1. 15.12.2018 - 05.09.2019 : Submission of applications by citizens whose children have a preferential right for admission to school. note, in the period from 12/15/2018 to 01/20/2019, the application should indicate only those schools in respect of which there is a pre-emptive right of enrollment. Other schools listed on the application will be denied;
2. 20.01.2019 - 30.06.2019 : submission of applications by citizens whose children live in the assigned territory. Can I complete and submit an application in advance if my child does not have priority enrollment?

What is the difference between temporary registration and permanent registration?
