The International Academy of Business and New Technologies (IUBiNT) was founded in 1992 as the first non-state institution of higher education in Yaroslavl. Created as an innovative type of university, the Academy of MUBiNT has turned into a major scientific and educational center in twenty years.

It was an atrocity that triumphed beyond the comprehension of a normal person... My heart almost stopped.The whole room was covered in human blood... People hung, sat, lay on terrifying torture "instruments", the meaning of which I could not even imagine. Several, completely calm, blood-stained people, slowly went about their “work”, apparently not experiencing any pity, no remorse, not the slightest human feelings ... The room smelled of burnt meat, blood and death . Half-dead people groaned, cried, screamed... and some of them no longer even had the strength to scream. They just wheezed, not responding to torture, like rag dolls, which fate mercifully deprived of any feelings ...
It blew me up from the inside! I even forgot for a moment that I would become one of them very soon... All my raging strength suddenly spilled out, and... the torture chamber ceased to exist... Only bare, blood-drenched walls and terrible, chilling "instruments" remained. torture ... All the people who were there - both the executioners and their victims - disappeared without a trace.
Caraffa stood as pale as death itself, and looked at me without stopping, piercing with his terrible black eyes, in which anger, condemnation, surprise, and even some strange, inexplicable delight were splashing ... He kept deathly silence. And only his face reflected all his inner struggle. He himself was motionless, like a statue... He was deciding something.
