The use of health-saving technologies in kindergarten

The author of the article: Shikhaleva Svetlana Evgenievna, senior teacher of the MKDOU "Kindergarten No. 25" of the city of Shadrinsk
The article "the use of health-saving technologies in preschool" is intended for educators and other employees of preschool educational institutions who use educational process health-saving technologies. The article describes the work of the club for parents to familiarize themselves with health-saving technologies.

"Health is what
what people want most
save and least of all cherish "
Jean de La Bruyère

The health of the child depends on the health of the parents, the health (psychological and physical) of the teacher, and the living environment (home and kindergarten).
In accordance with the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation", children's health is one of the priority areas of state policy in the field of education.
In the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education, the main task is to protect and strengthen the physical and mental health of children, including their emotional well-being.
A preschool institution is a center for promoting a healthy lifestyle, raising a family culture, shaping parents' knowledge, skills and abilities on various aspects of maintaining and strengthening health, both for children and adults. And only under the condition of the implementation of the continuity of physical education and health work in the preschool educational institution and the family, the joint purposeful activities of parents and teachers, will positive dynamics of children's health indicators and their orientation towards a healthy lifestyle be ensured.
The task of early formation of a culture of health is relevant. How to strengthen and maintain the health of our children? How to instill healthy lifestyle skills and develop cognitive activity? When should this start?
AT last years the question of the importance of health-saving technologies in the educational process is increasingly being raised.
What is health-saving technologies? These are many of the technological and pedagogical techniques and methods of work, technologies familiar to most.
Health-saving technologies in preschool education - technologies aimed at solving the priority task of modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintaining and enriching the health of the subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents.
We also have experience in applying health-saving technologies in our kindergarten:
1. Technologies for maintaining and promoting health:
Dynamic pauses
Mobile and sports games
Relaxation
Gymnastics (finger, eye, breathing, etc.)
Gymnastics dynamic

2.Technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle:
Physical education
Problem-playing: game trainings, game therapy
Communication games
A series of lessons "Health Lessons"
Point self-massage

3. Corrective technologies:
Technologies of musical impact
sand therapy
fairy tale therapy
Color exposure technologies
Psycho-gymnastics

It is important that each of these technologies has a health-improving focus.
We introduce health-saving technologies to parents at the club, at consultations, hand out leaflets, post information on the website of the preschool educational institution, and hold joint sports events.
In our kindergarten, a club for parents "7 Steps to Health" has been created. In the process of holding meetings, dramatizations, various games, elements of trainings, ICT (viewing presentations, videos) are actively used.
Based on the results of the work, children and parents receive homework and reminders on the organization of recreational work with children in order to consolidate the knowledge, skills and abilities gained at the meeting. Execution results homework discussed at subsequent meetings.
The motto of our club is "Children's health is in our hands". Our club has its own emblem, teachers have T-shirts with the club's emblem, the song:
1. Seven steps - club
meets you friends
Chorus: You are engaged in our club
And always be healthy
2. Seven steps is great
when the child is not sick, the child is not sick
In 2014, our club took first place in the city competition "The Best Family Club" in the nomination "Fun Family!" For this competition, according to the plan of the club, a meeting was held on the topic: “Health-saving technologies in kindergarten and at home. The effect of color on health.
Purpose: To give parents an idea about health-saving technologies and the positive effect of color on a child's health.

Parents and children traveled through the land of flowers on a magical steam locomotive. The stations were: yellow, red, green, blue. Travelers played, sang songs, participated in the relay race. Parents learned: how this or that color can affect the health of children and received the “Color Therapy” leaflets.

Each group of preschool educational institutions designed the "ZOZH" newspaper, and an exhibition of non-traditional equipment was also designed.

Application at work preschool health-saving technologies will increase the effectiveness of the upbringing and educational process, form value orientations among teachers and parents aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of children, if, relying on statistical monitoring of children's health, the necessary amendments are made to the intensity of technological impacts and an individual approach to each child is provided , positive motivations will be formed.

Introduction

“I am not afraid to repeat again and again: taking care of health is the most important work of an educator. Their spiritual life, worldview, mental development, the strength of knowledge, faith in one's own strength.

V.A. Sukhomlinsky.

One of the tasks of preschool education is to prepare children for a broad entry into life and, above all, into school activities.

An analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature, the results of comprehensive medical examinations conducted in various regions of our country, indicate that the majority of children entering school are in poor health. Basically, there are violations in the functioning of the musculoskeletal system, the cardiovascular system, the digestive organs, allergic reactions of various kinds are manifested.

This indicates that when children enter school, physical readiness is not sufficiently formed, which allows us to speak about the importance of physical culture and health work in educational institutions and in the family. Therefore, it is very important at this stage to form in children the knowledge and practical skills of a healthy lifestyle, a conscious need for systematic physical education and sports.

A reduction in the physical activity of children hinders the development of personality traits necessary for the successful formation of a new social role for a schoolchild.

Modern theory and practice in the field of physical development and rehabilitation of preschoolers require the heads of educational institutions and teachers to professionally select the content and choice effective ways work with children (taking into account the individual characteristics of each) for the competent construction of the process of their recovery.

Caring for the health of a child and an adult has become a priority all over the world. Our country needs creative individuals who are harmoniously developed, active and healthy.

As a result of the research, it was found that of the many factors that affect health, 50% is given to the individual lifestyle, which depends on the level of personality culture, style, quality, way of life. An important role in the development of responsibility for one's health is played by the lifestyle adopted in the family. At present, there are data according to which only 14% of every thousand children aged 15-16 can be considered practically healthy. The rest either have pronounced deviations in the state of health (50%), or suffer from chronic diseases (35%). In this regard, the study of the mechanisms and conditions for the formation of a healthy lifestyle is very important.

An analysis of the scientific literature allows us to state that the theoretical and methodological foundations of the regulatory framework are currently being formed, the health-saving resources of preschool educational institutions and the education system as a whole are being implemented.

According to M.M. Bezrukikh, E.M. Kazina, S.A. Sennikova, A.G. Sukhareva et al., Pre-school educational institution becomes the most important link in maintaining the health of children. and the starting point for the health-saving activities of a modern preschool educational institution is the implementation of health-saving technologies in the context of the psychological and pedagogical process.

Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 17.10. 2013 No. 1155 "On approval of the federal state educational standard preschool education” presents a system of necessary conditions that ensure the preservation and strengthening of the physical and mental health of pupils. The study load, the mode of study of pupils are determined on the basis of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Standards, approved by the Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation dated May 15, 2013. No. 26 Moscow. On the approval of SanPiN 2.4.1.3049-13 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the arrangement and organization of the operating mode of preschool educational organizations."

In the regional educational program Saratov region"Fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle" - the leading idea is the integration of health-saving and information technologies in educational activities, which determines the new quality of education, health, life of pupils and teaching staff educational institutions.

Thus, the task for the teacher is to create conditions for the correct physical development of the child, to ensure the optimal mode of motor activity, which contributes to modern development motor functions, the correct formation of the most important organs and systems in accordance with the age characteristics of preschoolers.

Chapter 1. Health-saving technologies

1.1 What is healthsaving technologies?

Health is the most important prerequisite for the correct formation of character, development, initiative, strong will, talent, natural abilities.

Health-saving technologies in preschool education - technologies aimed at solving the priority task of modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintaining and enriching the health of the subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents.

Kindergartens use innovative technologies, variable and additional programs.

1.2 Goal and objectives healthsaving technologies

The goal of health-saving technologies is the formation of a conscious attitude of the child to the health and life of a person, the accumulation of knowledge about health and the development of the ability to protect, maintain and preserve it, the acquisition of valeological competence, which allows the preschooler to independently and effectively solve the problems of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior, tasks related to provision of elementary medical, psychological self-help and assistance.

to preserve and strengthen the physical and mental health of children;

· to bring up a physically, mentally healthy and socially adapted child through the creation of a single health-saving space "Kindergarten - family" and the practical implementation of the preschool educational institution "Healthy child" model through the involvement of parents in a healthy lifestyle;

to form the foundations of a healthy lifestyle among preschoolers, to achieve a conscious implementation of the rules of health conservation and a responsible attitude to both their own health and the health of others;

to form in preschoolers the need for positive habits;

· fix individual health measures in the form of constant psycho-somatic states of the child, which will be reproduced in the mode of self-development;

To educate the child's ability to self-creation, to master psychological self-correction.

The task of strengthening the health of children is a necessary condition for their comprehensive development and ensuring the normal functioning of a growing organism. In order to maintain and improve the health of the child in one of the most crucial periods of his life, systematic, purposeful activities should be carried out both in the preschool educational institution and in the family.

In other words, when achieving good results, our children, entering into “ adulthood”, will have excellent health, which will allow them to lead a healthy lifestyle, and having a large store of knowledge will allow them to do it right.

1.3 Specieshealth-saving technologies

1. Medical and preventive technologies;

2. Physical culture and health technologies;

3. Health-saving educational technologies in kindergarten;

4. Technologies for ensuring the socio-psychological well-being of the child ;

5. Technologies of health saving and health enrichment of teachers of preschool education.

1.4 Stages of implementation of health-saving technologies

Analysis of the original health conditions, physical development and physical fitness of preschoolers, their valeological skills and abilities, as well as the health-saving environment of preschool educational institutions.

· Organization of a health-saving educational space in preschool educational institutions.

· Various health-improving modes (adaptive, flexible, sparing, according to seasons, during holidays).

A complex of hardening measures (air hardening, walking along “health paths”, prevention of flat feet, walking barefoot, rinsing the mouth and throat, maximum exposure of children to fresh air, invigorating gymnastics).

· Physical education classes of all types.

· Optimization of the motor regimen: traditional motor activities of children (morning exercises, physical education, outdoor games, walks) and innovative technologies for rehabilitation and prevention (rhythmoplasty, logarithmics, dry pool, massagers, tactile tracks).

Organization of rational nutrition.

· Medico-prophylactic work with children and parents.

· Compliance with the requirements of SanPiN to the organization of the pedagogical process.

1.6 The results of the introduction of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions

Formed skills of a healthy lifestyle of pupils, teachers and parents of preschool educational institutions

· Mastering knowledge about a healthy lifestyle by kindergarten graduates, their awareness of responsibility for their health.

· The manifestation of tolerance of all participants in the introduction of health-saving technologies in the pedagogical process of preschool educational institutions.

· Implementation of scientific and methodological approaches to the organization of work to preserve the health of children, to the creation of a health-saving educational space for preschool educational institutions and families.

· Improvement and preservation of somatic indicators of health of preschool children.

· Reduction of morbidity and improvement of children's health.

The successful solution of the tasks set and the fulfillment of the requirements of the State Standard is possible only if all means are used in an integrated manner. physical education(physical exercises, rational mode, hardening, constituting the triad of health). Therefore, the work on raising a healthy child is carried out through a system of physical culture and health improvement work, which includes all areas and the creation of a single health-saving space “Kindergarten - family”.

Chapter 2

At present, the analysis of thematic literature shows that in preschool educational institutions most often educators use health-saving technologies in the following areas:

2.1 Technologies savedhealth promotion and promotion

· Rhythmoplasty - performed 1-2 times a week for 30 minutes, not earlier than 30 minutes after a meal in the form of circle work from middle age.

· Dynamic pauses - are carried out during GCD, 2-5 minutes, as children get tired. During their implementation, elements of gymnastics for the eyes, respiratory, finger gymnastics and others are included.

· Outdoor and sports games - are held daily as part of the GCD for physical education, for a walk, in a group room. Games are selected according to the age of the children.

Relaxation. Children's mental health requires a balance of positive and negative emotions to maintain peace of mind and life-affirming behavior. The task is not to suppress or eradicate emotions, but to teach children to feel their emotions, control their behavior, listen to their body. To this end, in their work, educators use specially selected exercises to relax certain parts of the body and the whole organism. Conducted in any suitable room. Calm classical music (Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Mozart), sounds of nature are used for work.

· Aesthetically oriented technologies - implemented during the GCD of the artistic and aesthetic cycle, when visiting museums, theaters, exhibitions, etc., decorating premises for holidays, etc. For all age groups. Of particular importance is work with the family, instilling aesthetic taste in children.

· Finger gymnastics - carried out individually or with a group of children daily. Recommended for all children, especially children with speech development problems. Finger gymnastics are a means of increasing the efficiency of the brain. Trains fine motor skills, stimulates speech, spatial thinking, blood circulation, imagination. Conducted at any convenient time.

· Gymnastics for the eyes - carried out daily for 3-5 minutes. at any free time, depending on the intensity of the visual load, it helps to relieve static tension in the muscles of the eyes, blood circulation. During its implementation, visual material is used, showing the teacher.

· Respiratory gymnastics - is carried out in various forms of physical culture and health-improving work. In children, oxygen metabolism is activated in all tissues of the body, which contributes to the normalization and optimization of its work as a whole. Provide ventilation of the room, the teacher instructs the children on the mandatory hygiene of the nasal cavity before the procedure.

Invigorating gymnastics - carried out daily after daytime sleep, 5-10 minutes. The form of carrying out is different: exercises lying in beds, extensive washing; walking along the massage paths; easy running from the bedroom to a group with a temperature difference in the rooms and others, depending on the conditions of the preschool educational institution.

· Corrective gymnastics - is carried out in various forms of physical culture and health-improving work. The form of gymnastics depends on the task and the contingent of children.

2.2 Technologies aboutteaching a healthy lifestyle

· GCD on physical culture - held 2 times a week in the gym and 1 time in the air. GCD is carried out in accordance with the program according to which the preschool educational institution works. Regular exercise strengthens the body and improves immunity.

· Problem-playing (game trainings and game therapy) - are held in free time, it is possible in the afternoon. Time is not strictly fixed, depending on the tasks set by the teacher. The lesson can be organized invisibly for the child, by including the teacher in the process of playing activities. Conducted by educators, a psychologist.

· Communication games - are held 1-2 times a week for 30 minutes. from older age. Games are built according to a certain scheme and consist of several parts. They include conversations, sketches and games of varying degrees of mobility, drawing, modeling, etc.

· GCD from the "Health" series - 20% of the total program and 20% of the "Sa-Fi-Dance" classes are held in a playful way. Children are told about the individuality of the human body, they are introduced to the structure of some parts of the body and the main sense organs; conditions for their protection and hygiene. Children are led to understand what factors influence the improvement of human health. The following forms of GCD are used: excursions, entertainment, holidays, competitions, theatrical fairy tales, quizzes.

Self-massage is a massage performed by the child himself. It improves blood circulation, helps to normalize the work of internal organs, improve posture. It contributes not only to the physical strengthening of a person, but also to the improvement of his psyche. For children, self-massage is the prevention of scoliosis, colds, autonomic dystonia. Self-massage is carried out in the form of a game every day in the form of a five-minute session or as a dynamic pause in GCD.

· Point self-massage - is carried out on the threshold of epidemics, in the autumn and spring periods at any time of the day. It is carried out strictly according to a special technique. Recommended for children with frequent colds and respiratory diseases. visual material is used

2.3 Correctional technologies

· Art therapy - a way of healing children through art, is a method of beneficial psychological impact, aimed at restoring and maintaining mental balance, as well as the harmonious development of a person's personality. This is a huge list of exciting creative activities: isotherapy activities: drawing, modeling, appliqué, origami, etc.; music, singing and dancing classes, as well as reading fiction, fairy tales, dramatic art and much, much more. Thus, the complex method of art therapy is aimed at the comprehensive development of the child. Events are held in an exciting game form, in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.

· Technologies of musical impact - carried out in various forms of physical culture and health work. They are used to relieve stress, increase emotional mood, etc. Conducted by educators and music director.

Fairy tale therapy - held 2-4 times a month for 30 minutes. from older age. It is used for psychological therapeutic and developmental work. A fairy tale can be told by an adult, it can be a group storytelling, where the narrator is not one person, but a group of children, and the rest of the children repeat the necessary movements after the narrators.

· Technologies of exposure to color - are carried out as GCD 2-4 times a month, depending on the tasks. It is necessary to pay special attention to the color scheme of the interiors of the preschool educational institution. Properly selected colors relieve tension and increase the emotional mood of the child. Conducted by educators, a psychologist.

· Behavior correction technologies - conducted in sessions of 10-12 GCD for 25-30 minutes. from older age according to special methods, by a group of children of 6-8 people in a playful way, they have diagnostic tools and protocols for classes. Conducted by: educators, psychologist.

· Psycho-gymnastics - carried out 1-2 times a week from older age for 25-30 minutes. by special methods. Conducted by: educators, psychologist.

Phonetic and logopedic rhythmics - carried out 2 times a week with younger age not earlier than 30 min. after eating. ml. age-15 min., older age-30 min. GCD is recommended for children with hearing problems or for preventive purposes. The goal of GCD is phonetic literate speech without movement. Conducted by: educators, head of physical education, speech therapist.

Chapter 3. Implementation of health-saving technologiesgood caregiver during the day

3.1 Health savings maprunning technologies during the day

The whole mode of a preschool institution, the nature of relations and methods of educational work, various types of activities - all this should contribute to strengthening health and allow for the necessary physical activity of children throughout the day, to form a conscious attitude of the child to his health. Compliance with the regime allows you to clearly organize the life of the child and helps his body easily and quickly switch from one state to another. The observed daily routine has a positive effect on the development and health of a preschool child. Therefore, doctors recommend that parents at home organize the correct daily routine for their children.

In order to improve the optimization of the motor regime and increase motor activity, a map has been developed for the use of health-saving technologies in the daily routine for children in kindergarten, which includes various forms of physical activity, such as: morning exercises, individual work, physical minutes, outdoor and sports games, health jogging, gymnastics after sleep and walking along the “path of health”, sports leisure and holidays, music and physical education classes.

3.2 Implementation of health-saving technologies inIhalf a day

In the morning, the teacher greets the children with a friendly smile. A favorable atmosphere will allow you to positively set up children for the coming day, relieve anxiety, fatigue, isolation. To improve the mood of children, the teacher successfully uses various games in the morning reception. Such games involve shaking hands, stroking, warm, encouraging words, an interested attitude to the mood, well-being of each other, humor, smiles and laughter of children. They develop the ability to better understand themselves and others, the ability to obey certain rules, develop the ability to express themselves, the ability to regulate their behavior, teach the elements of the technique of expressive movements, techniques for relieving mental stress; create a healthy emotional arousal, cheerful mood. These games are held not only in the morning hours, but also in the afternoon and in moments of free communication.

One of the most important components of strengthening and improving the child's body, as well as organizing the child's motor regimen, aimed at raising the emotional and muscle tone of children, is morning exercises. Daily exercise under the guidance of an adult contributes to the manifestation of certain volitional efforts, develops in children a useful habit to start the day with morning exercises, which gradually involves the entire body of the child in an active state, strengthens breathing, increases blood circulation, promotes metabolism, causes a need for oxygen, helps development of correct posture. To prevent the occurrence of flat feet, exercises are offered to strengthen the arch of the foot - lifting on toes, on heels. The music that accompanies the movements creates a cheerful mood, has a positive effect on the nervous system of the child.

Morning exercises are carried out daily before breakfast, for 10-12 minutes outdoors or indoors (depending on weather conditions). Children are engaged in physical education. Morning gymnastics is carried out according to the program "Sa-Fi-Danse" - dance-rhythmic gymnastics. There are exercises recommended by the program for this age group, learned in advance and well known to children.

In order to prevent fatigue during GCD, associated with prolonged sitting in a monotonous position, requiring focused attention and maintaining the mental performance of children at a good level, the teacher conducts physical exercises that increase overall tone, motor skills, contribute to training the mobility of nervous processes, develop attention and memory, create a positive emotional mood and relieve psycho-emotional stress. The duration is 3-5 minutes. Physical minutes are held in numerous forms: in the form of exercises of a general developmental impact (movements of the head, arms, torso, legs), outdoor games, didactic games with different movements, dance movements and game exercises. A physical education minute may be accompanied by a text related or not related to the content of the GCD. Often such pauses are gymnastics to stimulate the activity of speech centers, which include exercises for speech correction: logorhythm, finger gymnastics, articulatory gymnastics, visual gymnastics. Sometimes relaxation exercises can be included in direct educational activities. They allow you to calm children and relieve muscle and emotional tension. Performing the exercise to quiet, calm, smooth music or to the sounds of nature “Noise of the Forest”, “Sea” increases the effectiveness of relaxation exercises, helps to more complete relaxation.

It also helps to restore and maintain emotional well-being and prevents mental disorders, included in the pedagogical process, psycho-gymnastics. These are games such as creating images of familiar animals, conveying their characteristics and habits. (“Merry Bunny”, “Sad Kitten”, “Angry Wolf”, etc.). Such tasks help to reduce emotional stress; teach children expressive movements; correct the emotional sphere; teach methods of communication that contribute to the correction of mood and behavior in a team of peers and adults.

In the course of the “health” GCD, children are given ideas about the structure of their own body, the purpose of organs, what is good and bad for the human body, as well as elementary skills in self-care and first aid. GCD has great importance in the education of the child's need for a healthy lifestyle.

Of course, in raising a healthy child, educators attach particular importance to the development of movements and physical culture during GCD in physical education. Moreover, in each age period, GCD in physical culture has a different focus: they give pleasure to small children, teach them to navigate in space, and basic insurance techniques; in middle age - develop physical qualities, first of all, endurance and strength; in older groups - they form the need for movement, develop motor abilities and independence.

Tempering activities, as an important part of physical culture, contribute to the creation of mandatory conditions and habits of a healthy lifestyle. The hardening system used by educators provides for a variety of forms and methods, as well as changes due to the seasons, age and individual characteristics children's health status.

For the greatest efficiency of hardening, educators are provided with:

a clear organization of the thermal and air conditions in the room (“thermal” hygiene); rational, not overheating clothing for children; observance of the regime of walks in all seasons; sleep with open transoms; hygiene procedures (washing and dousing hands up to the elbow with cool water, rinsing the mouth boiled water room temperature); walking barefoot in a group and in the summer for a walk, barefoot doing morning exercises and physical education.

One of the most effective hardening procedures in everyday life is a walk. In order for the walk to have an effect, the teacher changes the sequence of activities for children, depending on the nature of the previous GCD and weather conditions. So, in the cold season and after directly educational activities in which the children sat, the walk begins with a run, an outdoor game; in the warm season or after physical education and music classes - from observation, calm games.

A walk is one of the most important regime moments, during which children can sufficiently realize their motor needs. The best form for this is outdoor games and physical exercises on the street. In addition to outdoor games, educators widely use a variety of exercises in the main types of movements: running and walking; jumping; throwing, throwing and catching the ball; obstacle course exercises.

Physical exercises carried out in the fresh air contribute to the functional improvement of the child's body, increase its efficiency, development of protective forces in relation to adverse environmental factors. For every two weeks there are 3-4 sets of physical exercises in the air: for good weather (according to the season); in case of wet weather; for gusty winds.

Children of older groups visit FOK (pool). Doctors recommend recreational swimming to all children who do not have medical contraindications. Swimming lessons heal the entire body of the child and are a powerful stimulus to the mental and physical development of the child! But most importantly, swimming for children is an excellent hardening procedure that allows you to strengthen your immune system and prevent colds and other diseases!

3.3 Implementation of health-saving technologies inIIhalf a day

Great importance is given to the organization of a full day's sleep. To fall asleep, children use various methodological techniques: lullabies, listening to classical music and fairy tales.

Wellness activities after daytime sleep are designed to gradually transition children from a calm state to wakefulness. Gymnastics is carried out with open windows for 7-15 minutes. Used throughout the year various options gymnastics.

Workout in bed. Children gradually wake up to the sounds of pleasant music and, lying in bed on their backs over a blanket, perform 5-6 exercises of a general developmental impact. Exercises are performed from different positions: lying on your side, on your stomach, sitting. After completing the exercises, the children get up and perform several movements at a different pace (walking in place, walking on massage mats, gradually turning into a run). Then everyone moves from the bedroom to a well-ventilated group room and performs arbitrary dance, musical-rhythmic or other movements to the music. Gymnastics of a game nature consists of 3-6 simulation exercises: children imitate the movements of birds, animals, plants, create various images (“skier”, “skater”, “parsley”, “flower”).

Jogging along the massage paths are combined with contrast air baths and are held 2 times a week for 5-7 minutes. Children work out barefoot, walk at a fast pace along the path and smoothly switch to running (1-1.5 min.) And again switch to calm walking with breathing exercises. This contributes to the development of endurance, coordination of movements, the formation of the foot and the strengthening of the body of children.

Breathing exercises are performed. Gymnastic exercises that form proper breathing include exercises for setting up proper breathing through the nose, developing the muscles of the chest to increase its elasticity, and actively stretching the spine.

Acupressure is an elementary method of self-help to your body. Acupressure exercises teach children to consciously take care of their health, instill in them the confidence that they can help themselves improve their well-being, along with this, acupressure is the prevention of colds . Massage increases the protective properties of the nasal mucosa, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchi and other human organs. Under the influence of massage, the body begins to produce its own medicines, which are often much more effective and safer than pills.

Kindergartens began to use non-traditional means of physical education of children: rhythmic gymnastics, game stretching, dancing and others. The Sa-FI-Danse circle is held in the afternoon. The most popular is rhythmic gymnastics, the origins of which originate in ancient times - ancient Greece and ancient india. Even then, both of its components were valued - gymnastics and rhythmic dance. Currently, there are many rhythmoplastic directions, and one of the most accessible, effective and emotional is dance-rhythmic gymnastics. The accessibility of this type is based on simple general developmental exercises. Efficiency is in its versatile effect on the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems of a person. Emotionality is achieved not only by musical accompaniment and dance elements included in the exercises of dance-rhythmic gymnastics, but also by figurative exercises, plot compositions that meet the age characteristics of preschoolers who are prone to imitate, copy the actions of humans and animals.

The most striking event in the sports life of children is active recreation: sports holidays, sports activities, "Health Days". Active rest has a beneficial effect on the child's body, strengthens motor skills and abilities, develops motor qualities (speed, dexterity), promotes the development of a sense of collectivism, friendship.

3.4 Summer health work

Improving work by educators is also intensively carried out in the summer period and is a set of measures aimed at restoring the functional state of the child's body. The central place in this complex is occupied by the regime of the day, which provides for the maximum stay of children in the open air, the duration of sleep and other types of recreation appropriate for their age. All activities related to physical activity (outdoor games, work, physical education) are carried out during the hours of the least insolation.

In the implementation of summer recreational work, educators adhere to the following principles: the integrated use of preventive, hardening and recreational technologies; continuous implementation of preventive, hardening and recreational activities; predominant use of non-drug means of recovery; use of simple and accessible technologies; formation of positive motivation in children to carry out preventive, hardening and recreational activities; integration of the hardening prevention program into the family; increasing the efficiency of the system of preventive, hardening and health-improving measures through compliance with sanitary norms and rules in the preschool educational institution, optimal motor mode and physical activity, sanitary condition of the institution, catering, air-thermal regime and the use of various forms of recreational work. Significance justification: an increase in the time children spend outdoors in the summer will provide an opportunity to form a healthy lifestyle, increase physical activity, as well as enrich knowledge, activate thought processes in preschool children.

3.5 Development environment

A necessary condition for the implementation of enriched physical development and health improvement of children is the creation of a developing environment. The group is equipped with a "Sports Corner". It is equipped with both traditional equipment and non-standard equipment, which was made by educators and parents.

1. "Dry aquarium", which helps to relieve tension, fatigue, relax the muscles of the shoulder girdle.

2. Mat made of corks, buttons, cereals - for foot massage.

3. Sultans, turntables - for the development of speech breathing and an increase in lung capacity.

4 Massagers, including homemade ones. It is known that there are many points on the palms of the hands, massaging which can affect various points of the body.

5. Rugs: ropes with knots, sewn felt-tip pens - for massaging the feet and developing coordination of movements

6. Sports bags, etc.

In the “Health Corner” there are aspen bowls, walnuts, various smells (aromatherapy), bark, beads, rosaries, a magician, schemes for expressing emotions, schemes for acupressure, etc. All these items well relieve tension, aggression, negative emotions. Children, doing these things, imperceptibly improve their health.

The "Health Corner" also contains books, encyclopedias, illustrations, charts, considering them, children show interest in their health; didactic games: "The structure of the human body", "Sport is health", "We brush our teeth correctly", "We take care of our ears", etc. All these games will teach children to control themselves and their behavior, mood, strengthen cultural and hygiene skills, make them think about health.

3.6 Working with parents

In order to achieve the best results in children's health improvement, we create conditions for introducing children and parents to the traditions and values of a healthy lifestyle; we involve parents in the upbringing and educational process, parents actively participate in various events, we form parents' knowledge that allows them to educate a conscious attitude of children to a healthy lifestyle. We use different forms of work: conversations with parents, consultations, parent meetings with presentations, questionnaires, joint leisure activities, exhibitions of children's work jointly with parents, an open day, the creation of educational booklets, family sports meetings. We conducted an interview with parents, during which preschoolers asked questions about their health that were of concern to them, and parents answered them with pleasure.

The living conditions, the moral and emotional atmosphere in which a child lives, is entirely dependent on adults, and we, undoubtedly, are responsible for the happiness and health of children. Establishing partnerships with the families of pupils gives good results.

Visual stands in the locker room acquaint parents with the life of the group: with the Convention on the Rights of the Child, with age-related physiological characteristics of children, etc. Information is widely used in parental corners, in sliding folders (“Healthy lifestyle of the family”, “How to eat right”, “Daily routine”, etc.).

The use of health-saving pedagogical technologies increases the effectiveness of the educational process, forms value orientations among educators and parents aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of pupils, and the child has a strong motivation for a healthy lifestyle.

Conclusion

So, the health-saving environment created in the conditions of kindergarten by educators helps to ensure the adaptation of the child in society, the realization of the needs of children in motor activity and more. effective development motor skills. The result of the effective work of educators is a decrease in the incidence of children.

The health of children depends not only on the characteristics of their physical condition, but also on the living conditions in the family, the sanitary and hygienic culture of people, the level of development of health care and education, the socio-economic and environmental situation in the country. Only a healthy child is happy to join in all activities, he is cheerful, optimistic, open in communication with peers and teachers. This is the key to the successful development of all spheres of the personality, all its properties and qualities.

Thus, the teaching staff of the preschool educational institution determined the formation of a worldview in children and adults, which is based on an understanding of health as the main life value, as the main task of the work. It is training and education, manifesting itself in the unity of the goals of forming harmoniously developed personality, create motivation in a person. Since all components of health are closely interconnected, and the implementation of the development program depends on many factors, the main task of "health pedagogy" is the holistic formation of the needs for the preservation and promotion of health, in the conscious motivation for a healthy lifestyle through the methods of education, self-education, and the creation of a health education program.

Only a healthy child can be successful in the process of personal and intellectual development, and therefore successful in learning. The health of the child depends on how competently the work with children in physical education is organized, how effectively the teacher uses the conditions of the preschool institution for this.

Childhood is a unique period of a person's life, during which health is formed and personality develops. From childhood, the child takes out what he retains later for life. Physically healthy, strong children can only be raised by the joint efforts of teachers, specialists and families.

The introduction of health-saving technologies in educational

educational process of preschool educational institution.
Preschool age is reasonably considered the most important period in the process of forming a person's personality. At this age, various abilities develop more intensively, moral qualities are formed, character traits are developed. It is in this age period that the foundation of health and the development of physical qualities is laid and strengthened, which are necessary for the effective participation of the child in various forms of physical activity, which, in turn, creates conditions for the active and directed formation and development of mental functions and intellectual abilities of a preschooler. What is health? Let us turn to the “Dictionary of the Russian language” by S.I. Ozhegova: "Correct, normal activity of the body." The Constitution of the World Health Organization (WHO) states that health is not only the absence of disease or infirmity, but also complete physical, mental and social well-being. That is why the problem of health should be considered in a broad social aspect. An analysis of the health status of preschool children shows that over the past decade the number of absolutely healthy children has decreased from 23 to 15% and the number of children with chronic diseases has increased from 16 to 17.3%. On average, in Russia, each preschooler has at least two diseases per year. Approximately 20-27% of children belong to the category of frequently and long-term ill. Almost 90% of preschool children have standard deviations in the structure of the musculoskeletal system - a violation of posture, flat feet, unbalanced muscle tone, weakness of the abdominal muscles, non-optimal ratio of static and dynamic movements. Neurotic manifestations are observed in 20-30% of children of senior preschool age. According to forecasts, 85% of these children are potential patients with cardiovascular diseases. About 50% of children need psychocorrection and are characterized by serious psychological distress. The vast majority of children, starting from preschool age, suffer from a lack of movement and reduced immunity. Their muscle load decreases due to objective reasons: children practically do not have the opportunity to play outdoor games while walking, and some parents are overly fond of the intellectual development of their children (computer games, attending various circles). The above results clearly indicate the socio-pedagogical level of problems that arise before the employees of preschool institutions, designed to raise a healthy child with optimal physical and mental development, which corresponds to the social demand of society. It is undeniable that the main task of the kindergarten is to prepare the child for an independent life, giving him the necessary skills and abilities for this.
cultivating certain habits. But can every professionally trained teacher, just an adult responsible person dispassionately relate to the unfavorable state of health of his pupils, his progressive deterioration? One of the answers to this question was the demand for health-saving educational technologies by teachers of an educational institution.
Concepts.
Before we start talking about health saving, let's define the concepts.  Health is a state of physical and social well-being of a person (according to the WHO Charter).  Health-saving pedagogical process of preschool educational institution - in the broad sense of the word - the process of educating and developing preschool children in the mode of health saving and health enrichment; a process aimed at ensuring the physical, mental and social well-being of the child. In a narrower sense of the word, this is a specially organized, developing over time and within a certain educational system, the interaction of children and teachers, aimed at achieving the goals of health saving and health enrichment in the course of education, development and upbringing.
The current problems of children's health today are:
 hypodynamia (impaired functions of the musculoskeletal system, blood circulation, respiration, digestion)  childhood stress (nervous disorders due to a negative psychological situation in the family, excessive noise and nervousness in the children's team)  anxiety (lack of emotional support in kindergarten and family, lack of information). In this regard, in the preschool educational institution it is necessary to pay special attention to raising a physically healthy and socially adapted child, ensuring his mental well-being, as well as forming a preschooler's responsibility for his health. In addition, it is important to promote the development of a health culture for preschool teachers, including a culture of professional health, and the development of a need for a healthy lifestyle.

The results of the introduction of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions.
1. Formed skills of a healthy lifestyle of pupils, teachers and parents of preschool educational institutions. To determine the level of formation of a healthy lifestyle of pupils, the following criteria can be considered: 1) children's ideas about health as a human condition and about the influence of the environment on human health; 2) the relationship between health and lifestyle (knowledge of good habits and children's attitude to bad habits); 3) participation in recreational and hardening activities. In accordance with the selected criteria, it is possible to establish the levels of formation of a healthy lifestyle in children, for example, the older group: - low level: the child has unsystematic ideas about the concept of "health" as a human condition, does not associate the state of health with the state of the environment; does not deny bad habits; cannot talk about good habits, requires leading questions, does not like to participate in recreational activities. - medium level: the child has an approximate idea of the concept of "health", associates it with the human condition; has little idea of bad habits; names good habits, with the help of an adult, reveals the relationship between health and the environment, the presence of bad and good habits, with the help of leading questions, names the conditions for a healthy lifestyle, participates in wellness and tempering mood events. - high level: the child has a clear understanding of the concept of "health" and associates it with the human condition, with the state of the environment; has a negative attitude to bad habits, confidently names good habits, understands their impact on health; adjusted to a healthy lifestyle; observes the rules of hygiene, neat, tidy, gladly takes part in recreational and tempering activities. 2. Interaction of specialists of the preschool educational institution in the organization of sports and recreational work with preschoolers. 3. The manifestation of tolerance of all participants in the introduction of health-saving technologies in the pedagogical process of preschool educational institutions. 4. Formation of the regulatory framework for the rehabilitation of preschoolers. 5. Creation of a health-saving educational space in the preschool educational institution and the family;  Participation of children and adults in joint activities: sports and recreation activities, holidays, leisure activities, short-term projects.  Improving the psychological and pedagogical culture of parents.
 Increasing the professional competence of teachers.  Creation of a sports and health-improving environment by parents, children and teachers. 6. Improvement and preservation of somatic health indicators of preschool children. This can be seen in the attendance of children.
Ten golden rules for health care:
 Observe the daily routine!  Pay more attention to nutrition!  Move more!  Sleep in a cool room!  Do not extinguish anger in yourself, let it break out!  Constantly engage in intellectual activity!  Drive away despondency and blues!  Adequately respond to all manifestations of your body!  Try to get as many positive emotions as possible!  Wish yourself and others only good!

Health saving technologies in preschool education - technologies aimed at solving the priority task of modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintaining and enriching the health of the subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents.

Health-saving technologies can be considered as a certificate of safety for health and as a set of those principles, techniques, methods of pedagogical work that complement traditional pedagogical technologies with health-saving tasks.

In the course of applying health-saving technologies in our preschool institution, compared with the 2014-2015 academic year, the incidence rate decreased by 10%.

Target health-saving technologies in preschool education:

Applied to a child- ensuring a high level of real health for a kindergarten pupil and cultivating a valeological culture, as a combination of a child’s conscious attitude to human health and life, knowledge about health and the ability to protect, maintain and maintain it, valeological competence that allows a preschooler to independently and effectively solve the problems of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior, tasks related to the provision of elementary medical, psychological self-help and assistance.

4.Valeological education of parents- these are technologies aimed at ensuring the valeological education of the parents of pupils of preschool educational institutions, their acquisition of valeological competence. We consider the valeological education of parents as a continuous process of valeological education of all family members.

Interaction of the preschool educational institution with the family on the protection and promotion of children's health:

There are information stands for parents in each age group, headings covering the issues of health improvement without drugs (sets of exercises for the prevention of disorders of the musculoskeletal system, organs of vision, for the development of general and fine motor skills, finger games;

Inviting parents to participate in mass sports events of preschool educational institutions (competitions, sports holidays, open days, Days and Weeks of Health, meetings of preschool children with parents-athletes, etc.);

Consultations, conversations with parents on health issues.

5.Health-saving educational technologies in kindergarten- these are, first of all, technologies for educating a valeological culture or a culture of health for preschool children.

Modern health-saving technologies that we use in the system of preschool education reflect two lines of health-improving and developmental work:

  • introducing children to physical culture;
  • the use of developing forms of recreational work.

Currently, for us, one of the most important and global problems is the health status of the children. Raising a healthy child is the most important thing that we, teachers of preschool institutions, need to do. The full physical development and health of the child is the basis for the formation of personality.

The physical health of children is inextricably linked to their mental health and emotional well-being. Based on the principle “a healthy child is a successful child”, I consider it impossible to solve the problem of educating a socially adapted personality without implementing a system of measures for health-improving work and physical education of children. Therefore, at present, as one of the priority areas of my pedagogical activity, I single out the use of health-saving technologies in a kindergarten.

The use of health-saving pedagogical technologies by me in the work of the preschool educational institution increased the effectiveness of the educational process, formed value orientations among teachers and parents aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of pupils, in the future I will create conditions for the possibility of adjusting technologies.

After spending at the end school year statistical monitoring of children's health, I will make the necessary adjustments to the intensity of technological impacts, ensuring an individual approach to each child, and I will also form positive motivations among preschool teachers and parents of children.

The health-saving technologies I use in the complex form a stable motivation for a healthy lifestyle in a child.

Only a healthy child is happy to join in all activities, he is cheerful, optimistic, open in communication with peers and teachers. This is the key to the successful development of all spheres of the personality, all its properties and qualities.

Stages of implementation of health-saving technologies

  • Analysis of the initial state of health, physical development and physical fitness of preschoolers, their valeological skills and abilities, as well as the health-saving environment of preschool educational institutions.
  • Organization of a health-saving educational space in a preschool educational institution.
  • Establishing contacts with social partners of preschool educational institutions on health issues.
  • Mastering by the teachers of the preschool educational institution methods and techniques for the health protection of children and adults of the preschool educational institution.
  • The introduction of various forms of work to preserve and promote health for different categories of children and adults.
  • The work of a valeological orientation in the parents of the preschool educational institution.

Health saving system in preschool educational institution:

  • various health regimes (adaptive, flexible, sparing, seasonal, for the holidays);
  • a set of hardening measures (air hardening, walking along “health paths”, prevention of flat feet, walking barefoot, “trampling” in basins, gargling and gargling, maximum exposure of children to fresh air, invigorating gymnastics);
  • physical education classes of all types;
  • motor mode optimization: traditional motor activity of children (morning exercises, physical education, outdoor games, walks) and innovative technologies for rehabilitation and prevention (rhythmoplasty, logarithmics, dry pool, massagers, tactile paths);
  • organization of rational nutrition;
  • medical and preventive work with children and parents;
  • compliance with the requirements of SanPiN to the organization of the pedagogical process;
  • a set of measures to preserve the physical and psychological health of teachers.

Areas of work on health saving in preschool educational institutions

  • Integration of the tasks of physical culture and health-improving work into various types of joint activities;
  • The introduction of innovative health-saving technologies in the educational process of preschool educational institutions;
  • A variety of forms of physical culture and leisure activities with preschoolers;
  • Formation of the habit of a healthy lifestyle among preschoolers, teachers and parents;

Currently, the problem of health and its preservation is one of the most urgent. The concept of “health-saving technologies” has become firmly established in educational system starting with preschool educational institutions.

“Health-saving technology” is a system of measures that includes the interconnection and interaction of all factors of the educational environment aimed at maintaining the health of a child at all stages of his education and development. The concept of preschool education provides for not only the preservation, but also the active formation of a healthy lifestyle and the health of pupils.

Health-saving technologies in preschool education are aimed at solving the priority task of modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintaining and enriching the health of the subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents.

One of the main tasks of a preschool institution is to create conditions that guarantee the formation and strengthening of the health of pupils. After all, human health is a problem that is quite relevant for all times and peoples, and now it is becoming paramount. The relevance of the topic of a healthy lifestyle is also confirmed by statistical indicators.

Studies of domestic and foreign scientists have established that human health depends only 7–8% on the success of health care and 50% on lifestyle. Education respectful attitude to health must begin from early childhood. According to experts, 75% of all human diseases are laid down in childhood. And the teacher can do no less for the health of the pupil than the doctor. The educator must be trained in psychological and pedagogical technologies that allow him to work in such a way as not to harm the health of his pupils in the classroom. The educational environment should be health-preserving and health-enhancing.

The concept of “health-saving technologies” just integrates all areas of work of a preschool institution to preserve, form and improve the health of preschool children.

Health-saving technologies - the conditions for teaching a child (lack of stress, the adequacy of the requirements and methods of training and education); rational organization of the educational process (in accordance with age, gender, individual characteristics and hygiene requirements); compliance with educational and physical activity, the age capabilities of the child; necessary, sufficient and rationally organized motor mode.

The goal of health-saving technologies is to ensure a high level of health for kindergarten students and educate culture, as a combination of a child’s conscious attitude to a healthy lifestyle, valeological competence that allows a preschooler to independently and effectively solve the problems of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior, providing elementary medical, psychological self-help.

The classification of health-saving technologies in preschool education is determined by the dominance of goals and tasks to be solved, as well as the leading means of health-saving and health-enrichment of the pedagogical process in kindergarten.

In this regard, the following types of health-saving technologies can be distinguished:

Medical and preventive technologies that ensure the preservation and enhancement of children's health under the guidance of the medical staff of the kindergarten in accordance with medical requirements and standards, using medical means (organization of health monitoring of preschoolers, development of recommendations for optimizing children's health; organization and control of nutrition for children of early and preschool age, physical development of preschoolers, hardening; organization of preventive measures in kindergarten; organization of control and assistance in ensuring the requirements of SanPiNov; organization of a health-saving environment).

Physical culture and health technologies aimed at the physical development and strengthening of the child's health: the development of physical qualities, physical activity and the formation of physical culture of preschoolers, hardening, breathing exercises, massage and self-massage, prevention of flat feet and the formation of correct posture, health procedures in aquatic environment(pool) and on simulators, the development of the habit of everyday physical activity and health care and the implementation of these technologies, as a rule, is carried out by specialists in physical education and educators in the conditions of specially organized forms of recreational work.

· Technologies for ensuring the socio-psychological well-being of the child, ensuring the mental and social health of the preschooler. The main task of these technologies is to ensure the emotional comfort and positive psychological well-being of the child in the process of communicating with peers and adults in kindergarten and family, ensuring the social and emotional well-being of the preschooler. The implementation of these technologies is carried out by a psychologist through specially organized meetings with children, as well as by a teacher and preschool education specialists in the current pedagogical process. This type of technology can be attributed to the technology of psychological and psychological-pedagogical support for the development of the child in the pedagogical process.

· Technologies of health saving and health enrichment of preschool teachers, aimed at developing a health culture of kindergarten teachers, including a culture of professional health, developing the need for a healthy lifestyle.

The main indicator that distinguishes all health-saving educational technologies is regular diagnostics of the state of children and monitoring of the main parameters of the development of the body in dynamics (beginning - end of the school year), which allows us to draw conclusions about the state of health.

Planning a health saving system requires solving a whole range of tasks:

search for modern, effective scientific approaches to the modeling of pedagogical and health-improving activities;

· building an effective strategy for managing health-saving activities in a preschool educational institution;

determination of pedagogical conditions that ensure the maximum efficiency of the studied activity.

The development of a health-saving environment is based on:

· formation of children's health on the basis of complex and systematic use of physical education means available for a particular preschool institution, optimization of motor activity in the fresh air;

· the use of the spiritual, moral and cultural potential of the city, the immediate environment in the educational activities of a preschool institution, the upbringing of children on the traditions of Russian culture;

a constructive family partnership, teaching staff and children themselves in health promotion, development creativity;

Ensuring the active position of children in the process of obtaining knowledge about a healthy lifestyle.

The means to solve these problems can be:

direct teaching children elementary methods of a healthy lifestyle (health, finger, corrective, breathing exercises, self-massage) and the simplest first aid skills for cuts, abrasions, burns, bites; as well as instilling elementary cultural and hygienic skills in children;

rehabilitation measures (phytotherapy, oxygen cocktail, vitamin therapy, aromatherapy, inhalation, functional music, physiotherapy, massage, psycho-gymnastics, trainings);

Specially organized motor activity of the child (physical education, recreational physical education, outdoor games, sports and recreational holidays, thematic health holidays, going out into nature, excursions).

The effectiveness of the positive impact on the health of children of various recreational activities that make up health-saving technology is determined not so much by the quality of each of these techniques and methods, but by their competent “coherence” in the overall system aimed at the benefit of the health of children and teachers.

Traditionally, the following components of health are distinguished:

Mental health (mental health) - according to the definition of the World Health Organization, is a state of well-being in which a person can realize his own potential, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and fruitfully, and also contribute to the life of his community.

Social health is understood as a system of values, attitudes and motives for behavior in a social environment.

Physical health is understood as the current state of the functional capabilities of the organs and systems of the body.

As one of the components of human health in general, psychological health is singled out. It is a necessary condition for the full functioning and development of a person in the process of his life.

The choice of health-saving technologies depends on the program that teachers work on, the specific conditions of the preschool educational institution, the professional competence of teachers, as well as the incidence rates of children.

Thus, it is very important that each of the technologies has a health-improving focus, and is used in combination. As a result, health-saving activities would form in the child a strong motivation for a healthy lifestyle, full and uncomplicated development.

The use of health-saving technologies in the work of a preschool institution will increase the effectiveness of the educational process, form value orientations among teachers and parents aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of pupils, if conditions are created for the possibility of adjusting technologies. If, relying on statistical monitoring of children's health, the necessary amendments are made to the intensity of technological impacts, an individual approach to each child is ensured; positive motivation will be formed among teachers and parents.

In order to implement health-saving technology in kindergarten, it is necessary to create conditions for strengthening children's health, harmonious physical development. Sports grounds, gym and sports halls which are equipped with standard and non-standard equipment necessary for the comprehensive development of the child. In each age group, there must be equipped corners of physical activity, which must be equipped according to age with all the necessary equipment.

For each age group, a mode of physical activity should be drawn up, a hardening system should be developed taking into account the season and age.

Each type of activity should include exercises, games that are aimed at strengthening and protecting children's health. Dosage and rate depends on the age of the children, mood.

The main goals of health-saving exercises are:

1. Implementation of the prevention of colds.

To prevent colds, it is recommended to regularly apply acupressure, massage of biologically active zones, ears, breathing sound gymnastics, which is carried out using specially designed game exercises.

2. Carrying out hardening procedures.

Daily exercise after daytime sleep, which includes walking barefoot in combination with air baths, with corrective exercises, massage to prevent flat feet and postural disorders.

Daily walks in the winter on skis, playing basketball, tennis, are an important factor in recovery. Outdoors all year round. It has been proven that outdoor running stimulates blood circulation and the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, and also helps to relieve psycho-emotional stress.

Conditions for the formation of positive motivation for a healthy lifestyle:

· Creation of an educational environment around the child, filled with terms, symbols, attributes, traditions of the culture of a healthy lifestyle.

· Creation of a positive emotional background in the classroom health-pedagogical orientation.

Formation of an active position of the child in the development of knowledge, skills and abilities of a valeological nature.

· Accounting for individual psychophysiological and typological characteristics of children in the organization of health-improving classes.

Principles of health-saving technologies:

· "Do no harm!"

The principle of consciousness and activity.

· The principle of continuity of the health-saving process.

· The principle of comprehensive and harmonious development of personality.

The principle of accessibility and individuality.

The principle of systematicity and consistency.

The principle of systemic alternation of loads and rest.

· The principle of a gradual increase in health effects, adequacy.

The health saving program includes the following components:

· Balanced diet.

· Optimum physical activity.

· Compliance with the daily routine.

Prevention of bad habits and formation of good habits.

The main reason for successful work in this direction can only be the presence of consistency.

There are ten golden rules for health care:

1. Follow the regime of the day!

2. Pay more attention to nutrition!

3. Move more!

4. Sleep in a cool room!

5. Do not extinguish anger in yourself, let it break out!

6. Constantly engage in intellectual activity!

7. Drive away despondency and blues!

9. Try to get as many positive emotions as possible!

10. Wish yourself and others only good!

The use of health-saving technologies in the work of a preschool institution will increase the effectiveness of the educational process, form value orientations among teachers and parents aimed at preserving and strengthening children's health, if, based on statistical monitoring of children's health, the necessary amendments are made to the intensity of technological impacts and an individual approach to each child, positive motivations will be formed.
