Develop your voice at home. We improve the timbre of the voice. Exercises for setting speech breathing

The beauty of the voice depends on the natural timbre. Unfortunately, it is impossible to change the timbre that nature has endowed. But every vocalist can develop and deliver a voice. How to develop a voice on your own - you will learn from our article.

 • do breathing exercises;
 • perform articulation exercises;
 • spend a lot of time singing;
 • exercise;
 • give up smoking.

We put the voice at home

Breathing exercises

 1. In a standing position, place one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach. Breathe in through your nose while expanding your belly and expanding your chest. Exhale with your mouth. Repeat this exercise for 2 minutes.
 2. Take a small breath in through your nose and hold your breath for 5 seconds. Exhale through your nose as long as possible. Repeat the exercise for a minute.
 3. Take a small breath through your mouth, as you exhale, sing the vowels one by one. That is, first, as you exhale, you sing the letter "A", then "E", and so on until the letter "I".
 4. Take a big breath in through your nose. On one exhalation, say the numbers from 1 to 5. Continue the exercise, adding one by one.

Articulation exercises

 1. First you need to do a warm-up: reach your tongue to your nose, then to your chin. Repeat the exercise 5-6 times. Make a "rinse" with the help of the cheeks, alternately inflating and deflating the cheeks. Chew your lower and upper lip for 30 seconds. Make circular movements with the lower jaw. At this point, any exercises from articulatory gymnastics are suitable. Make sure you stretch your tongue, cheeks and lips.
 2. Prepare a few tongue twisters and read them daily. It is important to pronounce the entire phrase on one exhalation. Such exercises will help to change the quality of the sound of the voice.
 3. Say a long sound "m" with your mouth closed: start pronunciation in a low voice, gradually adding a sound, and then go down again.
 4. Now pronounce a long "r" sound: with a relaxed tongue, touch the upper palate. Increase the sound volume gradually.
 5. Inhale air through your nose, and as you exhale, say "ha" sharply. Continue the exercise for a minute.

What influences voice development

 • Smoking. Nicotine adversely affects the work of the vocal cords: the voice becomes rough, while the range of singing is reduced;
 • Temperature difference. Don't talk to outdoors in severe frost, especially on the run. Otherwise, there is a risk of planting a voice. After the bath, it is not recommended to sing and talk loudly;
 • Maintaining correct posture will help the voice sound brighter and louder;
 • Go swimming: this will help keep the muscles that are involved during singing. For the same purpose, accustom yourself to morning exercises and walk more;
 • Eliminate seeds, chips, crackers from the diet. Food should be consumed warm;
 • Develop your ear: train yourself to listen to classical and instrumental music;
 • Read a few pages of any book aloud every day.

To begin with, an inspiring example of the famous American actress Meryl Streep. On one of the TV shows, she was asked to read the most boring short texts with different intonations. The actress made the recipe sound sexy, read the road report from the point of view of a woman who went into labor, and the Wikipedia article from the voice of a bored teenager.

Voice control

1. Inhale quickly and smoothly and pull "a-a-a" at a height acceptable to you, expelling air slowly and evenly for 10 seconds. Listen to the sound, make sure that it is stable to the end. Repeat the exercise for 5 minutes twice a day, increasing the time, if possible, without straining the larynx to 20-30 seconds. Save your breath, leave a sufficient supply of air.

2. Pull "ah-ah", but this time change the sonority. Start quietly and gradually increase the volume of the sound to the limits of good audibility, and then reduce it to complete fading. Do this for several minutes daily until the sound becomes stable and obedient.

3. Read excerpts from fiction aloud. Watch your breath. Can you complete sentences? Is there enough air for this? Engage in reading aloud until you achieve sufficient airflow pressure when pronouncing the most expressive words.

We hold attention

Too fast speech betrays the inner tension and nervousness of the speaker and can cause discomfort to the listener. You need to give the listener time to understand what you are saying. Too slow and sluggish speech, on the contrary, leads to a loss of attention of the interlocutor. The following two exercises will help you adjust the pace of your speech.

 1. Read aloud passages of text to a partner at a different pace: as fast as possible, as slowly as possible, at an average pace - vary the voice tempo from maximum to minimum. At the same time, the partner gives you feedback: how your voice is perceived in this or that case. Choose the most perceptually successful voice patterns and read the text for 10 minutes a day, varying the pace. Record your speech on a voice recorder and check your perception with that of your partner.
 2. Speak a speech or text, varying the placement and length of the pauses. Your partner evaluates the effect of the spoken speech and helps to correct it in accordance with the tasks that you have defined for yourself.

Information and intonation

 • Speak in a register from highest to lowest. The partner gives feedback and helps to develop the most pleasant pitch of the voice.
 • If your voice is too high, read aloud daily, relaxing your larynx muscles, until you develop a lower voice and use it becomes habitual.

But the most important speech characteristic that unites all voice features is intonation. It is she who carries more than half of the auditory information. Say a phrase aloud, for example, “Once upon a cold winter time,” and learn to convey a state of curiosity, interest, indifference, peace, anger, disgust, anxiety with the help of intonation. Use a voice recorder or a partner for self-control. Please note that the finality and immutability of the judgment is characterized by a rapid increase or decrease in intonation. The more sharply the intonation falls, the more categorical. Slowly rising and shallow intonations express uncertainty, bewilderment, doubt. Deep emotions always require a less jerky and smoother change of intonation. Suspicion, anxiety, threat can be expressed by lowering the voice.

The wisest men of all time have given great importance to:

Hazrat Inayat Khan, an Indian musician and philosopher, believed that by knowing the secret of sound, one can know.

In my opinion, the voice is an even more frank mirror of the soul than the eyes. Eyes can be turned aside, hidden behind dark glasses, and the voice, if you do not own it, will tell about all the problems of the personality: it will reflect the inner reality of a person in all colors. For example:

 • You raise your voice unnecessarily - it means you are worried and losing control of yourself;
 • The pace of speech accelerates - uncertainty;
 • You interrupt and try to answer without listening to the end of the question - you are annoyed.

But if we own this powerful tool, then with its help we can harmonize our inner world(gain confidence and calmness), which means creating our reality.

After all, the voice is our calling card. Special exercises for voice training , will teach you to speak beautifully, confidently and freely. Your opinion will always be listened to, and in your address you will never hear: "It would be better if he did not open his mouth."

Do you need to work on your voice

 • Reading with a pencil.

We hold a pencil or wine cork between the front teeth. At the same time, the mouth is ajar, the tongue does not touch the cork (pencil), the teeth are bared. We pronounce those sounds, during the pronunciation of which the lips do not turn on in movement: k, g, g, k, d, n, n, l, l, d, d. Next, we combine them with vowels.

We take any book and read aloud a few pages in this uncomfortable position. It needs to be repeated daily. The positive effect is noticed quickly.

For example: we quickly repeat kpti-kpte-ktpo-ktpa-ktpo-ktpu-ktpy, then ktpi-ktpe-ktpa-ktpo-ktpu-ktpy and so on combining with different vowels (ktpi-…, kpti-…, tpki-…, birds-…).

We perform the same actions for the consonants B G D, Zh R L, M R L in combination with the sounds of the vowels Y O E AND A U.

 • Write down those sounds that are difficult for you to pronounce(for example, r, c, l). Make up sentences with words in which these sounds are repeated often. Repeat these suggestions daily.
 • Say the vowels first silently and then with a voice: iiiiii, yoyoyoyo, ooooh, yayyyyy, aaaaa. The mouth should be open wide, the jaw drops freely.
 • Read your favorite poems, pronouncing and pressing on the sounds of yayayay, aaaaa, iiii, eeee, yoyoyoyo.
 • Speak tongue twisters: first - slowly, then - quickly, clearly and rhythmically:

Oriental Duck

The Ligurian traffic controller regulated in Liguria.

Redstart-gory-tailed redstarted redstart cubs.

The avocet-avocet has bobbed the avocets.

And I don't feel sick.

Brit Klim-brother, Brit Gleb-brother, brother Ignat - bearded.

The pike tries in vain to infringe on the bream.

He did not carry, but he conveyed to us.

The nervous constitutionalist was found acclimatized in Constantinople.

A heron is carrying a pig with a pike on a sled.

A large pile will not bore you.

Rhododendrons from the arboretum.

Now this, then the other, then this, then the other, then the woodpecker seems to be an Egyptian god there.

 • Grandma's method: we take walnuts in our mouth and talk, read aloud for 20 minutes every day. Remember the film "I am the most charming and attractive" with Irina Muravyova in leading role. There she developed her speech in the same way. The main thing - you need to pronounce the syllables clearly.

lower jaw training

You should practice in front of a mirror, only the articulatory organs should participate in the exercises, and the forehead, nose and eyes should be motionless. Do the exercises smoothly and slowly.

 • We lower the lower jaw by two fingers and hold it in this position, counting to five. Mouth slowly close.
 • We lower the lower jaw and slowly move it to the left and right.
 • We lower the lower jaw and slowly push it forward and return it to its original position.

We train the muscles of the tongue

A sedentary and sluggish tongue often leads to a loss of speech intelligibility, it becomes blurred and slurred.

 • Roll up your tongue.
 • Stick your tongue out of your mouth as far as you can and move it left, right, down and up.
 • Lick everything inside your mouth with your tongue, as if cleaning, penetrating into the farthest corners.
 • Click your tongue, pressing it firmly against the sky and then sharply lowering it.
 • Perform all these exercises with high quality, but without undue stress.

Lip training

 • In the initial position, the mouth is closed, the muscles of the lower jaw are relaxed. Alternately raise and lower the upper and lower lips, while the gums are not visible, and the muscles of the face are calm.
 • Pull the corners of your mouth to the sides, and then pull your lips forward with a tube. First imitate, then pronounce the sounds y - and.
 • Repeat the combinations of labial consonants bm, mb, mp, pm and labio-dental mv, em, vb, bv, etc.
 • Massage the lips: with the lower teeth, the upper one, and the upper teeth, the lower one.
 • Stretch your lips with a tube and move left and right.

Throat muscle training

 • First mentally, then in a whisper, then aloud alternately pronounce the sounds “and”, “y”. Repeat at least 10-15 times.

This exercise develops the mobility of the larynx: the pronunciation of the vowel sounds “and” takes the larynx to the highest position, and the phonation “y” lowers it to the lowest position.

 • Teeth closed, suck in air.
 • Lips stretched forward, suck in air.
 • Imitate chewing movements with your mouth open and closed - during the exercise, the muscles of the larynx, soft palate, pharynx, lips and tongue are vigorously contracted.

We develop sonority and flight voice

We train the upper resonators:

 • While sitting or standing, take a short breath through your nose. At the same time, with your mouth closed and without tension, say "n" or "m" with an interrogative intonation. Try to feel the vibration in the area of the upper lip and nose.
 • Take a deep breath. Breathing out, say "bonn", "donn" or "bimm". Speak the last consonant lingeringly, achieve a sensation of vibration in the area of the upper lip and nose.
 • Inhale deeply. Exhaling, pronounce the syllables “momm”, “mimm”, “ninn”, “nunn”, “nann”, etc.
 • Take a deep breath. As you exhale, first say briefly, and then draw out any of open syllables: moo-muu, mi-mii, mo-moo, but-noo, ni-nii, etc.

Training the lower resonators(vowels "y" and "o" pronounce drawlingly and most low):

 • In a standing position, place your hand on your chest. Make a yawn with your mouth closed, fix the larynx in the lower position. Exhaling, say "y" or "o", try to feel the vibration of the chest. If it doesn’t work, you can artificially cause vibration by lightly tapping your hand on the sternum.
 • In a standing position, place your hands on your chest. Leaning forward, exhale and pronounce long and drawn out vowels "y", "and".
 • Standing position, hands on chest. Breathe out "window", "eye", "tin", "flour" or "milk".

To conclude this article, let me quote the words of Hazrat Inayat Khan:

The one who controls himself is free.

The choice of a free person is unlimited.

As you know, the power of the voice is an excellent help in those who earn their living by using their voice in their work. However, the strength and confidence in the voice can serve well not only people, so to speak, creative, but also completely ordinary, engaged in ordinary worldly affairs, developing their own business, advancing their careers, and simply those who are used to and love to interact with other people. .

It's not a secret for anyone that through competent placement of accents in the voice, setting stresses and other similar manipulations, one can achieve a truly amazing effect, for example, to provide what is necessary during negotiations, create a first-class impression of oneself, or influence a person so that he does what you need.

How to make your voice stronger?

First, it should be said that the method of increasing the strength of the voice consists of three important components:

 • The first and most important is the training of the parts of the body that take part in the process of forming the voice: the vocal cords, the muscles of the larynx, the chest, etc.
 • The second component can be called the work of training competent and correct pronunciation the strongest sounds in human speech
 • And the third factor is the observance of a special diet, i.e. eating certain foods

Let's consider each of these points in more detail.

Muscle training to enhance your voice

Exercise #1

You need to go to the mirror, open your mouth wide and try to see your larynx and tonsils. If you try to tighten your throat or say something, you will see that the muscles of the throat go into a tense state, and then relax again. Try to feel these muscles. This does not require a large number time.

Once this result is achieved, begin to purposefully tighten and relax the muscles of the larynx. Try to do this procedure without making much effort and controlling the rate of contraction.

After a certain amount of training, it will be possible to perform this exercise without using a mirror, because you will already acquire the skill of controlling the tension in your throat.

Exercise #2

Similarly, other components of the voice-forming system need to be trained. These include resonators that control the sounds you make. These resonators are sources of sound and exist three types are chest, throat and nasal resonators.

Approach the training of resonators like this: again stand in front of the mirror and start making long sounds “and”, “e”, “a”, “o”, “y”, trying to change their sound. Try changing the tone from low to high and vice versa.

Keep in mind that the presented sequence of sounds is not chosen randomly, because. each of them affects the body in a certain way: the sound “and” improves blood circulation, the sound “e” activates the muscles of the throat and neck, the sound “a” has a positive effect on the chest area, the sound “o” increases the blood supply to the heart, and the sound “u” makes the voice deeper and deeper.

We should not forget about several important components of the second exercise:

 • The muscles of the face during the pronunciation of the strongest sounds must be relaxed as much as possible, because. this greatly facilitates voice control;
 • Breathing must be correct, i.e. measured and even. Restricted and erratic breathing will not allow your voice to be strong and firm. In addition, when you inhale through your nose, you activate the nasal resonator;
 • You need to control your posture - the straight and even position of the spine affects the timbre and quality of the voice. Strive to ensure that the spine is not clamped, and you yourself are comfortable when you are standing or walking - it will be much easier to develop the correct pronunciation.

In conclusion of this section, it can be noted that training should be subjected not only to individual muscles, but to the entire body in general. Only in this case it is possible to achieve a good result in staging the voice.

Practicing the correct pronunciation of sounds

Practicing the correct pronunciation of sounds also involves performing a series of exercises.

Exercise #1

To begin with, it is worth starting to master the sound "r". To work out the sound "r", it is recommended to do the exercise in three stages:

 • At the first stage, we pronounce "r" quite quietly
 • At the second stage, we pronounce "p" with an average volume
 • In the third stage, pronounce "r" as loudly as possible

Try to make the sound you pronounce as correct, sonorous and clear as possible - this will allow you to make your voice stronger by adding a somewhat “metallic” sound to it.

But before you train in the sweeping pronunciation of the sound "p", you need to prepare the muscles for work using the methods that we discussed above, as well as by pulling the tip of the tongue to the upper palate in the area of the upper teeth. With the tongue in this position, pronounce any words where the letter “r” is present, or make a loud growl, imagining yourself, for example, as a ferocious tiger.

Exercise #2

The second exercise is a rather original technique for increasing the power of the voice through unusual behavior. Sounds a little unusual, but you have to start acting like Tarzan from the famous movie.

To do this, stand up straight, tightly clench your hands into fists and begin to pronounce in turn all the sounds that we talked about earlier, or some others.

But remember that you need to pronounce the sounds as loudly as possible and on the exhale, and with your hands you should beat yourself on the chest from time to time, imitating the behavior of the aforementioned hero. If Tarzan is not associated with you in this way, you can imagine yourself as a gorilla - then you will definitely succeed.

The "tarzan" or "monkey" exercise will not only help you make your voice stronger, but it will also clear your diaphragm of dirt, mucus and moisture. So don't be surprised. And after you clear your throat, stay "Tarzan" a little longer to consolidate the result.

It is also interesting that voice experts advise resorting to this exercise in the morning, indicating that it will serve the body as a whole. And given that, this can bring you a double result.

Voice Amplification Diet

In addition to what can be found today that have a beneficial effect on physical and even mental health, there is also a special diet that has a targeted effect on the strength of the voice. But if you thought that now you will need to radically change your diet, then we hasten to reassure you: you won’t have to change much.

To date, it is known for certain that the egg yolk, if consumed raw, has a great effect on the surface of the vocal cords and throat, making them softer and more elastic. For this reason, nutritionists of professional artists insist that one raw egg should be eaten every morning.

In addition to eggs, there are other foods that can help in amplifying your voice. First of all, speaking of such products, it must be said about milk - it, like eggs, makes vocal cords elastic and soft. But milk should not be consumed cold, but not hot either. It should be warm, i.e. its temperature should be lower than the temperature of the milk that many of us drink for colds, otherwise you will simply burn your ligaments.

If you do not like milk or you, God forbid, are allergic to it, you can replace this product with sweet warm tea. Sugar is not mentioned here by chance, because it contains glucose, which also affects the elasticity of the ligaments.

That, in fact, is all. Do the exercises presented by us at least once a day, and in a week your voice will become stronger and velvety. And having entered these exercises into the system, after a while you will no longer remember that your voice was once weak, because. the body adapts and gets used to new loads.

The voice is the most important tool for communication between a person and the people around him. With it, you can both win the trust of an opponent, and immediately push away, making a negative impression. Exercises for the development of the voice can give it a beautiful sound and solve many problems.

Breathing exercises for the voice are practices from yoga for the development of speech breathing. The most famous is the complex developed by Alexandra Strelnikova. It is designed to train and massage the muscles involved in sound production. Exercise helps expand the lungs, increasing their volume. Particular attention is paid to the breath.

A set of exercises for beginners includes 3 main classes.

Exercise #1

We stand straight, elbows down. We take a short noisy breath - hands clenched into fists. Unclench your palms, synchronously exhaling air in any form (through your nose or mouth).

One cycle includes 4 breaths. After there is a break of 4 - 5 seconds. In total, it will be necessary to carry out 24 cycles, in each of which there are 4 inhalations-exhalations.

Important points:

 • it is not necessary to control the moment of exhalation - the main emphasis is on a noisy breath;
 • there should be no air retention during inhalation or exhalation;
 • if you feel dizzy, then the exercise can be performed while sitting (the back is strictly straight).

Exercise #2

We stand straight, palms clenched into a fist, pressed to the waist. We take a short noisy breath through the nose. At the same time, we lower our fists to the floor, unclenching our fingers. We return to the starting position. The exhalation is free, the hands return to their original position.

The cycle is equal to 8 movements. This is followed by a short rest - 3 ... 5 seconds - and a new cycle follows.

Important points:

 • while inhaling, it is necessary to strain the area of the shoulder girdle;
 • you do not need to open your mouth wide when exhaling;
 • exercise can be done lying / sitting.

Exercise #3

Stand up straight. Lean forward slightly, round your back, head down. We take a short noisy breath through the nose, straighten our back slightly and exhale freely.

The cycle includes 8 breaths. Then a short break and repeat the cycle.

Gymnastics to improve diction and articulation

Diction is responsible for the intelligibility of speech and the clarity of words. How to develop good pronunciation? To this end, it is necessary to train the movable part of the articulatory apparatus.

Any exercise for the development of diction is a continuation of breathing exercises.

Reading with a pencil

We take a pencil with our front teeth, without touching it with our tongue. We pronounce sounds aloud, in the pronunciation of which the lips do not take part - k, g, d, n, l, d. Then we soften them. Then we add vowel sounds to them.

We read any book aloud with a pencil in our teeth. You need to voice two or three pages. You have to work every day.

The combination of certain consonants and vowels

During the exercise, you need to pronounce a combination of three consonants with one vowel. It is necessary to mix a combination of KTP sounds with vowels letters Y, O, E, I, A, U. (Example: ktpy-ktpo-ktpe-ktpi-ktpa-ktpu). The sequence of consonants can be changed, but the final sound is always a vowel.

Consonant sounds may be different - BGD, ZhRL, MLR. The vowels remain unchanged.

Working out sounds that are difficult to pronounce

Each person has his own sounds, on which he periodically “stumbles”. Most often it is R, C, L.

You need to make sentences that include problematic consonants as often as possible, and say them out loud every day, pronouncing all the letters clearly.

Pronunciation of vowels

First, we pronounce the vowels I, E, O, I, A - each 4 times - without a sound, and then out loud. The mouth is opened wide, the lower jaw moves without tension.

Reading poetry aloud

We read any verses aloud, making rolling accents on the sounds I, A, I, E, E.

Tongue Twisters

It is necessary to pronounce any tongue twisters aloud. At the beginning of classes, this should be done slowly, gradually accelerating. It is very important that the sounds are pronounced clearly and rhythmically.

You can try to start learning. By practicing every day, you will definitely master it.

nuts

Nuts in the mouth is an old method of improving diction. Even ancient speakers successfully honed their diction in this way, using pebbles instead of nuts.

You need to take a handful of nuts and put them in your mouth. Say tongue twisters out loud, clearly pronouncing all the syllables. Practice daily for 20 minutes.

The number and size of nuts is determined individually, the main thing is to make sure that you do not have a gag reflex, which will definitely interfere with the exercises.

Training the muscles of the speech apparatus

Lessons to strengthen the lower jaw include the following exercises:

 • Open your mouth and hold the lower jaw down for 5 seconds. Then slowly close your mouth.
 • We make movements with the lowered lower jaw to the right - to the left. We do them at a slow pace.
 • The lowered lower jaw is brought forward and returned to its natural position. Conducts classes at a slow pace.

Tongue muscle training is a must. Inactive, underdeveloped muscles of the tongue cause slurred speech. The exercises will be as follows:

 1. You need to roll your tongue into a tube.
 2. Stick your tongue out as far out of your mouth as you can. Make them move up-down-right-left.
 3. Lick your lips, paying particular attention to the corners of your mouth.
 4. Click your tongue actively.

Exercises must be performed at a free pace, without muscle tension.

Strengthening exercises facial muscles and lips includes the following exercises:

 • The mouth is closed. Raise/lower your lips without opening your gums. The muscles of the face should not be tense.
 • Stretch your lips in a closed smile, and then fold them into a tube.
 • Perform a lip massage: gently wrinkle the upper one with the lower teeth, and the lower one with the upper ones.
 • Fold your lips into a tube and move them left and right.

The muscles of the pharynx also need training.

 • It is necessary to repeat the sounds I, U in turn. First in a whisper, then out loud. You should feel muscle tension in the throat area. Only 15 repetitions. The exercise helps in developing the mobility of the muscles of the larynx.
 • Breathe in through clenched teeth.
 • We stretch our lips with a “duck” and draw air into ourselves.
 • Imitation of chewing food. First open, then closed. The muscles of the larynx, soft palate, tongue, lips and pharynx receive the load.

Gymnastics that develops the power of the voice

 • It is necessary to pronounce aloud pairs of syllables AM-OM, UM-EM, YM-IM. In this case, the first of them should sound loud, and the second - quieter.
 • It is necessary to voice the syllables “AY-AY-AY”, “OH-OH-OH”, “HEY-HEY-HEY” aloud in the sequence of loud-muffled-voiced.
 • It is necessary to imitate a dog's roar, a steamship whistle, a buzzing bee, a mosquito squeak. Sounds are pronounced at first in ascending order and with subsequent fading, as if the imaginary object were first approaching and then receding.
 • We sing aloud the following syllables in the form of a musical scale: MA-MO-MU-ME-WE-MI. First in order, then in the opposite direction.

Each exercise must be done 3 times. It is very important to breathe evenly.

Improving the timbre of the voice

idiosyncrasy. It is influenced by the structure of the vocal cords, the shape, and the volume of the resonators. It is impossible to change it, but to improve it by decorating with overtones is a completely solvable task.

A set of exercises that contribute to the improvement and improvement of the expressiveness of the voice timbre includes the following classes:

 • Get up. The back is straight. With your chin fixed, stretch your neck forward. Hold for two to three seconds. Then tilt your head back and hold again. Perform a series of back and forth movements until pleasant fatigue. Movements must be accompanied by the pronunciation of the words "forward - backward."
 • The mouth is open. The tongue is pushed forward, down. Tilt your head towards your chest. Pull your tongue towards your nose and, in sync with the movement, raise your head without throwing it back. Tighten your neck muscles. Run 6 - 8 times.
 • Take a deep breath. Exhaling air, we voice the word BOM aloud (with an emphasis on the last sound) so that in upper lip there was a distinct vibration.
 • Deep breath. At the air outlet, we pronounce the syllables MO-MOO, MU-MUU, MI-MII, ME-MEE. The first syllable sounds short and clear, the second - in a chant, drawling.
 • Starting position - standing straight, arms crossed on the chest. We make a slight inclination forward and on the exhale loudly, drawlingly pronounce the sounds U, O. Then on the exhale we sing the words MILK, EYE, TIN, WINDOW.
 • We pronounce the words GALYA and DOVE aloud, imitating the Ukrainian pronunciation of the sound "g". You don't need to strain your throat. The sound must come from the abdomen. We pronounce GALYA sharply, and DOVE - we pronounce it in a singsong voice. Repeat the exercise 8 times. Be sure to record the exercise on a voice recorder. This will help to understand if there is any change in the timbre of the voice.
 • Click your tongue for one minute, imitating the clatter of horse hooves. During the exercise, change the position of the lips: at first they are folded into a tube, at the end they are stretched into a wide smile.
 • The mouth is open, the nose is pinched with fingers. You need to breathe only through your mouth. At this time, it is necessary to read any text aloud.
 • The head is lowered, the chin is pressed to the chest. On the exhale, it is necessary to sound the sound O or U (o-o-o or o-o-o-o) until there is enough air. During the pronunciation of sounds, you need to lightly pat on the upper chest, strengthening the existing vibration. This timbre development exercise helps to improve the sound of chest sounds.
