, courageous", "The fastest", "Merry relay", etc.;
  • newspaper editions.

Particularly sensitive in students primary school is an nervous system, therefore, during the lesson, it is important to change activities and work modes through physical education minutes, listening to relaxing songs.

Health-saving technologies in secondary school

Pupils of the middle and senior levels are already more thoroughly and seriously studying everything related to health protection. They get acquainted with the problems of the interdependence of maintaining the body in good physical shape and proper nutrition, learn about how amateur and professional sports affect life expectancy, and comprehensively discuss bad habits youth (drinking alcohol, smoking, drug addiction) and their impact on the mental and physical state of a fragile body, childbearing, and so on.

High school students talk about the above problems in groups, at conferences, prepare reports, projects, abstracts on relevant topics, creatively process information of interest, thereby also developing educational competence and creative abilities.

Finally

Majority contemporary problems, which reflect the complexity of the situations that have developed in the system general education and those in need of prompt resolution are connected in one way or another with the health of the younger generation. And this encourages teachers to contribute to the formation and preservation of the health of students through the use of health-improving pedagogy.

In modern Russia, the problem of organizing health-saving education and upbringing has acquired particular relevance.

The World Health Organization defines health as "a state of bodily, mental and social well-being". Thus, the concept of "health" has elements of the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual aspects.

It is not easy for an applicant who has become a student to get used to and adapt to the new mode of life in an educational institution. New mode learning activities, changes in diet and physical activity, the need to study more educational material- all this negatively affects the health of the student.

In this regard, there is a need to apply the basics of health-saving pedagogy.

Health-saving pedagogy is, first of all, the readiness and certain ability of an educational institution to ensure a high level of educational activities without serious damage to the health of participants in the educational process. Health-saving technologies in education are a systematically organized set of programs, techniques, methods for organizing educational processes that do not harm the health of its subjects.

Health-saving educational technologies are a qualitative characteristic of any educational technology, its “safety certificate for health”, it is a set of techniques, principles and methods of pedagogical work that complement traditional technologies of education, upbringing and development with health-saving tasks.

Based on the challenges of health saving, all pedagogical technologies in this direction are divided into 3 groups:

1) technologies that most seriously harm the health of students and teachers. This category includes the traditional, class-lesson teaching technology developed by Ya. A. Komensky, technologies that are characterized by an exaggerated overload of the educational process and the active use of authoritarian pedagogy are also suitable here.

2) technologies in which the process of preserving and strengthening the health of participants in the educational process is a priority. It is these technologies that are called health-saving.

3) all other pedagogical technologies, which are the largest group of technologies, cannot be clearly qualified and judged on their impact on the health of the subjects of the educational process. To include them in the other two groups, it is necessary to analyze and study them, as well as to evaluate their results in terms of the impact on the health of students and teachers.

The goal of any educational technology is to achieve a certain pedagogical result in the processes of education, upbringing, development. Health saving in modern pedagogy cannot act as the only, main goal of the educational process. Health saving is only a condition, one of the tasks of achieving the main educational goal.

The following types of educational technologies can be distinguished:

- healing (proper physical training, physiotherapy, hardening, gymnastics, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, art therapy, massage);

- health-saving (establishment of a healthy diet, development of physical activity, vaccinations as a preventive measure)

– technologies for teaching and developing health (inclusion of relevant topics on physical development in subjects of general professional and professional cycles);

- upbringing right culture health (additional classes on the formation and development of the personality of students, various educational activities, competitions and festivals, etc.).

Health-saving educational technologies should ensure the constant development of the individual, his natural abilities: mind, need for activity, moral and aesthetic feelings, mastering the experience of communicating with people, nature and art.

The goal of educational health-saving technologies is to provide students with the opportunity to carry out the processes of maintaining health during their studies at the university, the opportunity to form necessary knowledge, skills and habits of a healthy lifestyle, as well as providing opportunities for active participation in preventive activities, the use of acquired knowledge and competencies in everyday life.

The main components of innovative and health-saving technologies are:

1. The axiological component, manifested in the awareness of the special value of their health by students, the conviction of the need to lead a lifestyle that allows them to fully achieve their goals, use their physical and mental capabilities.

2. The health-saving component, which includes a system of general attitudes and values ​​that create a system of skills and abilities in the field of hygiene necessary for the natural functioning of the body, as well as a system of methods and exercises aimed at improving the skills and abilities to take care of oneself, clothes, place of residence, environment.

3. The epistemological component, associated with the daily acquisition of the knowledge and skills necessary for the process of health preservation, the study of oneself, one's abilities and capabilities, interest in one's health issues, in the study of the necessary literature, various directions for improving and strengthening one's body.

4. The emotional-volitional component, which includes the manifestation of the mechanisms of psychological mechanisms - volitional and emotional. A necessary condition for maintaining health and well-being are positive, favorable emotions and experiences, thanks to which a person forms and consolidates the desire to lead a healthy lifestyle.

5. The environmental component, taking into account the environment, is that a person as a biological species exists in conjunction with the natural environment, which provides the individual with specific biological, production and economic resources. Consideration natural environment as one of the prerequisites for the health of a person as a person, makes it possible to introduce the formation of skills and abilities of adaptation to environmental factors into the content of health-saving education.

6. And finally, the health-improving component, which implies the possession of certain methods of activity aimed at developing and increasing motor activity, preventing signs of physical inactivity. In addition, this component provides hardening of the body, an increase in adaptive capabilities. This component is aimed at mastering the important life qualities of a person, which increase the general and subjective performance, as well as the skills of personal and public hygiene.

One of the authors (Zimina O. E.) proposes for consideration the fundamental basic model integrated work on the preservation and promotion of health in higher educational institutions. This model consists of six blocks.

The first block is the infrastructure of educational institutions that creates a health-saving environment. The block includes the following components:

Material and technical equipment gyms the necessary equipment and inventory in accordance with the educational standards of the HPE;

Availability and proper equipment of a medical office, provision of medical personnel;

The presence of a student canteen, operating in a convenient mode in accordance with all the requirements of GOSTs;

Organization of quality food;

Qualified teaching staff in the required quantity.

The overall responsibility and control over the implementation of this block lies with the administration of the university.

The second block is the organization of the educational process. The block includes the following components:

Compliance with hygiene standards and requirements in the organization and control of the volume of classroom and independent workload at all stages of training;

The use of teaching methods that have been tested, corresponding to the age capabilities and characteristics of students;

The introduction of any innovative methods only under the control of relevant specialists and regulatory authorities;

Indispensable compliance with all requirements for the use of technical means in training (computer, audiovisual means);

Rational organization of physical culture classes and activities of an active-motor nature;

Accounting individual features the body of the student, work on programs adapted to the individual.

The implementation of this block will create conditions for improving the efficiency of the educational process.

The third block is the organization of physical culture and health-improving work. The block includes the following components:

Full and effective work in physical education classes, sections,

Creation of conditions for the work of sports sections;

Regular sports and recreational activities.

Properly organized physical culture and health work will become the basis for the organization of the motor regime of students, contribute to the effective physical culture development of students, and will increase the adaptive capabilities of the body.

The fourth block is the organization of systematic preventive, methodological and educational work with the teaching staff to improve the skills of university employees. The block includes the following components:

Classes (lectures, seminars, consultations, courses) on health saving issues;

Distribution of scientific and methodological literature on a healthy lifestyle;

The fifth block is dynamic monitoring of the student's health. The block includes the following components:

Regular analysis in the relevant structures educational institution students' health status;

Creation of an integrated system of pedagogical, psychological and social assistance to students;

Involvement of qualified medical workers in the implementation of all stages of work to preserve and improve the health of students studying at the university.

When implementing these blocks, the following possible risks may arise:

1. The complete absence or unformedness of individual teaching staff of the desire to improve the professional culture on health issues.

2. Low self-esteem of the teacher's personality, including personal anxiety, self-doubt, negative self-perception.

3. The incompetence of administration representatives in the application of health-saving pedagogical technologies.

A student spends most of his time within the walls of an educational institution, so it is within these walls that he needs to create a favorable health-saving environment. During the entire period of study, students should form an attitude towards a correct, healthy lifestyle and lifestyle, physical self-improvement and the need for regular and stable physical education and sports.

    Medico-preventive technologies or as they are also called therapeutic and prophylactic- these are technologies that ensure the preservation and enhancement of the health of children under the guidance of the medical staff of the preschool educational institution in accordance with medical requirements and standards, using medical devices. These include the following technologies:

    Organization of health monitoring of preschoolers;

    Determination of the optimal load on the child, taking into account age and individual characteristics;

    Organization and control of children's nutrition;

    Organization and control of physical development and hardening of preschool children;

    Organization of preventive measures;

    Organization of control and assistance in ensuring the requirements of SanPiN;

    Health-saving educational technologies- this

One of the principles of such technologies is taking into account the personal characteristics of the child, the individual logic of his development, taking into account children's interests and preferences in content and activities in the course of development and education. The construction of the pedagogical process with a focus on the personality of the child naturally contributes to his prosperous existence, and therefore health ./slide 9/

    Technologies for providing social and psychological

well-being child - technologies that ensure the psychological and social health of a child - a preschooler. In our kindergarten, the main task is to ensure the emotional comfort and positive psychological well-being of the child, in the process of communicating with peers and adults in the kindergarten and family, ensuring the social and emotional well-being of the preschooler. The implementation of these technologies is carried out by a psychologist teacher through specially organized classes with children, as well as a teacher and preschool education specialists in the pedagogical process of a preschool educational institution. This type of technology can be attributed to the technology of psychological and psychological - pedagogical support for the development of the child in the pedagogical process of the preschool educational institution. /slide 10/

    Technologies of health saving and health enrichment

preschool teachers - technologies aimed at developing a health culture of kindergarten teachers, including a culture of professional health, developing the need for a healthy lifestyle. The task of these technologies is to ensure the valeological education of teachers and parents ./slide 11/

Technologies of valeological education of parents- folders - movements, poster information, conversations, joint events, etc. /slide 12/

And the most basic and important type of all health-saving technologies is

Motor activity and formation of physical culture of preschool children;

The implementation of these technologies is carried out by a physical education instructor and educators in the conditions of specially organized forms of recreational work in kindergarten. Separate techniques of these technologies are widely used by educators in various forms of organizing the educational process: in direct educational activities, walks, in sensitive moments, in joint and independent activities of an adult and children.

We build all work on the implementation of health-saving technologies on the basis of:

I will list those health-saving technologies that have already been introduced into the practice of each kindergarten. These include:

    Directly educational activities in the field of "Physical culture"- an organized form of physical development. Conducted by an instructor physical education in all groups in accordance with the requirements of the program, in different forms: game, subgroup, individual, training, competitive, etc.

    Directly educational activities in the field of "Health"- activities to familiarize children with their bodies, creating the prerequisites for taking care of their own health. Conducted by an educator, physical education instructor. Health is an integrated form of work with such activities, as physical culture, the basics of life safety, valeology.

    Sports entertainment, holidays.

    Wellness work in the pool - swimming lessons occupy a special place in the physical development, development and health promotion of preschool children. Swimming helps to form physical qualities and the ability to prevent dangerous situations on the water. Regular swimming lessons have a positive effect on the hardening of the child's body, and adaptation to the aquatic environment improves. Water has a strong healing effect. In our work, we use elements of water aerobics, synchronized swimming, a gender approach in teaching children to swim. The section "Dancing on the water" is working. /slide 21,22,23/

Also in the practice of work, we use other technologies, which we will dwell on in more detail.

    Gymnastics DO-YIN - complexes of movements for muscles and joints with elements of self-massage with a pronounced tonic effect. Used by a physical education instructor in direct educational activities in physical education with older preschoolers ./slide 24.25/

    Health-improving technology "BOS-health - learning and improving" - this technology is aimed at increasing the resistance of the organism of preschool children to colds, improving the psycho-emotional state of the child, improving attention and memory, developing the functions necessary for further learning, such as organizing activities, general intellectual development, visual-spatial perception, hand-eye coordination.

On the example of the health-improving technology "BOS-health" we will tell on the stages of implementation of all innovative health-saving technologies in our kindergarten. /slide 26/

health classes, that's what we called them - the most modern technology of healing (using computers), which is used to teach children health skills. The purpose of these classes- the formation of the habit of correct breathing in children ./slide 27/

This technology in our kindergarten is used partially, in correctional (speech therapy) groups, because there are a small number of children in them, in classes with teacher-speech therapist for development speech breathing and in physical education classes. The acquisition of expensive equipment for the full use of this technology is currently not considered possible.

In 2010, on the basis of experimental activities, this health-improving technology was introduced into the pedagogical process of our preschool institution.
