A participant in the run on the Gelandewagen FSB graduates commented on the scandalous race. Academy of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation

The scandalous celebration of the graduation year of the FSB Academy in Moscow blew up the Internet and caused a flurry of criticism, both from ordinary Internet users and the security forces. Several videos, which were filmed by the future secret fighters against the enemies of the state and numerous eyewitnesses, show how a cortege of about 30 identical elite black Mercedes-Benz Gelandewagen SUVs cuts through the streets of Moscow.

Judging by the dates of publication of several videos at once, the young security officers celebrated the outrageous graduation on June 21, but such a celebration of life received wide publicity only at the end of this week. Young people in white shirts lean out of the half-tinted windows and sunroofs of cars. They shout joyfully, wave to each other, take pictures and film what is happening on cell phones.

At the same time, former students seriously block traffic in their lane several times, reducing the speed to almost zero, and constantly honking loudly for no reason. In order for the operator to take particularly successful shots, the race participants periodically lined up in a long line, interfering with other traffic participants and creating emergency situations.

As a result, the shots turned out to be really spectacular, it seemed that the prom participants had rehearsed some of the passages more than once - for example, driving and hard braking against the walls. One of these videos posted on his Instagram user Sergey Vsevolodsky.

The recording captured not only elite cars, but also the faces of all graduates, and a graduation photo album with the faces and names of future Chekists also appeared on the network.

Soon Vsevolodsky deleted all entries from his microblog, but they were already replicated in the media, including photographs of ex-students. In addition, other people who simply watched what was happening from the side posted their entries. So, in the footage taken by the YouTube user dubnov.pro in the Vorobyovy Gory area, you can clearly see how

The cortege from Gelandewagen literally occupies all the free lanes and slowly follows the white convertible - as if at a military parade on Red Square.

The Internet community in the comments to the published video spoke quite unequivocally. Such behavior of the "majors" in uniform caused not only criticism, but also bewilderment - why flaunt not only your wealth, but also shine your faces?

“And what did they want to show by this that the FSB Academy produces smug and thoughtless officers, more like bandits from the 90s? They dishonored their alma mater. It’s a shame,” writes user balkast. “These people will not defend the interests of Russia, a priori. And they lit up nicely. You can see the pros a mile away, ”Alla Komissarova, in turn, spoke out.

As it turned out, the majors from the FSB themselves were not going to wait for the tension to subside and began to actively communicate with the press. As noted in an interview with the correspondent of the radio station "Moscow Speaks" one of the participants in the run, Vsevolod, who posted the video online, is not surprised by the criticism.

"It's quite normal. If they rode white Volgas, they would be praised. I don’t see anything inadequate in the passage of the motorcade without traffic violations,” he said.

Meanwhile, retired FSB Major General Alexander became so irritated that he called for the immediate dismissal of all the organizers of the rally.

“When serving in the state security agencies, they were always accustomed to modesty and secrecy,” Mikhailov said on the air of the radio station Moscow Speaks. - All the basic postulates of work in the organs are violated here. This is a betrayal of the interests of the service - to post photographs of comrades who could serve in intelligence, to light up at the very beginning of their careers. The leadership of the FSB must react harshly, fire the instigators.”

“For four years they were taught conspiracy, corporate ethics, that secrets should not be divulged. A betrayal was committed against those guys who were in these pictures. Many of my colleagues on Facebook are not just outraged, they exploded over this fact. The leadership of the FSB Academy has always suppressed such things very harshly, but in this situation they are just loose boys. It was not scouts and counterintelligence officers who went, but merchants of the first guild, Mikhailov said. "Komsomolskaya Pravda". - So pompous, arrogant. If that’s how they start their careers, then they won’t be of much use.”

At the same time, answering the question of whether the members of the VIP cortege themselves would be able to continue their service, Mikhailov said that "they have already been distributed, and distribution is already at the stage of defending diplomas."

In turn, Vsevolod, a participant in the rally, managed to stick a major general, noting that “Mikhailov is a graduate of the journalism faculty of Moscow State University, and not a military general.”

"How former employee he must understand that with these comments he is only inflating the topic, which, in theory, should be silenced, and not advertised to a million audience, ”the participant in the VIP motor rally is sure.

However, in the future, Major General Mikhailov continued to be indignant at the fact that the FSB officers disclosed their personal data, and called such an offense treason.

"A betrayal of the interests of service in in full. No one knows where these boys will serve. How can photos, in fact, already of FSB officers be uploaded to the network? - quotes the words of Mikhailov "Politekspert" .

It should be noted that the presence of such expensive cars, which cost from 6.6 million rubles, caused a lot of questions for the barely graduated lieutenants. Many suggested that they still rented cars. However, Vsevolod said that Gelandewagen, on which the run was carried out, was “sponsored assistance to the younger generation.”

“Drivers are the owners of the cars, and their graduations have been over for a long time,” he specified.

It is noteworthy that the future Chekists were also criticized by the authors of the 15 Days microblog, which is supposed to be conducted by participants in Moscow and races with the police. More recently, representatives of the "golden youth" got out of administrative arrest, where "Disobedience to the legal requirements of a representative of the authorities."

“How did it happen that we spent 15 days in prison, and these future law enforcement officers are still walking and relaxing?” they complained.

The reaction of the police and the provocative behavior of the security forces has not yet followed. The FSB does not comment on the situation either.

According to official information, the Academy is currently headed by Colonel-General Viktor Ostroukhov. 40 academicians and corresponding members, more than 100 professors and doctors of sciences, over 400 associate professors and candidates of sciences work at its departments. Personnel are trained here not only for the FSB of Russia, but also for the Foreign Intelligence Service, and other departments. IN Soviet times educational institution called high school them. Dzerzhinsky.

Introduction. The information has already been widely circulated. I have rhetorical questions:

Is it instead of the honor of an officer in government institutions and academies that they instill that their graduates are the masters of life? And if they come there morally flawed, then why are these negative traits of character for future service not corrected during the years of study? And what will they do when they occupy at least some small post?

I sincerely hope that in fact of this state of emergency, all participants are provided with a penalty with entry in a personal file. And for good, it is necessary to send them to distant places of our vast Motherland for 3 years, so that they would come to their senses from a beautiful life.

Vanity Parade

Lieutenants in luxury SUVs behaved defiantly and arranged "checkers" on the road [video]

A curious video appeared on the Internet: 30 Gelendvagens (these are luxury SUVs, a new one costs from 7 million rubles) drive along Moscow highways in an even formation, play checkers, line up beautifully, as in advertising, sharply move off. The tightly tinted windows of the car are lowered, strong young people, short-haired, in white shirts, are visible in the salons.

Gelendvagen cortege in Moscow

What was it, and most importantly - why? And yes, where do 22-year-old lieutenants get the money for such cars? Rich parents? But what are their sons doing in the FSB? They usually study abroad, if in Russia, then mainly at MGIMO. And here - future fighters against internal enemies of the state, including corrupt officials, in cars worth the cost of a good apartment in Moscow. Or is it that from their youth they are accustomed to expensive things so that they are incorruptible in the service?

The reaction of the Internet community is approximately the same: this is a clear overkill. So impudently demonstrating your wealth to young security officials is incorrect. This is at least. And as a maximum, the public demands to punish those who organized this VIP parade on Gelendvagens.

It was not intelligence officers and counterintelligence officers who went, but merchants of the first guild, ”said FSB Major General Alexander Mikhailov in an interview with KP. - So pompous, arrogant. If they start their careers like this, then there will be little sense from them. All participants in the journey should come to the unit already with a penalty, the organizer should be fired, the course leaders at the Academy who allowed this to happen should be punished.

Photos of graduates have already appeared on the network.

This, I believe, is also a malfeasance. My point of view: the person who posted these photos - it is necessary to initiate a criminal case against him, of course, expel him! For four years they were taught conspiracy, corporate ethics, that secrets should not be divulged. A betrayal was committed against those guys who were in these pictures. Many of my colleagues on Facebook are not just outraged, they exploded over this fact. The leadership of the FSB academy has always suppressed such things very harshly, but in this situation they are just loose boys.

Will those who arranged a rally on Gelendvagens continue to serve?

They are already distributed. We do not have a collective farm, where everyone goes where they want. At the stage of defending diplomas, they are distributed among departments.

The arrival of graduates of the Academy of the FSB on Gelandewagen turned into a clip

PS Good advertisement for Gelik

Official reaction:

The council at the Ministry of Internal Affairs stood up for the participants in the run on 30 gelendvagens

Graduates of the Academy of the FSB, who drove 30 Gelendvagens through the center of Moscow, should not be punished, but an educational conversation should be held with them, the chairman of the Security Commission told Life Public Chamber Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Public Council under the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow Anton Tsvetkov.

I do not think that it is necessary to punish the leadership of the academy. Just draw organizational conclusions and be more attentive to graduation celebrations for young officers. I don’t think that now it is necessary to spoil the life of graduates and punish them, but it is necessary to have a certain conversation,” he said.

The police will check the mass arrival of graduates of the FSB Academy on Gelandewagen

The police will check the mass departure of graduates of the FSB Academy on Mercedes Gelandewagen for violations of the rules traffic. Interfax was informed about this by the press service of the Moscow State traffic inspectorate.

“We are studying these materials, an inspection is being carried out,” the source said. Today 21:17

The story of the scandalous arrival of graduates of the FSB Academy on 30 gelendvagens in Moscow is developing. One of the participants in the race responded to accusations from the security forces and the public, and rental offices told how young people were looking for cars for rent, the cost of which they estimate at 250-300 thousand rubles. Meanwhile, the Kremlin said that for them this is “no reason for comment”, but the traffic police and the leadership of the academy should look into what happened. Later on Monday, it became known that the FSB had launched an investigation.

The arrival of future security officials on about three dozen gelendvagens in Moscow (they talk about 28, then about 30 cars) has already been commented on in the Kremlin. They did not express their attitude there, specifying that "this is not a reason for comments from the Kremlin," but admitted that the administrative and moral and ethical aspects that you need to deal with is here.

Recall that over the weekend, videos and photos were scattered on the Internet, which, as the Ren-TV channel found out, were staged by graduates of the FSB Academy on June 21. Social media users were indignant at the behavior of the future security forces, and FSB Major General Alexander Mikhailov even accused them of treason because, being graduates of the FSB Academy, they did not hide their faces and posted a photo with the names of the entire group on the Internet.

Then the channel's sources reported that the graduates rented cars: two or three people rented a car for three hours, the cost of an hour of rent is 1.5 thousand per person. However, later, in a conversation with the Govorit Moskva radio station, Vsevolod, a rally participant who posted a video of the event, said that “the drivers are the owners of the cars and their releases have passed a long time ago.” In addition, he said that gelendvagens are “sponsored assistance to the younger generation.”

At the same time, a spokesman for car rental company Gwagen told the radio station that the alumni were unable to rent all the cars in one location due to financial problems. According to him, they wanted to rent 30 cars, but after finding out the prices, they decided to look at other places.

They turned to many people, all over Moscow. (...) We have conditions from 2 thousand per hour, they wanted cheaper. There are also contracts, they collected money for six months.

According to the interlocutor of the radio station, the graduates took only two cars from Gwagen, and then through intermediaries. The company suggested that some of the cars could be provided by participants in the Gelandewagen owners forum.

This is a regular rental. Those rooms that I saw are just rental rooms. Half of the rental rooms.

An interlocutor of Moskovsky Komsomolets in one of the rental shops, whose services the young people never used, estimated the cost of renting all cars at 250-300 thousand rubles.

Two thousand rubles per hour seemed too expensive for them, and as far as I know, they turned to other offices (there are about 30 of them throughout the capital) and “scraped” the cars “through the bottom of the barrel”. I find it difficult to say the exact amount of their budget, but I can assume that the run that took place cost them 250-300 thousand rubles.

The cameraman who filmed the race told Moskovsky Komsomolets that young people began planning their graduation in February. The race was actually filmed back in June, but the professionally filmed video was not supposed to get on the Internet.

Yes, there was indeed a shoot. But we didn't know who these guys were or where they came from. We thought that these were ordinary graduates, no one showed us any "crusts". They paid 7 thousand rubles for the video. We filmed it back in June, and only now everything has scattered in the media - and only because someone stole the video from us. We keep all the footage in the archive, but apparently someone got access to it and posted the video on the network.

Perhaps we are talking about this video, which was filmed really professionally. On it, young people in gelendvagens and in white shirts occupy several lanes, buzz and lean out of the windows. You can also see how they take a group photo on Sparrow Hills:

Responding to criticism from the public and the security forces, Vsevolod, a participant in the race, said that "this is normal."

It's quite normal. If they rode white Volgas, they would be praised. I do not see anything inadequate in the passage of the cortege without traffic violations.

And to Mikhailov’s accusations, the young man said at all that he was “a graduate of the journalism faculty of Moscow State University, and not a military general”:

As a former employee, he must understand that with these comments he only inflates a topic that, in theory, should be silenced, and not advertised to a millionth audience.

There are quite a few stories on the Internet about how graduates of the military and other universities celebrate their graduation. Even under the tsar, former cadets and listeners celebrated this day by scattering change and banknotes from under the shoulder straps. Tom had a sign: the cooler you mark, the more you give out "running" money, the "louder" your service will be.

Every treasury institution has its own eccentricities. At the Military University of the Ministry of Defense, for example, military translators annually polish the shoes of the monument to the Nameless Soldier with wax, and in St. Petersburg, yesterday's cadets polish the causal places for the stallion of the Bronze Horseman. Graduates celebrate the end of their studies by riding boats, carriages, whatever comes into their heads.

They also rent wedding cars. For example, in Moscow, a Hammer limousine for 26 people will cost 4,000 rubles a day.

But the video that got on YouTube excited everyone: a cortege of 30 black Gelenvagens is driving through the center of Moscow. So - with pomp and chic - cadets of the Academy of the FSB, 22-year-old lieutenants, celebrated their graduation a few days ago.

Correspondents of "Komsomolskaya Pravda" studied the numbers of "Geliks" caught on the video. It turned out that many of these cars are actively rented out. For weddings, graduations and trips to business meetings for those who want to throw dust in the eyes of the right people. Some foreign cars appear in the Gwagen fleet. An hour of car rental (rented only with a driver) costs 2000 rubles here. But the minimum order is from 8000, this is for an hour of delivery and 3 hours of rent. On the photos from the pages of the company - the same cars, on which the cadets of the FSB Academy were dissected around Moscow.

They could also order limousines, as many graduates do. Gelendvagens are a little more expensive, but more agile on city streets, - Yury, a representative of the Gwagen company, told Komsomolskaya Pravda. - Two cars in this race of graduates of the FSB Academy were indeed ours, the rest were ordered from other similar agencies. We were often called from there - they were interested in whether our Gelendvagens were free. Cars began to be collected in the winter by a certain young man - an intermediary who called himself the organizer of this graduation. Perhaps at that time there were no identical Hummer limousines, and then he decided to collect the same Heliks. All foreign cars in our fleet are private, we only agree on hiring with a driver.

I understand they had money problems. They were not ready to pay immediately. They said we'll collect the money for now. They also had a banquet ... So they collected cars where they could. Including through the forums of the owners of Gelendvagens. There's a hodgepodge of such a team turned out, but basically these are ordinary rental cars. I looked at the video: the cars that got on the record stood without armor in our base. Most likely, they found the right amount for renting SUVs just a few weeks before their graduation.

At the prices of your company, such a trip on 30 Gelikas would cost at least 240 thousand rubles. What do you think the budget was in the end?

IN Lately Many people are engaged in renting luxury cars. Among the people with whom we cooperate, there are those who earn only this. Their cars are manufactured in the 2000s, but in excellent condition, like new. They cost, of course, not 8 million rubles, but a million and a half at the most. According to the ads on avito, such car owners can be negotiated for a thousand rubles per hour, if there are no other orders.

A picture with thanks to the "Gwagen team".

On the Internet, we found a letter of thanks to your company from International associations veterans of the anti-terror units "Alpha" and "Vympel" for their help in holding an event dedicated to the memory of employees of the Special Forces Center of the FSB of Russia who died during the liberation of the Beslan school. What is the honor of your company?

Indeed, a year ago we were approached by veterans of the FSB of Russia with a request to allocate 20 vehicles. We turned to various agencies that phoned the owners of the cars. The drivers of 15 Gelendvagens agreed to take part in the solemn event free of charge.

It turns out that FSB veterans can hold events on Gelendvagens. Then why is it impossible for young officers?!

Why the hype arose around the young FSB officers, Yuri frankly does not understand.

I know first hand: there were no traffic violations. Even patrolmen drove up to the cortege. We checked the documents. No complaints. They drove in a column only along one large street, and then divided into small groups of 4-5 cars. After all, this is not the situation when the majors in cool cars drive around Moscow, running away from the police. (We wrote a lot about the scandal with the son of Lukoil Vice President Ruslan Shamsuarov in the newspaper and on the website kp.ru - Auth.). The guys just wanted to make their graduation memorable ...

We ended up in the wrong place, at the wrong time, and flashed a fresh identity card in front of a traffic cop, - one of the graduates told us. Apparently, he is not ready to repent. - If they had not been lit up, none of the veterans would have condemned us ...

OFFICIALLY

"In connection with publications in the media mass media materials of critical content on the organization of the celebration of the graduation of 2016 by students of the Academy of the FSB of Russia in the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, an appropriate internal check is being carried out," Komsomolskaya Pravda was told at the Center for Public Relations of the FSB of Russia.

QUESTION - RIB

Does such an escort attract a fine?

Motor rallies have recently been really equated with demonstrations and rallies. Therefore, in order to hold them, you need to submit an application to the local authorities 10-15 days before the action, indicating in it who the organizer is, where and when the run will take place, how many cars there will be, how security measures will be provided, etc.

For violation of the law on rallies, a fine shines - from 10 thousand to 300 thousand rubles. But a demonstration is “an organized public expression of public sentiment by a group of citizens using posters, banners and other means of visual agitation during the movement,” the law says. There were no banners and posters - this is not a demonstration. And in the case of this "motor race" there were no posters, you can see everything from the video.

Even the signs on the cars are ordinary (by the way, not the state series of authorities or law enforcement agencies). So there is no violation here, just as there is no violation during the passage of a wedding procession or a retro run in vintage cars. Claims may arise from traffic cops if the drivers of some of the cars violated the rules of the road and this is fixed. For example, someone filmed it on a DVR and sent it to the traffic police with testimonies. Judging by the video, they drove very carefully, violations are not evident. And the synchronization of movement is a matter of skill, coordination (and in the video you can see that the driver has an ordinary radio station in his hands) and the number of takes of shooting. Any car TV show is filmed in the same way, for this you do not need to be a trained driver of the FSO or the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And no one forbids opening car windows and waving their arms.

Why did the Chekists roll the turnout

Alexander LUKYANOV

And the sediment from this whole story I personally left a strange one. Some people say that graduates of the FSB Academy wanted to stand out by driving expensive SUVs. Show how cool and put with the device in our opinion. This is supposedly a passion for the attributes of a rich life and it is not appropriate for future fighters against corruption to strive for this.

Others smile indulgently. Like what are you voting for? Those are the boys. They celebrated graduation. Not their own cars. They didn't steal from them, don't worry. Just naughty hussars.

And here's my question.

Could it really be that the graduates of the FSB Academy, the future elite of law enforcement agencies, could not calculate what their prank would lead to.

For example, I clearly know that if I start throwing stones at shop windows in the evening on my way home from work, then with a 99% probability I will spend the night in the police.

After all, they were supposed to be taught by the most experienced professors of psychology and analytics. These FSB lieutenants should be able to prepare analytical reports and forecasts about the mood in society. And accurately imagine what certain actions can lead to.

And many of these graduates probably have senior comrades and even relatives in the bodies. They could not help but know exactly how their offspring are preparing to celebrate graduation.

I'm not surprised by this public reaction. But I don’t see anything inadequate in the passage of the cortege without traffic violations, - the young man says. - If you rode white Volga, then people would praise you.

That is, all the same, they foresaw and expected. And if they expected, then why did they put on a show, the consequences of which have yet to be disentangled?
