First of all, by decision of the deputies, the administration of the Noginsk municipal district was renamed the administration of the Bogorodsk urban district. It should be noted that one of the goals of the municipal reform in the Moscow region, within the framework of which the formation of urban districts takes place, is to save financial resources of local budgets by reducing municipal employees. If earlier the number of municipal employees of the Noginsk district was 402 people, then in the conditions of the urban district it is only 275 people. But a smaller number does not mean a reduction in the tasks that the regional government and residents set for local administrations. Therefore, a clear and competently built structure of the executive body is necessary.

Marina Aksyonova, deputy head of the Okrug administration, submitted a draft decision on the approval of the structure of the administration of the Bogorodsky city district to the vote of the deputies. In connection with the expansion of the powers of the district administration, the number of deputy heads has increased, in the new structure there are 11 of them.
Our district, like the rest of the Moscow region, should become a territory of comfortable living, therefore, the Ministry for Improvement was created in the regional government, which took over part of the powers of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities and the Ministry of Ecology, and the position of Deputy Head for Improvement and investment programs in the housing sector. In addition, a deputy unit has appeared, which will oversee the territorial administrations in the settlements, in total there will be five of them on the territory of the Bogorodsky District. To solve certain problems, residents of the settlements may not go to Noginsk, to the administration of the Bogorodsky district, but turn to the territorial department on the spot.

The absence of such a territorial department in Noginsk raised questions from the deputies of the Council. But it must be taken into account that the administration of the Bogorodsky District is located in Noginsk, so it is much easier for the Noginsk residents to get to it than for residents of other settlements. - This structure most optimally reflects the current state of affairs in the territories of the Bogorodsky District. Those problems that exist in the city of Noginsk cannot be solved without a constant and attentive attitude from the head of the district. Only the first person in our center - Noginsk-Bogorodsk - with personal tasks for deputies in areas can radically change the situation.
In the future, proposals were made to create a department specifically for working with residents of the district center.

The agenda of the deputies was continued by issues related to amendments to legal acts that regulate the work of the administration. In total, the deputies made a positive decision on 11 issues on the agenda that relate to the functioning of the district administration: this is the approval of the Regulations on the administration of the Bogorodsky urban district, ensuring the material, technical and organizational activities of the bodies local government, approval of a number of Regulations that build the work of the Departments of housing and communal services, culture, physical education, sports, youth policy and tourism.
