“I take care not to have debts. Neither monetary nor moral "- Oleg Braginsky. Oleg Braginsky: a genius who is ready to teach others about efficiency Oleg Braginsky articles about collectors

A former top executive at a major bank and one of the most viewed people on the planet on LinkedIn. We discussed investments in trust management, real estate, gold, start-ups, etc.

Cyril: Since the popularinterview with Lifehacker two years have passed. Then you said that you personally talked to 11 people with $10 billion and more. What are the statistics now?

Oleg: I talked with 3 more billionaires ─ Americans. A total of 14 people. I was more optimistic, I thought it would be more fun. Interest in meetings declined after the imposition of sanctions against Russia.

Many have become careful. I communicate with offices, intermediaries, but not directly with these people. In the case of correspondence, I can’t be sure that the commands are given by the first person. I manage to take a general photo or shake hands - I put a tick. If this did not happen, I can assume anything, but in my heart I understand that this does not count.

Kirill: If we talk about Russian billionaires, can you name who you talked to?

Oleg: There are only 7 Russians with $10 billion or more, I didn’t communicate with two.

Oleg: When I was an analyst, I prepared reviews. The data was collected from different places, I saw that the balance sheets of some enterprises were larger than those declared by Forbes. Some companies and their founders were not in the rating at all, although they were supposed to pass in terms of money. Often such things are hushed up.

There are no trillionaires in the lists - members of the Rothschild, Rockefeller, Baruch families. They are neither in the rankings of countries nor in the world list.

If you take the magazine recent years 30, then some people disappeared from the ranking. Although they were alive and there was no information about bankruptcies and divisions.

Kirill: One of the milestones of your rich career is trading for bank clients. Tell us about this experience.

Oleg: I didn't make any transactions on the stock exchange, I was engaged in analytics. But there was a time, he wrote a computer antivirus. Such programs are a competition of wits. On the one hand, virus writers try to hide malware, on the other hand, antivirus programs try to neutralize them. The task of the virus is to infect files and remain invisible. The task of the antivirus program is to find, neutralize and, if necessary, decrypt the data.

It is believed that a person fighting computer viruses can detect patterns in the markets. Therefore, they turn to me, asking me to calculate portfolios, values and correlations of the behavior of securities. I create strategies, build short-term models, give advice.

Kirill: Are your customers private individuals or companies?

Oleg: As a rule, companies. Mostly foreigners. Lots of Arabs, Asians and Americans. Russians and Europeans apply less often. There are reasons for this. One of them - not everyone is trying to understand the market. At least that's what they say. And, of course, they are lying. My services are cheaper than those of specialized teams that rent a beautiful office for a long time and incur serious operating expenses. I work on 2-3 computers and collect information from open sources. Perhaps less professional, but certainly faster.

Kirill: To understand what is at stake, tell a couple of cases.

Oleg: As a rule, these are industries against the backdrop of future privatizations or elections. For example, it is believed that during elections, individuals in power may leave. As a rule, a change of people in our territories leads to a change in the situation. Someone has to dump assets, and someone has to buy. And when there is a feeling that something bad is happening, there is a need to calculate the risks and in a kind of hedging.

It happens that a strategic investor wants to enter the industry and asks me to evaluate the market.

Kirill: Are there any less mundane requests: for example, to make a strategy that makes a profit?

Oleg: It happens. Moreover, requests come from both professionals and beginners. A couple of times I wrote small robots that work offline. Unfortunately, all my robots earned little. In addition, this is an area of high competition with students of mathematical universities, who can also develop similar robots.

Cyril: Let's digress from the exchange. How about investing in P2P lending?

Oleg: Yes. I personally do not work in this direction, but I am part of a group of investors who are engaged in this. The beauty is that in P2P lending, as a rule, high interest rates on small amounts. The main thing is to make a high diversification: do not put $100 thousand in one package, but you can put it in 200 packages of $500 each.

Kirill: Do you invest privately or use some kind of lending platforms, such as Alfa Potok, City of Money, etc.?

Oleg: No, just in private. Any platform takes a commission. And often kills all interest in general. In fact, if something happens to the borrowers, the sites are not responsible. They do formal screening, beautiful software windows, but they charge a percentage for it that is not worth it.

Kirill: I know you have a good attitude towards Eurobonds. What other investment instruments are worth paying attention to?

Oleg: There are still things that are almost guaranteed to grow. For example, paintings, antiques and art, vintage cars. They sell well.

Kirill: You list things with a relatively high entry threshold. To take the same Eurobonds is $100,000. What about people who do not have this amount?

Oleg: You may well unite with a group of investors, make a notarized receipt and buy Eurobonds in a pool. For example, you collect a million rubles from 7 people, make a special agreement, give someone authority, and you will have one package.

Another option is to come to the management company and arrange for a fractional package to be taken for you. This is also possible.

Cyril: There is an expression: we are what our environment is. You have had contact with many billionaires. Looking at them, didn't you want to set yourself the goal of making $1 billion?

Oleg: No. Lost money several times. Three times, for various reasons, seriously flew into the red. In each case, he committed stupidity, but mostly arrogance. I suddenly realized that what is more important is not how much money I have, but how quickly I can recover, having lost everything.

Therefore, I take care not to have debts. Neither financial nor moral. You just start accumulating obligations and something goes wrong - you can’t ask anyone for anything. On the contrary, I try to drive others into debt. Not materially, but morally. So that in case of anything, they would be happy with my call and respond to the request.

Founder and director Bureau of Braginsky.

website: In one article about the problems of entrepreneurs, the author suggested taking a test to see if a person is capable of being an entrepreneur. There are 15 questions in the questionnaire, you need to answer “yes” or “no”. It turned out that if you answer “yes” 11 times, then that’s it, entrepreneurship is your element. If less, do something else. I had such a question6 is everything really so bad, and to be a successful entrepreneur, you really need to work a lot? Or maybe the question is not in quantity, but in quality? After all, there are certain recommendations, you can develop skills, be effective, productive. I have a guest who pays great attention to issues of efficiency and productivity. I am very pleased to introduce my interlocutor, founder and director Bureau of Braginsky Oleg Braginsky. Oleg, hello!

Oleg Braginsky: Gennady, hello!

website: Oleg, you know, sometimes when we are preparing to record an interview, I get a little worried: a guest will arrive, he will be late, no. In your case, I was 100% sure that you would be on time.

Oleg Braginsky: Thank you is nice!

website: I wonder what is “on time” for you?

Oleg Braginsky: "On time" means that the job was done immediately. Why? Because if it is postponed, planned, there is a threat of disruption of deadlines or transfer of priorities. Therefore, I divide work into “fast” and “non-fast” and everything I can do quickly, right away.

website: Oleg, let's introduce the audience to you. There is such a classic question when an entrepreneur meets an investor in an elevator, and you need to introduce yourself in 10 seconds. Imagine you are at a conference, networking, what would you say about yourself?

Oleg Braginsky: Hello, I'm Oleg Braginsky, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor, author of textbooks, video courses and 400 articles, independent director of a number of large enterprises, startup mentor. This is a perfect phrase, you have to say it often, it takes exactly 10 seconds or, as you rightly say, a lift test. IN Lately I add that I am currently one of the most viewed people in the network of business contacts LinkedIn.

website: Great. Oleg, what is your day filled with? What does it consist of, what do you do, what projects?

Oleg Braginsky: When I was a corporate soldier, there were meetings, meetings, working groups, everything is as usual. Now, when the era of global entrepreneurship has come, there are probably 3 main tasks that I perform. The first is a meeting with customers, when we understand the task that they have, go deeper with the business and roughly build a future project. The second is working with the team, working out hypotheses, working with data, launching some cycles to build a model of the future business. The third job is when I work alone, it's presentations, it's honing speeches, or my favorite job is analytics and programming, macros.

website: How long were you, as you say, a corporate soldier?

Oleg Braginsky: For almost 20 years I worked for Alfa Group companies in different countries. A very long time.

Oleg Braginsky: Yes, it was not very usual. As a student at the Kiev Polytechnic University, I was able to write some programs, hack some. Teachers, including those from other universities, even from other countries, began to contact us to test the protection system, hack the protection system, and give advice. Then came the general era of computer viruses, when there were many technical failures, all sorts of infections, and it was possible to treat them.

So gradually it turned out that such largest companies as Intel, Motorola, Siemens. For Intel I wrote and cracked the security systems of their Verilog programming language, for Motorola– transputers DSP-0002, parallel computing systems, for Siemens- a large office PBX.

website: Did you work alone or did you have a team?

Oleg Braginsky: Then there was a time, in my opinion, was called the economic topic, when the state or other companies ordered some developments at the departments. And it went in the course of such works.

website: What's happening? The person thinks, “Great, I want to be an entrepreneur too.” But here the so-called internal barriers begin to appear in the head. Was there something like that? What was holding you back?

Oleg Braginsky: It was so. Probably honesty, maybe modesty, maybe our communist past. I was a trade union leader of the faculty, before that I was the chairman of the Council of the Pioneer Squad. Everything was enthusiastic. And then suddenly they began to offer money for some things, it was very uncomfortable. At first, he refused as much as he could, and then suddenly it turned out that the money was getting bigger and bigger, it was possible to live on it, buy computers. Gradually, the market itself set prices for my services.

website: It turns out, some past background, in which this topic was absent at all?

Oleg Braginsky: And absent, and it was uncomfortable. We were all brothers, all comrades, all equal, well, why not help?

website: And then suddenly someone starts to earn more. And the most striking revelation, as they say, insider, eureka - was there something like that in entrepreneurial experience?

Oleg Braginsky: Yes it was. Perhaps it is trust. When you're just starting out, there's a lot you can do on your own. You yourself regulate how much to do, when to do it, build your own calendar. When there is more work, when you can no longer scale it to yourself, the need for a team arises.

The team means to be trusted. It turns out that it is not difficult to find people who are ready to receive a salary, it is difficult to find people who are ready to do it well. There is also a very interesting effect. We must learn to put up with the fact that there will not be a 100 percent result.

That is, you seem to be telling a person, and you agreed on one thing with the client, and then you get some work that is close, but not quite. You also need to get used to this.

website: I'll clarify: trust between whom and whom?

Oleg Braginsky: Trust in relation to the customer, because the customer trusts serious data, large arrays, trusts his secrets, his secrets, technologies. On the other hand, trust in relation to those people whom I employ. Because, as a rule, these are very young, talented, ambitious guys. As a result, some of them are capricious, some of them have some peculiarities of the psyche. And every time you think: “Can he really do it? Will there be any side effect?" That's what trust is.

website: It turns out that this feeling is important for an entrepreneur, to be able to trust his employees?

Oleg Braginsky: Yes.

website: This trust is like oxygen. While it is there, we do not feel it; as soon as it is gone, it is immediately felt.

Oleg Braginsky: Absolutely. Moreover, an important characteristic of trust: trust is not something that I expect that my predictions will come true or that it will happen the way I want, but this is such an unconditional thing. You trust the child and that's it. Whatever it is, he's your child.

You must forgive everything in advance. Similarly, an employee, a colleague must be forgiven in advance for everything, no matter what happens.

website: I understand when you say "unconditional", we are talking that there can't be a situation where we trust here, it doesn't exist here. Let's get back to the main topic. How to do everything in life? You are achieving truly amazing results, today you will talk about them. Do you have any work of your own? I understand that there is no universal remedy, but nevertheless, what helps you to succeed in life?

Oleg Braginsky: Firstly, I collect all sorts of chips, tricks and hacks. I'm trying my best to do it faster. For example, I type blindly. I type 560 keys per minute. This is 3-4 times faster than most people do. I have speed reading, I read 5-10 times faster.

website: Did you specifically develop these skills?

Oleg Braginsky: Yes, and I constantly try to improve them. Because, let's say, English speed reading and Russian speed reading are very different. The same is shorthand. It would seem that a forgotten skill, who needs it already? We almost never carry a pen with us anymore. But there are benefits. Firstly, if you write cursive, you can take minutes and then even argue with secretaries not from your firm who took minutes somewhere in America or Europe. You say: “Guys, no, at such and such a minute there was such and such a thing. Here, I wrote it down." And you directly quote, and everything coincides. Secondly, it allows you to work in an airplane. They say: "Turn off the appliances." And you have paper, and you can work. Or in the car sickness from the iPad, you can work with paper. There are a lot of such chips, I am constantly learning to do different things quickly. Suppose, while in a hotel, I learned to iron shirts faster. Working with restaurateurs, I learned from them different tricks. It turns out that the more clients I communicate with, the more I know different tricks that speed up my life.

website: Great. Oleg, there is such a phenomenon in life, it is called “procrastination”. This is a constant postponing of execution, I emphasize the necessary things for later. Have you experienced this? If yes, how did you overcome it?

Oleg Braginsky: I see it very often. I see this happen very often.

I don't understand this phenomenon. I am a very tough person at heart, very structured. I have a priority system. It, of course, can be moved by some external influences, but if you leave me alone, I will do what I have planned. I not only plan the priority of tasks, the sequence, I definitely plan the time for which I will do it.

And for me it is very important. Because being a perfectionist, give me infinite time and I'll grind for a long time. But the result is unlikely to be much better. Therefore, I have learned to roughly predict how much I will complete the task, and I stop. She's not perfect, I just stop because time is up.

website: Resources are limited, and sometimes they are not enough. One of the reasons people procrastinate is they simply don't realize what's happening to them. In fact, he is tired, his psyche asks to switch, he has already got into social networks and so on. If you realize it, then you can plan it. Plan food, rest, such switches. Do you agree with this?

Oleg Braginsky: Yes. There is another trick: you can use small rituals. For example, I also enter a number of social networks. How did I come up with self-restraint? First, when I work or sleep, I put my phone on silent. No mail, no calls, notifications do not disturb. Second: I enter the network only when I receive a notification from it, that is, if I receive a message. The request to join or some other things are secondary. It turns out that if the network does not call me, I do not go to it. The third thing: in planning, I always have some windows. And these windows are designed for the fact that, for example, there will be no inspiration or you will need to move somewhere. That is, I do not plan 100% of my time. So if there is some kind of distraction, maybe I will procrastinate a little, but it is unlikely to affect the rest of the tasks. But in general, no, I don't know.

website: In my opinion, the antonym of procrastination is self-discipline. You say you don't procrastinate, so you have super self-discipline. I wonder how you understand this word - "self-discipline"?

Oleg Braginsky: This is such an agreement with oneself. There is some activity during the day, you need to do push-ups 10-15 times. When you do push-ups, you forget about the keyboard, you seem to be doing sports, another type of activity, it seems to be distracted. Every day I write an article with at least 3 thousand characters, this is also a separate activity. It turns out that the variety of activities and the need to do them every day - this arises as self-discipline.

Every day there are 5 or 7 activities to do no matter what happens. Let's say 5 times a week I go to the pool, no matter what happens. There is a total mileage. If I swam less today, then tomorrow I swim more. But in 5 days I have to swim as much as necessary.

Why? There is Excel, and in it I mark such and such parameters. I have each of my articles, how many views, how many reposts, next to the graph, the trend of views, the trend of reposts. I understand, I write better or worse. The same with everything else. I'm not just doing the job, I'm measuring the response all the time.

website: Great. As they say, "we can only change what we can measure." You are just measuring.

Oleg Braginsky: All that is possible, I'm a maniac in this.

website: And how long do you swim in the pool?

Oleg Braginsky: In different ways, from 2 to 10 km.

website Q: What style do you swim?

Oleg Braginsky: Crawl. And there are certain nuances. The same pool: you can just swim in the pool as you swim. And there are special technologies. I try, for example, to do either even or odd pool swims in one breath, as freedivers do. That is, I dived, rowed, but did not breathe.

website: What about the length of the pool?

Oleg Braginsky: Now 20 m. The second feature is that you can turn around in different ways at the side. I do flips all the time. I specifically learned to do a flip so that it took a certain amount of time. Getting out of the pool - I am completely out of the water in one movement. When you have perfected this, the repetition of the movement causes pleasure: “Here I can do it, I can do it well.”

website: Awesome. Interesting, as you say, life hacks. I read about you, about one of these life hacks. Oleg, I can’t understand what the chip is, explain. So, one of your time management tips is: "Don't use a computer mouse." Why didn't you like the mouse?

Oleg Braginsky: There are a few tricks here. The first trick: you have to work in different countries, there are Windows in different languages, Office in different languages, especially Arabic, Chinese, Japanese. Although the icons are there, but there is no text. Secondly, it happens that keyboards have different stroke depths, they are larger, smaller, wider, narrower. There are more keys, less, Shift, Ctrl, tabulation - they are all different. It turns out that I have a couple of laptops at home on which I work, on which the keyboard is rearranged in a special way that is convenient for me in order to minimize the movement of the keys. It's called the Dvorak keyboard. Such a scientist who made a keyboard that allows you to minimize the distance run by your fingers. Therefore, I am maniac even in terms of these small microseconds. I type in chords, very fast. And it turns out that if I divert one hand to the mouse, then the second one is also not functional, because I only know half the keyboard for it. I distracted by the mouse, did something, usually a very simple movement, I return it - this is a loss of 2-3 seconds. When you fly on an airplane, it is not very convenient to use the mouse, there is a small trackpad, you work on it. But if you learn how to work on hot keys, Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V, Shift + Insert, Alt + X and other combinations, F4, it turns out that you instantly make chords, work on a small field, you can work on an airplane table. And on any keyboard you do it very quickly. The mouse just takes time, steals.

website: I see, great idea. Thus, improve your typing skills on the keyboard, then the mouse will not be needed. Do you have favorite programs? What helps you with texts?

Oleg Braginsky A: I am a very serious traditionalist. So I've been using the program since I remember years. One of my favorites is Far Commander. This is a very old console program, very many years old.

website: Is it for working with files?

Oleg Braginsky: To work with files. Among other things, you can type in it. There is an editor there, it is not as beautiful as Word, there may not be any chips, but for typing, for everyday life this is quite enough. Yes, then you often have to copy everything from Far to Word in order to comb it. But I have a flash drive with me, on which there are 7-8 programs, they are all portable, on any computer, in any country, I stick it into a laptop and can work. There are few of them, but I know them all very well in terms of hotkeys.

website: Oleg, in continuation of the topic, it is very interesting to know your opinion. This is what I observe, the last 100 years of our life is happening, there is a certain acceleration, we are living faster and faster. I recently read some historical essays. So, people in the 19th century had lunch for 3-4 hours. We sat down at 13 and sometimes by 17 we moved on to dessert. But in very popular fast food chains, the standard per person at the table is 10 minutes, that is, all indicators are calculated from the fact that a person at the table will spend 10 minutes. It takes a couple of minutes to heat up food in the microwave. There were speed dates, speed-dating, Twitter, 140 characters, we communicate short messages. And then I read that you suggest watching movies at an accelerated speed. 2 times faster, right?

Oleg Braginsky: Yes.

website: Maybe it's time to stop already? What do you think?

Oleg Braginsky: Good question, I am very grateful to you for it. Because it's really hard to explain. We speak with small children, clearly pronouncing all the letters, slowly, in simple words. With adults, we speak more casually, we increase the speed, we increase the number of words. When we watch movies, there are some pauses. Moreover, if you look at the cinema, you can see that people have time to look at each other or at their smartphones. This means that there is not enough speed.

The skier can go down the slope at high speed. But the faster he can descend, the more professional he is, the more he enjoys it. He, too, can take the skis on his shoulder and slowly walk along the slope? Is it beautiful around? But no, skiers are considered steep if they descend quickly, maneuverably. They get tremendous pleasure from nature, from skiing, from speed. He could drop into some cafe and have a quick bite to eat. And it turns out that at the time of the snack on the slope, he will not somehow enjoy a gourmet lunch. The other part is more important, not the food, but the slope.

So here. Films are, as a rule, fiction, these are fairy tales, few plots, few interesting actors, very hackneyed productions. Therefore, if I spend 2 hours or an hour on it, little will change. Moreover, the brain gets used to double the speed. It turns out that the first 3-5 minutes, if we start watching together, you will feel uncomfortable, there will be squeaky voices, and you will think: “My God, what is he doing?”.

But after 20 minutes you will suddenly realize that the pace has become acceptable for you. And there is another very interesting effect. You and I watched the film at double speed, you go to ordinary life, and it seems to you that everything around you is brakes. Move and speak slowly. And you can do it faster!

That is, when you know how to quickly type, write quickly, count quickly, watch a movie at double speed, do everything quickly, you manage to do more than others. In negotiations, you manage to understand English, come up with an elegant answer, write down what your opponent said to you, what you said, look at all his muscles and roughly learn how to predict the reaction. You understand how many muscles a person has, which ones work, which ones do not work. During the negotiations, your brain would think about the upcoming dinner, the weather, something else, and so you once stuck into a person and work fully with him, making the most of your time. Also the movie. They quickly entered the film, quickly looked, and then you are free for half the film, because you looked 2 times shorter than it.

website: Awesome advice. I thought about the fact that we are talking about the focus of attention: if we are typing, we are typing, if we are listening to the interlocutor, we are listening to the interlocutor. By the way, we are talking about English. Do you know how the acronym FOCUS stands for?

Oleg Braginsky: Not.

website: Follow one course until success. I think it's amazing.

Oleg Braginsky: Brilliant. Will have to remember. By the way, about typing on the keyboard. We continue this topic. Imagine you need to type text, you type normally. Look at people how they do it. They look for keys and quickly try to type with two or three fingers. Then they look at the screen, and it turns out that there is an extra movement. And when you type blindly, you just put the keyboard on your knee and type while looking at the screen. Not only that, you can talk to you and type my speech and yours. It turns out that you do not think about what the fingers are doing. So you say: "Is there pleasure in life?". Of course, there is, because you don’t think about how to breathe, walk, run, gain.

website: In other words, we bring some action to automatism.

Oleg Braginsky: Yes. And it turns out that it seems to be gone, it seems to disappear from life. Because there is no typing on the keyboard, it happens by itself.

website: Because the psyche was processing information before, how to type, and now it is busy with something else.

Oleg Braginsky: Absolutely.

website: Are there any other interesting examples of improving the efficiency of life?

Oleg Braginsky: Yes, there are a lot of them. Starting from how to get up in the morning, how to brush your teeth, get dressed, prepare clothes, solve some issues.

Let's say when I go to the store and I like 3-4-5 shirts there, I don't think about which one to choose, I just buy everything. In the closet, when I hang them, they are all in the same scale. Therefore, I take a shirt, take a tie according to the scale, since I chose it. Instantly. The same goes for socks and shoes. Very comfortably.

It turns out, on the one hand, it seems that if everything in the house is systematic, laid out on the shelves, it seems to be boring. On the other hand, again, no need to think. In the morning I don't think what to wear. Because I thought in advance, in the evening. I know: 5th position is a jacket, 5th position is a shirt, I took it, the tie is already hanging on the shirt, I immediately got dressed and that's it. Resources are not wasted on this.

website: And how do you work with mail? This is now a problem, you open it, and there the number of letters is accumulating, already thousands.

Oleg Braginsky: First, fortunately, there are self-learning robots. You can explain to the robot that such and such letters are from such and such addressee to such and such mail. The biggest part of the work is the fight against spam. When you work in in social networks when you browse a lot, you get a lot of emails. For example, it came out in "Hacker" my new interview, there were, in my opinion, about 100 thousand views in a very short time, in a few days. I received literally 10 thousand letters in a day. Can you imagine this shaft?

On the one hand, it would be possible to spit on everything, but on the other hand, if you are effective, try and answer. Therefore, both speed dial and fast reading. The first is sorting. What the robot did not sort, I do with my hands. Second, if the letter is not addressed to me, it is abstract, I try not to read it. I quickly glanced at the title - "Dear Friends" or "Dear User" - that's it, it's in the garden. I try to answer personal emails. I keep special boxes where I put letters from people who are important to me. I note that letters from this addressee are extremely important. Then I have a certain system of priorities. On different days of the week, months, in different seasons, my different clients have different priorities, because when the hotel business is in high season, it is more important to respond to them faster. When the high season is in heating systems, it is more important to answer the questions of these customers. So I rename folders from time to time, read and reply to them one by one. There is a system of floating priorities.

website: It helps me, maybe you also use this technique, such a concept as Zero Inbox. That is, at the end of the day every time zero inbox in the inbox.

Oleg Braginsky: I can't do that. I have 5 letters left in each box, I think when I made 5, I did it. I don't have time , Zero fails. They fall constantly.

website: Fine. As far as I understand, when communicating with you, you have a colossal need to keep such a high pace. Am I right or not?

Oleg Braginsky: It's not a need, it's a pleasure, a buzz. At first it was for self-discipline, to do more, to achieve more. And now it turns out that I am surrounded by people who admire it all the time. And I want to live up to their expectations.

website: And yet it happens that you do not have time for something?

Oleg Braginsky: Of course it happens. I take this very calmly. You can almost always negotiate. If there are 5-10 works, you can postpone some 2-3. It's not critical, it's definitely not worth dying from.

website: Do you have a person in your life who can be called a mentor, coach, mentor? Did you have to apply?

Oleg Braginsky: I had such an attempt last year. I watched, listened, read for a long time. And I thought maybe it was time. I made an appointment with a very respected person whom I appreciate. We talked with him for an hour, somehow we did not agree on mentoring. It seems that I wanted to, but we could not agree. So this thing is not very familiar to me. Although I myself went through training in mentoring several times, in different companies.

website A: Did you learn how to be a mentor?

Oleg Braginsky: I was rather a mentor in the technology in which I studied. I learned to be a mentor, to keep special diaries, journals, to speak in a special way. As a training, it is very cool, interesting, I had many mentors all the time. But I haven't had to yet.

website Q: What kind of problems do you like to solve?

Oleg Braginsky: I really like unsolvable problems. When there is a task, let's say you say: "Make scrambled eggs." It can be done by 7 billion people on the planet. And when you have a big business, you are a respected person, an industry leader, for example, a hemisphere leader, some industry, you have been in business for 20-30 years, you have a lot of awards, books, the best experts, you are an outstanding company, and suddenly you say : "Can you help us?" That's interesting.

Because often I don’t have expertise in what they ask for help with. Often this is a completely green field, not a blade of grass. It turns out that I come, and people say: “You don’t know the country, market, industry, company, competitors, goods, products, conditions, you don’t know anything.” And during the day there is a full cycle of distrust, smiles, “and who are you, and where are you from?”.

And they also perceive us as people from a country where bears walk the streets, and children drink vodka before school, that is, we are a little savage for some countries, so it’s very interesting. And somewhere in 6-7-8-20 hours you talk to 20 people. With a logistician - in the language of logisticians, with an IT specialist - in the language of IT, with PR - in the language of PR, and you tell everyone what to do, and each of them agrees.

And silence sets in: how not so much time has passed, and he already knows everything, understands everything? It's a thrill, it's like a session of simultaneous chess against many players, grandmasters.

website: You say you don't agree - what is it about?

Oleg Braginsky: For example, Korea. I suggest: "You have such and such a business center, do such and such a thing." They say: "You understand, in our culture this is not accepted, impossible, unacceptable." And you ask, why is it unacceptable, but how, and what? And you find such a small corner, a tiny cut, and suddenly it becomes possible. And you can literally hear how people's brains move. This is the biggest thrill.

website: Do you get pleasure when you open up opportunities for people, and somehow smoothly, apparently, bring them to this?

Oleg Braginsky: Yes, it's like solving puzzles, each time a new one, you don't know which one. This is my favorite job.

website: And what is the most difficult thing in your work?

Oleg Braginsky: We have already talked about trust. Perhaps trust is both difficult to learn and difficult to maintain. Because there are ideas, often ideas are in the air. And so you heard it yesterday, and today another realized it. Client relationships are complex. Today there is trust, tomorrow it is gone, it has shaken, changed, some tension has passed.

And trust as part of human relationships is perhaps the most difficult thing. It needs to be constantly worked on. There is no such thing as some important event, and then trust is absolute and forever. Unfortunately no. This is a daily constant hard work of conquering, maintaining, confirming.

website: Absolutely agree with you. Oleg, what is the most valuable advice you have received in your life?

Oleg Braginsky: The most valuable advice I once received from my grandfather. He says that everyone gets tired, but people who have a fighting spirit do the work first and then get tired.

website: Awesome. I think now is the time to say that you literally had a few hours of rest, flew from America early in the morning and almost immediately to our studio.

Oleg Braginsky: It's true.

website: Fighting character. Oleg, thank you very much for coming to our studio, sharing your tips and recommendations. I am absolutely sure they will find their listener. At least I was inspired, I already want to make graphics.

Oleg Braginsky: Thank you very much, I will be glad!

website: Oleg, thank you very much! I am very pleased to remind you that today our guest was the Founder and Director Bureau of Braginsky Oleg Braginsky. All the best, goodbye!

And today our guest is really just a unique and incredibly active person - Oleg Braginsky!

Entrepreneur, PhD, writer, coach. I visited all the countries of the world, visited all the base camps of the eight-thousanders, dived all the seas, oceans and significant lakes, visited all the major islands and waterfalls.

The first person to answer absolutely ALL of our questions! ;)

Oleg is just a Verb Man! I have never met anyone so action oriented. This is reflected clearly even in the manner and style of the answers.

Without a moment's hesitation, I give him the floor! The interview in all its glory will reveal to you the role of action in life, and, I think, it will greatly charge you with simply irrepressible energy of creation coming from Oleg Braginsky!

Tell us a little about yourself. How old are you? What do you do? What achievements do you have? What projects are you involved in? What are your hobbies? What is your favorite phrase or motto?

Hello!

Oleg Braginsky, 43 years old. I created the School of Troubleshooters, where I teach 77 highly effective skills. I am engaged in solving unsolvable problems in the Braginsky Bureau. Worked in 5 states, managed 190 projects in 23 industries, 46 countries.

1. WAY TO YOURSELF

What is self-development and self-knowledge for you?

Self-knowledge - write articles, give interviews, participate in podcasts, answer questions from courses, webinars, podcasts, master classes and guest lectures.

What motivates and inspires you?

I am motivated by unsolvable tasks, competitions at the planetary level, communication with world leaders and outstanding scientists.

Inspired by the achievements and eyes of those whom I could help in difficult situation and the enthusiasm of students who have become successful.

What is your daily routine? What do you need to do every day?

I do not adhere to the regime of the day, I build a work plan for the week. It is difficult to manage the daily schedule with my rhythm - I switched to a seven-day week.

Every day I do pull-ups, push-ups, run, swim, write an article, read a book, prepare 30 presentation slides for the next weekend for the School of Troubleshooters.

What wellness practices and techniques do you use in your life?

Meaningful sports and active meditations, healthy and homemade food. I gave up sugar and salt, I avoid semi-finished products and ready-made seasonings.

I drink pure water, consciously choose teas, do not drink alcohol. I walk, I don't use the elevator.

Do you do any physical exercise? What does it give you?

Training keeps the body in shape, is a rest from mental activity. I have not met people who are able to spend a week on a par with me with such a volume and indicators of physical activity.

Sport allows you to relax your head and load your body so that difficulties become unbearable.

Do you apply psychophysical practices in your life (for example, yoga, qigong, meditation, prayer, etc.). What does it give you?

I do not recognize religious psychophysical practices - perhaps I have not matured yet. I use the elements of yoga, qigong and wushu functionally and fragmentarily.

Mindfulness does not require special nourishment.

What are you doing to develop intelligence and memory?

I devote 70% of my time to the brain - I read the Harvard Business Review and scientific journals. The largest publishing houses in the CIS send books that I regularly review on Facebook, summarizing up to 400 characters.

School students develop by asking questions on Saturdays and Sundays, where we master versatile skills in 10 hours.

2. THE WAY TO SUCCESS

What, in your opinion, are the main secrets of success and a successful personality?

Restlessness, willingness to learn, sleep deprivation, mental games, speed skills, frantic pace, self-ruthlessness, huge consumption of scientific information, support from loved ones and conversations with family, having partners and students.

What do you use to increase your personal efficiency and productivity?

I collect life hacks and master skills: there are already 2,300 and 746 of them, respectively. I read 400 pages an hour, I type 560 characters per minute, I multiply multi-digit numbers without a calculator, I take shorthand at the speed of speech, I memorize large blocks of text, I work in most programs without a mouse.

Do you have time management in your life? What are you doing to get more done?

I do not believe in time management, I control the achievement of results. I keep to-do lists with priorities, which I transfer to Google Calendar, turning into a weekly plan. In order to be in time, I group tasks that are similar in kind, method, type and place, and mastered speed skills.

Learn touch typing and speed reading - life will become more productive.

Do you have perceived flaws or destructive habits that you struggle with? How do you do it?

I focus on single-tasking and do not allow myself to be distracted - I explain to colleagues and acquaintances that I am not able to do two things at the same time. Due to the number of contacts, I confuse names, because I keep multi-country face galleries in my head. There are 73,000 entries on my phone - I often ask people what their names are.

What do you need to do to achieve your goals? Your signature recipe.

I mentally prepare, improve my skills, ask experts, read books.

I formalize the task, draw a diagram, decompose it into time intervals.

I start, follow the progress, ask for feedback, report on the result with a presentation and an article.

How do you feel about money? What advice can you give on personal finance management?

I take money calmly - virtual numbers are on the account.

Do not spare funds for development and travel.

Rent apartments and cars, get bored - replace.

Increase deposits methodically, use credit cards with a grace period, avoid loans.

How often do you study? How? Tell us about your last experience and what did you learn there?

I am constantly learning. I go to trainings, take master classes, attend lectures, buy webinars.

I recently studied stage speech, now I record podcasts every day, I will bring it up to 100 topics - I will credit myself with the skill of broadcasting.

What personality traits do you like in people and what do you dislike?

Likes - politeness, tact, dignity, respect, curiosity, attentiveness.

I do not recognize it - complacency, omniscience, sinlessness, arrogance, ossification.

By skills, I find reference points - people who have become the best in the world: athletes, politicians, experts. I look into the Guinness Book of Records - I find idols there.

I admire Greek and medieval Italian scientists, politicians, thinkers. I love Mahatma Gandhi.

What is family for you? What does she give you?

Family is a safe haven, support, love, openness, happiness, care. Beloved eyes - best gift and praise is the highest achievement.

What, in your opinion, are the main secrets of harmonious relations between a man and a woman?

Know how her day went. Together go to theaters, exhibitions and fly on vacation. Remember dates and requests, please with little things, show attention.

Carry heavy, buy expensive, skip ahead and open doors. Feel sorry, empathize, know friends and colleagues, keep up the conversation and reflection.

Remember about equality, leave a choice, do not beat, do not shout. Not to teach, but to show by example, to develop, but not to force.

Talk about little things, watch cartoons and read books together, discuss, dramatize, laugh and indulge.

What rules do you have in relationships and communications with other people?

I easily make contact, answer personal letters, respond to address questions.

I don't let in personal life and an apartment, I don’t discuss politics and religion, I don’t want to know bad things and talk about manners.

I do not agree to discuss others and move away from whining, I do not like startups and justifying failures.

Do you have teachers? The ones who really changed you and gave you so much? Tell us a little about it.

The teachers are mom, dad and grandfather. They spared no time for development, got incredible books. There were problems with this in the Union. Mom is always unhappy with the results - she looks reproachfully and says that she could achieve more.

The mentors helped me develop my skills - I am immensely grateful to them. These are generous people, trying to become the same.

Tell us a little about your lifestyle? How does it help you in life?

I burn out cowardice, pride and laziness in myself. I do not want to hear flattery and arguments. I listen to advice on what exactly and how specifically can be improved.

My partner Daniil Schmitt criticizes me in detail every day – he does not let me relax and rest on my laurels.

What useful and bad habits? Do you fight harmful ones?

There are many bad habits:

I do not engage in self-justification, I constantly find weaknesses in myself, with which I immediately begin to fight.

Have you changed your life dramatically? If yes, please tell us a little about your experience. Where do you think you need to start changing your life?

I live for change. I worked in several countries - I had to learn languages on the fly. Changed 13 directorial positions, going from "lamer" to "guru".

He bankrupted his own businesses three times, opened new ones five times.

You need to start changes by setting new goals, such that it would be scary to approach, so that others would say: “this is impossible.”

Then plan in detail and become a "bulldozer" that does not know fear, reproach and fatigue.

How often do you travel? What is travel for you?

I have been traveling for 30+ years. I visited all the countries of the world, visited all the base camps of the eight-thousanders, dived all the seas, oceans and significant lakes, visited all the major islands and waterfalls.

Traveling is a chance to get acquainted with culture, history, cuisine, language, epic. New territory - an opportunity to get a new soul, look at the business from a different perspective, enriched with insights.

Do you have a conscious most important goal or mission in life?

Influence. Knowing and being able is not enough. Getting your way is trite.

I am engaged in education and hope to organize educational establishments of a new type - based on growing and updating skills, and not on endangered professions.

your favorite programs and mobile applications that really help you in life.

  • I manage files through Far Manger - I know the hotkeys thoroughly, I have been using them for decades.
  • I create archives with WinRar - it is difficult to crack the password and high compression density.
  • I upload files through Download Manager.
  • I check errors in Orfo.
  • VLC - Watch videos on your laptop and iPad at double the speed.
  • I clean the "garbage" of Windows using CCleaner.

Tell us an interesting and instructive story that happened in your life and what did it teach you?

The technology I created made it possible to quickly issue consumer loans. The reverse side of the coin - the losses of fraudulent pyramids grew by leaps and bounds. After a serious incident, he came to the boss to say that he was ready to compensate for the losses, to which he received the answer: “Consider this another MBA, you don’t need to return the money.”

Learned to appreciate people who understand mistakes. Father also instructed: "Power is the ability to forgive."

5. YOUR BUSINESS

Do you have your own business? If yes, can you tell us a little about it? How did your entrepreneurial journey begin?

In the first years of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute, I managed to write several commercial programs:

  1. BrArh is an archiver that uses dynamic compression;
  2. BrEd - editor for hackers, later renamed HED;
  3. BrAVo is a program for detecting and treating computer viruses.

I was paid to recover information and bring computers back to life after malware attacks, and was made an expert in reverse engineering by a hacker editor.

Then it became fashionable to give me a system of software and hardware protection to check. The largest companies of the planet addressed: Intel, Motorolla, AMD, ATI.

What advice would you give to someone who is just about to start a business?

  1. Do not copy. The temptation is great, but then you can be compared, a price war will begin in which there are no winners.
  2. Do not rush. It is better to spend a couple of years on the formation of a detailed idea than to try in startup mode, having prepared an excuse: “But I gained experience.”
  3. Don't join. It is easier to follow and act as “support”, but then you will not achieve significant success.

What business advice can you give readers?

  1. Get ready for the long game.
  2. Start not with the product, but with the customer.
  3. Build detailed financial plan for three years.

What are your marketing and promotion tips?

I hate the classic options for marketing and promotion - vulgar and intrusive.

Make a unique product or add unparalleled features to an existing one to get people talking about you voluntarily.

I am not a lecturer, not a coach, not a speaker, but I read dozens of topics at the same time. Will I have competition? Unlikely.

Do not think about price and sales channels, care about the benefits: “what exactly does the consumer get?”

Do enough outreach. I gave 50 guest lectures in best universities Russia, recorded 45 podcasts, 35 webinars and recorded a dozen video courses. I am the most viewed lecturer at Netology and CBS.

Expertise is a slow-growing but extremely sustainable way of building a brand and adding value.

What are your tips for building a team and managing people?

Look for "your" people, do not agree to work with those who need money. Ideas move civilization, not wages.

By working much more, they break out a little closer to the finish line. It will take dedication, endurance, tolerance for slowness and failure.

I do not believe in retraining people, I think that the best are selected at the start.

Tell us about one of your failures or a major problem that happened in business? What experience did you take away from this? Were you able to fix the situation?

My partners and I created UNA - Ukrainian National Antivirus, passed the Virus Bulletin certification, increased our client base, created a multilingual version, and exhibited booths at international conferences.

When the company accumulated a significant amount of funds, a series of "raids" occurred, which led to the murder of a partner and the loss of control over the business.

He did not return to the company, he did not fight for it, deciding that there is no business where they shoot. In the Slavic territories, you can’t create profit “without a roof” - if you didn’t come in handy, then you are still small.

6. PHILOSOPHY

What is happiness according to you?

Happiness is to see those you love and do what you like.

What do you see as the meaning of human life?

A goal longer than life.

What do you think happens after death? Do you have a fear of death?

Been under bullets, burned, drowned, lost friends. I'm more afraid of shame.

What do you think the ideal life should be?

Life is ideal when useful to the family, relatives, students, country, planet.

What determines a person's destiny? Can a person control his own destiny?

Destiny is determined by ambition. A person can dream, achieve and create.

What is Truth? Is there a universal Truth that is always true for all people, or is it individual for everyone?

I understand the truth from the point of view, sometimes they are diametrical. I believe in the plurality of truths with a single source of Truth.

What is good and evil in your understanding?

Evil - pass by when you can help. Didn't notice when I could fix it. Leave the weak defenseless.

Your wishes to the readers of the project "To Yourself Guru".

Do not think that you know everything - learn, do not be content with what you have - strive, set goals above your head - achieve.

Lifehacker's exclusive interview with Alfa-Bank top manager Oleg Braginsky about why he is a happy person and how he professionally solves complex and impossible business problems.

Interview with Alfa-Bank top manager Oleg Braginsky. Oleg about himself:

I am a happy person - my work coincides with my hobby! I professionally solve complex and impossible business problems.

The profile is impressive:

Projects in different areas and countries, innovations and artificial intelligence, Big Data and modeling, loyalty programs and behavioral forecasting.

Health. What you are doing? What tools and techniques do you use? What conclusions did you draw for yourself?

I recognize push-ups, cyclic exercises, swimming. I do 100 push-ups on my fists in 60 seconds on the first two knuckles in order to maintain a blow in the memory of the “common” 90s. I do “one more push-up” several times so that the brain does not spare the body. I finish push-ups with a deflection in the belt to stretch my back - I sit a lot.

By cyclic exercises I “zero out” my head, by swimming I clear the city lungs. 10 pools I start and finish with a slip back and forth. Apart from freedivers, few can repeat. Compete one-sidedly with fast swimmers, even if I am already completing a cycle, and they have just jumped into the pool. It is difficult with swimmers in fins. :(

I do not rest until I achieve excellence.

I brush my teeth twice a day, do not rinse my mouth with water, keep the paste liquid in my mouth for a minute - I train holding my breath and strengthen the enamel. At the same time, I stand alternately on one leg in a semi-squat. I visit the dentist once a year for professional cleaning and polishing. There are no fillings, all teeth are in place.

I do not use salt and sugar and do not keep it in the house. I go to restaurants with cooks I know, I order not from the menu, but according to the recommendations: the chef knows the origin and freshness of the products, the compatibility of dishes and the talents of changing in the kitchen. I check the expiration date and the composition of the products when shopping.

I don't drink, I don't smoke.

I perceive the elevator as a personal enemy.

Planning. How do you manage and plan your time?

The calendar is kept by an assistant who knows the basic rules and plays the first fiddle. You don’t need to make an appointment with me - a professional is responsible for them, who will put events into a plan, group territoriality, take care of taxis, hotels, tickets. I see and execute the finished calendar. Like everyone else, I ask you to set up a meeting with clients, time for meetings and even personal matters. I receive messages on WhatsApp: the make and number of the car, the name and phone number of the driver, the end point and purpose of the trip.

Learned to counter-emergency driving, avoid being behind the wheel. In the back seat you can work and relax.

I spend most of my meetings in my office. I hung up a projector, a screen, a board. I use four video cameras of different remote communication systems. I work in multi-user mode with electronic documents. I print to others - I don't use paper myself. In the workplace, broad-leaved plants.

I read fast and type blindly on the keyboard. I know QWERTY to work on standard keyboards from 450 characters per minute, and Dvorak layout to work up to 550 strokes in 60 seconds. At home, I myself sort out the keyboards of computers and laptops in Dvorakov.

Both skills allow you to respond to mail with lightning speed, not to strain when writing letters, reports and presentations. I answer emails quickly. I transfer part of it to the folders “Save”, “Do it later”, “Help a friend”. Set up automatic sorting rules for multiple mail folders.

I use equipment in pairs: laptops - ultra-light and heavy-duty - to wear and count, 30 ”monitors - do not switch between windows, data in the working computer on “mirrors”, files on flash drives different types. I carry VGA and HDMI adapters for the iPad so that clients can connect to projectors.

I don't watch TV, I don't read the press, I don't listen to radio and music.

I watch films with a 200% acceleration on the recommendation of friends, they also help me understand phrases from TV shows, explain that “the uncle is cool, because ...”. To get used to the accelerated view, I used VLC for a month at a daily increment of 3%. It became boring in cinemas, I try to go to 3D.

In the evenings I read half a book. Alfa-Bank has an excellent business library for gadgets and a subscription to GetAbstract. I read on the recommendation and in a row - in negotiations and conversations, knowledge from different areas. It is difficult to compete with Google, but in a bathhouse, in a diving boat, it is easy to show off erudition.

I respond to a request to conduct a training or speak in front of an audience. It won’t get any worse for me, and the answers to the questions perfectly organize thoughts and keep the reaction in good shape.

I save time with reports at conferences and summits. So I would go and collect business cards with city phones, chasing the right people. And then he performed and, upon leaving the stage, collected business cards with mobile phones in a minute. From the second invitation to the annual events, I agree to be the first or second speaker of the day of the beginning or to be on the presidium. I see the hall, the microphone is available, the audience remembers better.

Coming to clients, I hear: “I heard / saw / read you there, you are the No. 1 expert in loyalty / processes / security / big data / innovations / technologies / HR.” The meeting is faster, more productive and more friendly due to the methodical work on your own brand.

I strive to be the best. Not in the Bank, not in the industry, not in the country, but… in the world.

Some projects and publications I bring in LinkedIn. If you want to know about me, google or read my profile. I do the same myself. I am surprised when I see a 50-word profile with a formal last job and university. Why start an empty profile, it's better then without it at all.

I own shorthand. The advantage is not only in speed - the records are almost unreadable, so I write what I think. I form assignments for myself so as not to keep in my head, I cross out what has been done. What I did not have time, I transfer to the next sheet marked 1, that is, the task survived the day of the delay calmly. If there are more than three transfers, then I do not write down the task for the next day - probably, you can not do it at all.

Presentations I do it myself, while following the rules:

2. The minimum number of fonts, styles and alignment of elements in two decimal places. If a large screen comes across, there should be no sloppiness when flipping through the slides.

3. If the performance is free, not social and not charitable, I don’t leave the presentation to the organizers of the event and prepare much stronger, so that later the delegates demand my materials, and the organizers look for meetings with me, from which you can get preferences.

I keep track of where and what slides I showed - this allows me to speak more often and prepare less often, reusing up to 40% of the pages several times. I run the reports aloud twice: in the evening before going to bed and when I wake up. I prepare presentations at a pace of 20 seconds per slide, I paraphrase the written text - with such a speed and two storylines, the audience listens with a single breath.

I use punctuation meticulously, I despise double spaces, I get upset at avoiding "e". I try not to use brackets, because they contain secondary text, so you can do without.

I read a letter, a document, a fragment, a paragraph three times. The first - I check whether I wrote clearly; the second - I simplify the phrases and delete unnecessary words; the third - I check whether it is tactful. I use the particle “would”: “I would ask” instead of “I ask” and “I would like” instead of “I want”. When appropriate, I say and write "thank you."

In responsible texts I use frequency analysis, "shoulders" and a check for banality. By frequency analysis I reveal redundant words - it forces me to paraphrase, use synonyms. I do not allow "shoulders" - the distance in words between the concept in the text - is longer than five. Banality is its own formula based on the occurrence of words in a paragraph. If the indicator is close to one - wrote in unique words, exceeds three - the paragraph should be deleted, the meaning of the text will not change.

I use the file naming system:

Type_Customer_Contractor_Project_Date in Japanese format_Time rounded to the future 15 minutes. The assistant and the team can easily understand the documents. I make backup copies hourly and with every "approach" to the file. I store in WinRar with a password and recovery information. Saved many times.

Finance. How do you manage them? What are your three main rules in finance?

I keep money in dollars, for 20 years I have never regretted it.

I do not use loans and do not lend.

If you need something, I try to find a professional, stylish, cool. I'm trading.

I pay for every service, so as not to be due and have the moral right to expect the same attitude from others.

I manage the "treasury" in Excel, I spend my salary on my family, income - on luxury and recreation.

I collect discount cards of maximum denominations.

I check checks in shops and restaurants.

Relations. What are your secrets of communication with the second half?

Men fight for the future, women for today. I readily lose "conflicts on the spot and in the moment." I come to put up first: what difference does it make who is to blame, if you think in decades. Once a quarter is able to withstand a shopping marathon.

Child education. Your personal hacks?

I’ll make a fire in the rain without matches, walk through most of the maps, tie my shoelaces with a reef bow so that they don’t untie, or 100 different knots in 60 seconds, feed me on an autonomous trip without backpacks, I know hundreds of myths, fairy tales and anecdotes, but ... I’m not an exemplary father .

Career. What helps you be successful?

I strive to be the best. Not in the Bank, not in the industry, not in the country, but… in the world.

For example, on LinkedIn I compete for search views with people from Forbes, Most Connected; automatically the most viewed in your organization.

I communicate with owners, top officials, owners of budgets. I do not use manipulative techniques such as mirroring: the interlocutors read the same books.

I prefer three-piece suits, I don't support Jeans Day. I hold meetings and meetings without gadgets, I divide the planning time into 30-minute slots.

I remember the twists and turns of corporate life: today I didn’t say hello to someone, but tomorrow this person solves my problem. I help regardless of grade. I use barter - I provide services for a budget or resource.

I try not to be fascinated by people, so as not to be disappointed in them later.

I take on hopeless, impossible, overdue tasks and projects. There is no competition, if done - no one disputes the merits. I make several presentation slides every week so that traces of projects remain.

I track the average duration of watching videos with my speeches and lectures on the Internet. I try to understand why people lose interest after four minutes of watching. Virtually I compete with "Comedy" - their videos are watched for an average of five minutes.
