Materials about UFO. UFO declassified materials. Old data that everyone knows about

AT last years Increasingly, declassified documents from the FBI, Air Force and CIA are appearing on the Internet, from which it follows that UFOs that recently seemed to be a myth are, in fact, just as real as our planes. The French were the first to declassify secret UFO materials, followed by the UK.

Ufologists have argued that secret UFO materials are even more inaccessible than materials on the creation of a hydrogen bomb. Apparently, the message of aliens is not at all uncommon for our planet. Why are there only numerous stories about the appearance of mysterious crop circles.

One of the first cases of drawings on wheat farmers' fields was in the UK back in 66. Within 20 years, this phenomenon began to manifest itself everywhere in huge quantities. Rumors and legends immediately spread about some messages from aliens, who in this way are trying to communicate something to earthlings. Not surprising - even in there are some hints of the upcoming contact of people with an unearthly mind.

The mysteriousness of the phenomenon was also added by the fact that the drawings appeared at night, the plants in them were not broken, and the circles were absolutely even. Further drawings only became more complicated. Today these drawings are called pictograms. The appearance of many of them became a huge hoax of the twentieth century. Scientists have discovered that these circles are not traces of an alien invasion, this is not a message from aliens at all, but rather the creation of the work of people.

It is still unknown whether there is intelligent life outside of our Earth, but more and more information appears on the fact, more and more data about UFOs continue to be declassified. Although most classified materials about UFOs will remain in the shadows.

The declassified documents, which were previously only accessible on four computer terminals at the National Archives in Maryland, are now available online.

They provide data on the activities of the CIA in Vietnam, the Korean conflict and during the Cold War.

In addition, the documents refer to alleged UFO sightings and a previously classified military project Stargate , in which the Americans conducted research on supernatural human abilities.

Old data that everyone knows about

The declassified CIA data on UFO sightings and eyewitness studies, for the most part, relate to events that have long been known, they were collected from all over the world, including the USSR.

The bulk of the archives on UFOs is devoted to sightings from the early 1950s to the late 1970s. In addition, minutes of meetings of various commissions have been made public, as well as detailed instructions for the US military on observing UFOs.

Some of this data has already been made public a year ago. And then it was emphasized that in none of the documents laid out by the CIA there is evidence of a connection between UFOs and aliens, since most of the documentary data, testimonies and testimonies do not contain enough materials for scientific analysis.

A year ago, journalists, based on these declassified CIA materials, identified seven of the most surreal UFO documents. Among them is a note from the assistant director of the department scientific research from 1952 on "the vulnerability of the United States in the light of possible attacks by flying saucers", a report on inexplicable lights in the sky over Tashkent, a report on the appearance of luminous celestial bodies over uranium mines in the Belgian Congo.

A CIA report from 1952, in particular, calls thousands of reports of UFOs and flying saucers fiction and fakes. But at the same time, all CIA employees were ordered not to talk about it in the press or in public.

Documents from the same year 1952 report flying objects seen in eastern Germany, over Spain and in northern Africa.

Opinions

Cosmonaut Alexei Leonov expressed his opinion about this news. He called the released CIA documents "complete nonsense".

He emphasized that similar documents you don’t have to believe it, because there is no official confirmation of the meetings of the US military with UFOs.

And here cosmonaut Vladimir Titov became interested in the materials from the documents. Vladimir Titov, commenting on reports about the declassification of the CIA archives on UFOs, said that he would be interested in looking into them.

According to the media

  • New Documents Disclosed Describe How Reconnaissance Plane Encountered a UFO Over the Mediterranean

The following is a report written by the secretarial staff
From the personnel of the Belgian Air Force.

1. Introduction

A. This report provides an overview of the reports of the relevant units of the Air Force and the reports of eyewitnesses of the gendarmerie patrols, about unknown phenomena observed in airspace(hereinafter referred to as UFO), south of the Brussels-Tirmenton axis, On the night of March 30-31, 1990.

B. The sightings, visual and radar, were of such a nature that it was decided to film two F-16s of 1 J Wing in order to identify these UFOs.

C. This report was prepared by Major Lambrecht, VS/3 Ctl-Met 1.

2. Context.

Since the beginning of December 1989, strange phenomena have been regularly observed in Belgian airspace. The Air Force has several ocular witnesses at its disposal, most of whom have been briefed by the gendarmerie. Air Force radar stations were unable to confirm in any way until March 30-31 that these sightings and the presence of UFOs could never have been established by the fighters sent in that order. Air Force officials managed to release several hypotheses about the origin of these UFOs. Availability or verification of B-2 or F-117 A (stealth), RPV (Remotely Piloted vehicles), ULM (Ultra Light Motorized) and AWACS in Belgian airspace during the facts may be excluded.

These discoveries were reported to the Cabinet of the Ministry of National Defense (MNB). In the meantime, SOBEPS (Societe Belge d'Etude des Phenomenes Spatiaux) contacted MLV to have MLV support SOBEPS in its inquiries about the phenomenon.

This request was accepted and thereafter the Air Force cooperated regularly with this society.

Note: local time.

23 o'clock 00 min. Responsible Supervisory Authority (CC) of the Glona Control Center (GCC) receives a phone call from Mr. A. Renkin, Gendarmerie

MDL, who certifies that from his home in Ramillie, three unusual lights in the direction of Torembey-Gemblu. These lights are distinctly more intense than the stars and planets, they do not move and are located on the tops of equilateral triangle. Their color changes: red, green and yellow.

23h05: CRC Glons asks the Wavre Gendarmerie to send a patrol to this location to confirm this sighting.

11:10 p.m.: Mr. Renin's new call indicates a new phenomenon: three other lights are moving towards the first triangle. One of these lights is much brighter than the others. Glona's CRC is currently observing an unidentified radar contact located approximately 5 km north of Bovechain Airport. The contacts move 25 knots to the west.

2328 A gendarmerie patrol, including, among others, Captain Pinson, is in the room and confirms Mr. Rankin's observations. Captain Pinson describes the observed phenomenon as follows: the bright dots have the dimension big star(*); Their color changes constantly. The predominant color is red; Then it changes to blue, green, yellow and white, but not always in the same order. The lights are very clear, as if they were signals: this makes it possible to distinguish them from the stars.

2330-2345: Three new lights, meanwhile, approached the first observable triangle. In turn, after a series of unstable moves, they are also located in a triangular formation.

Meanwhile, CRON Glons is watching this phenomenon on the radar.

2349 - 2359: Semcerzake TCC / RP (message control center / reporting post) in turn has a clear radar contact in the same position indicated by CRC Glons.

23h56: After agreement with CCM II, and since all conditions are met to implement the QRA, CRC Glons transmits a scrambling order to 1 J Wing.

2345 - 0015: Bright dots are still clearly visible from the ground. Their position does not change. The entire formation seems to be moving slowly compared to the stars. Ocular observers on the ground notice that UFOs send out short and more intense light signals from time to time. At the same time, two fainter luminous points are observed in the direction of Ehesy. Those, like others, also have short and unsteady movements.

00 h 05: Two F-16s, QRA J-Wings, AL 17 and AL 23, take off.

Between 0007 and 0054 hours, under CRC control, a total of nine interception attempts were made by fighters. The aircraft had several times short radar contacts on targets designated by the CRC. On three occasions, the pilots were able to lock onto the target within a few seconds, each time resulting in drastic change range of UFOs. In no case did the pilots have visual contact with the UFO.

00 h 13: First target lock, indicated by CRC. Position: bow 6 NM (Nautical Miles), 9000 ft, heading: 250. Target speed changes to minimum time from 150 to 970 knots, the altitude drops from 9,000 to 5,000 feet, then to 11,000 feet and, shortly thereafter, to ground level. This results in a "fault lock" after a few seconds, the pilot loses contact with the radar. Glonov radars report at the moment of blocking that fighters are above the target position.

+/- 00 h 19 - 00 h 30: TCC Semmerzake as well as CRC Glons lost contact with the target. From time to time a contact appears in the region, but they are too few to have a clear trail. At the same time, pilots are in contact on VHF civil air traffic radio to coordinate with the Brussels TMA.

Radio contact on UHF is maintained using Glons CRC.

0030: AL 17 has radar contact at 5,000 feet, 20 m from Beauvechain (Nivelles), position 255. Target moving at very high speed (740 knots). The interlock is activated within 6 seconds, and when the interrupt is disabled, a jam signal appears on the display.

+/- 00 h 30: ground witnesses see F-16 passing three times. During the third pass, they see the planes circling in the center of the large stratum they initially spotted. At the same time, they notice the disappearance of the small triangle, while the brightest western point of the large triangle is moving very fast, probably upwards. This dot emits intense red signals in a repetitive pattern during the maneuver. Shortly thereafter, the other two points of the large triangle disappear. The clear dots above Eghezee are no longer visible, and only the brightest point of the triangular triangle can be observed.

0032: Glon's and Semmersack's radars are in contact at a distance of 110/6 NM from Bovehain, heading towards Birset at 7,000 feet and high speed.

Recorded speeds range from 478 to 690 knots. Contact lost over Birset. The Maastricht Radar Control Center had no contact with this UFO.

0039 - 0041: Glona's CRC mentions possible contact 10 NM from aircraft, at 10,000 feet. Pilots have radar contact at 7 NM. Target acceleration from 100 to 600 knots is again seen. The interlock is activated for only a few seconds, and the aircraft, as well as the CRC, lose contact.

0047: Beauvechain RAPCON mentions a contact on its radar, at 6500 feet, position from Beauvechain: 160/5 NM. Glones CRC also has a contact in the same position. This is observed until 00 h. 56.

0045 - 0100: Some UFO interception attempts are made. Aircraft register only a few very short radar contacts.

Watchers on the ground see how last UFO disappears towards Louvain-la-Neuve (NNW). Around 01:00 the UFO disappeared completely.

01 h 02: AL 17 and AL 23 exit the CRON Glons frequency and return to their base.

0106: Gendarmerie Joduniye mentions the Glonach CRC, which has just observed a phenomenon similar to that observed by Mr. Renkin at 2315.

01:10 a.m. Landing of AL 17.

01:16: Landing of AL 23.

01:18 Captain Pinzon, who in the meantime went to the Joduñe gendarmerie, describes his observation as follows: four luminous white dots on the vertices of a square centered on Joduñe. The UFO seen in the direction of Orp Yauche (SW of Jodoigne) is the brightest and has a yellow-red color. Luminous dots move in jerky and short strokes.

+/- 01 h 30: UFOs lose their luminosity and seem to disappear in four different directions.

4. General information.

A. Meteo. The data mentioned by Air Force Wing Meteo regarding the area in question and on the night of 30/31 March 1990 are as follows:

Visibility: 8 to 15 kms clear sky. Wind at 10,000 feet: 50/60 knots. A small temperature inversion near the ground, and another minor one at 3,000 feet. These data are confirmed in the report of Captain Pinson. He also mentions that the stars were clearly visible.

B. Due to the lack of proper material, ground observers were unable to take any photographs or films of this phenomenon.

C. A UFO observed with a telescope is described as follows: the appearance of a sphere, part of which is very bright; A triangular shape could also be distinguished (for a more detailed observation, see the report of Captain Pinson in appendix H1).

5. Statements.

A. Unlike other reported UFO sightings, for the first time a radar contact was detected that correlated with various Air Force sensors (CRC, TCC, RAPCON, EBBE and F-16) and this is in the same as visual sightings. This is because the UFOs on March 30-31 were seen at +/- 10,000 feet, while the first sightings were always at very low altitudes.

B. The visual evidence on which this report is based in part comes from the gendarmes on duty, whose objectivity cannot be questioned.

C. UFOs, as soon as they saw the F-16 radar in the "Target Track" mode (after interception), dramatically changed their parameters.

The velocities and altitude shifts measured at this time rule out the hypothesis that the planes could be mistaken for UFO sightings. Slow motions during the other phases also differ from the motions of the planes.

D. Fighter pilots never had visual contact with a UFO. This can be explained by the change in light intensity and even the disappearance of the UFO when the F-16 arrived in the vicinity of the place where they were observed from the ground.

E. The hypothesis that this was an optical illusion, an error for the planets, or any other meteorological phenomenon, is in conflict with radar observations, especially the 10,000 feet altitude and the geometric position of the UFO among themselves. The geometric formation seeks to prove the program.

F. The first sighting of a slow motion UFO was made in roughly the same direction and at the same speed as the wind.

The direction differs by 30 degrees from the direction of the wind (260 degrees instead of 230 degrees). The balloon sounding hypothesis is very unlikely. The height of the UFO remained at 10,000 feet throughout this phase, while the probes Balloons climbed higher and higher until breaking up to 100,000 feet. It is difficult to explain the bright lights and color changes of such balls.

It is very unlikely that the balloons remain at the same height for more than one hour, maintaining the same position among themselves. In Belgium, no meteorological inversion occurred during the radar observation. The hypothesis that it could be other balloons must be absolutely dismissed.

d. Although speeds exceeding the sound barrier were measured several times, no explosion was observed. There is also no explanation here.

hour Although various ground eyewitnesses effectively pointed to eight points in the sky, radar registered only one contact at a time. The points were seen at a distance from each other, sufficient for them to also be distinguished by radar.

No plausible explanation can be put forward.

I. The hypothesis of aerial phenomena resulting from the projection of holograms (*) should also be ruled out: laser projectors should have been normally observed by pilots in flight. Moreover, the hologram cannot be detected by radar, and the laser projection can only be seen if there is a screen, such as clouds. Here the sky was clear and there was no significant temperature inversion.

(end of report)

This is a recording of an exchange between pilots and a ground controller during a UFO intercept over Belgium on the night of March 30-31, 1990 (TIME - GMT).

Radar contacts of one F-16 with so-called "UFOs" were recorded on video. Duration - 46 seconds. Two F-16s were involved. One of the F-16s had 13 registered contacts; The other also had contacts, but they were not registered because the pilot did not press the right switch. Contacts can be divided into 5 groups separated by dots without contact.

Prolonged start of contact

Number (seconds) in

4 27.5 00 h. 29

9 45.9 00 h. 39

13 11.2 00 h. 46

All positions and speeds are available in the video. Vertical speeds seem sometimes to be over 1000 knots.

Measured speeds are displayed digitally with only three numbers, so 200 knots could be 1200 knots or 2200 knots. Knowing that positions and speeds can be correlated (however, above 1000 knots, the last three figures are questionable).

Here is a transcript of one of the contacts:

Second after head speed (degrees) (knots) (feet)

04 sharp 200 acceleration 150 6000

05 turnover 270 = 22 g 560 6000

11 210 570 10000

12 210 560 11 000

13 210 570 10000

18 290 1010 4000.

19 290 1000 3000

22.5 300 980 0000 Gap lock

When you see, for example, a height of 5000, it means between 4500 and 5500.

So 0000 means 0 to 500. 0 is sea level; The average ground height in this area is about 200 feet (so 0000 means actually 200 to 500).

The following are comments from a person who is on vacation at the moment so I couldn't contact him to have his consent on his name so I follow net etiquette and won't say anything until he's back. Anyway, I totally agree with the following:

The Belgian sky southeast of Brussels was densely populated on the night of March 30-31, 1990. There were at least three, and maybe six, bright lights with changing colors observed by the gendarmes from 23:00 local time to 1:00. There were two F-16 hunts for true or false echo from 0 to 1 hour. Local time = GMT + 2.

But there was something else. At 0028 Semmersack's radar detected an object 2500 feet over the western part of the Brussels metropolitan area, moving towards Liège (roughly east) at 450 knots. At 0029 Glon's radar also picked it up. From 0029 to 0033 both radars followed the vessel, which was heading straight for Liège, increasing its speed and its height. Semmersack's radar spotted him again at 6000 feet over Liege at 0035, 650 knots. The last point was about 12 miles east of Liège, altitude 12,000 feet, at 0:36.

The Semmerzake radar is a massive type radar. It is used for military air security. Semmersack is located about 30 miles west of Brussels.

Glons CRC is part of NADGE (NATO Ground Air Defense Environment).

There are about 80 NADGE CRCs in Europe (including Turkey). Its missions are: 1. detect and follow every flight in Belgian airspace, 2. identify friend or foe, 3. if enemy, intercept and/or destroy according to the alert status. The GLONS radar is a multipurpose pulse type radar. Glons is located about 6 miles north of Liège. The Brussels-Liège distance is about 60 miles.

There is another civilian traffic radar in Bertem. The ship passed 5 miles south of Bertem at 0030. Bertem's radar did not see anything.

What was it?

1) Civil traffic? I don't know anything about aviation, but I figured airliners didn't go that fast when they were this low. Besides, I thought that every civilian flight was known to the military.

2) Small private jet? Maybe if this whole story is a hoax (it should be a really big hoax, with blimps, jets, and possibly the ULM). And private jets that go so fast?

3) military aircraft? It was not one of the two F-16s that instead of moving in a straight line described complex loops (I have a graph of all trajectories). It looks more like a stealth aircraft (F-117A or TR-3A) to me because it was only visible from certain angles. Bertem's radar, which was best placed, never saw it. But apparently the Belgian military was not aware of this aircraft until at least May 1990, when the Belgian Air Force released its first incident report:

# 00 o'clock 32: Glon and Semmersack radars have contact at 110/6 NM

# From Beauvechain heading towards Bierset at 7000 feet and high speed.

# Recorded speeds go from 478 to 690 knots. Contact lost

November 29, 1989: mass visits by at least 30 groups of witnesses between Liège and Eupin.

30 March 1990: The Belgian Air Force braced two F-16s in response to ground surveillance; Multiple radar locks obtained by ground and air radar.

Conclusion: "Neither the nature nor the origin of phenomena can be identified." Balloons,

Remotely piloted vehicles, conventional aircraft, stealth aircraft, laser projections and mirages, all

excluded.

November 6, 1990: Various sightings across Europe. Paris Air Traffic Control sees the Triangle but shows nothing on the radar. Others report triangles, balls, fires, smokes, etc. Locations include France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.

The following report was provided by Jean Manfrud from the University of Liege and the Institute of Astrophysics. Mr. Manfroid is a subscriber to the ParaNet Internet Digest.

THE SCIENTISTS OF THE ASTROPHYSICAL INSTITUTE OF THE LEAGUE UNIVERSITY REPORT THE FOLLOWING REPORT ON A SPECIAL BOOK ON THE BELGIAN UFOS AND AGREE THAT IS DISTRIBUTE THROUGH THE PARANET.

Belgian UFOs

SOBEPS, the Belgian association of UFO enthusiasts, has collected and published a series of records of UFO sightings in the Liège region. Title "UFO wave over Belgium" (on French), and is now the best-selling book. Foreword by Petit, a French scientist from the NDP, well known for the fact that his scientific inspiration is related to aliens (coming from the planet UMMO 15 light years away, as you should know). Coincidentally, Dr. Petit and others are publishing books on UMMIT at the same time.

The Belgian scientific community and especially astronomers have been following the development of this UFO story since the very beginning two years ago. The first events were recorded at a time when many astronomers were busy observing several comets, among other things. Moreover, Western Europe has been blessed with good weather, so that the night sky has been especially well studied by many expert observers. A very impressive Venus hung in the evening sky for several months. In addition, there was quite a lot of activity at the local airport, with patrols frequently patrolling the AWACS system. And, as usual, a lot of planes crossed the Liège area, where at any time you could see at least 3 or 4.

As always during the eastern elongations of Venus (perceptibly more than during the morning elongation, as in the current one), we received many calls from people excited by strange lights crossing the evening sky. When additional information was given, it almost invariably turned out to be Venus, although the Moon and halo were sometimes implied. We were also asked to study several video tapes received by the national TV station. Again, Venus was almost always the culprit. These tapes tended to be affected by very poor images, autofocus being fooled by surrounding objects, or trying to catch a point source at infinity... Good effects were obtained with additional focal aperture stop images, pulsing discs, etc. We were often surprised by descriptions of people, who filmed the video: they cited distances of 30-50 meters, talked about hanging globes, moved quickly, followed cars, etc. ... although their recordings showed many softer events.

Invariably, all these people looked at the sky for the first time. This raises some doubts about the reality of random witnesses.

Some of these reports, as well as others, have been broadcast by the media. Video clips of aircraft at night showed only their lights. The snowball effect quickly developed.

Witnesses appeared reporting triangles in the sky, while frustrated astronomers, although recording many more hours of observation (with sophisticated equipment), continued to see satellites, meteorites, aircraft (sometimes in the form of triangles of bright spots). Obviously, SOBEPS recognizes the fact that the Belgian UFOs have adopted international agreements for lights on their flying aircraft. The fact that three lights could form a triangle seemed to impress SOBEPS analysts.

Meanwhile, the public has become "mature" for "serious" brainstorming from SOBEPS. Several surveillance campaigns were set up during which many UFOs were caught. air force were involved in one way or another, and the air fighters were ready for immediate takeoff. One fighter caught a false echo at supersonic speeds within seconds. Certainly some atmospheric or electronic interference, but this was interpreted by SOBEPS as the ultimate proof of foreign visitors (when the police radar signaled a traffic signal above the speed limit a few years ago, no one thought about it). Nothing was perceived visually, which means that while UFOs may be invisible, they certainly don't have the much simpler stealth technology.

Again, during these campaigns, experienced amateurs and professional astronomers saw no UFOs at all.

All of these accounts compile into the biased SOBEPS book. A typical example of the scientific philosophy of SOBEPS can be found in the sighting of UFOs during lunar eclipse February 90th. Hundreds of people were in the field watching the sky and they saw the moon, but also planets, stars, satellites and planes. But from inside the bathroom of a nearby house, one person noticed some kind of fast-moving light next to the moon. She glanced again at the other window. This witness has been preserved in the SOBEPS compilation. Poor people who had ideal viewing conditions, who knew something about the sky, and who saw an airplane instead of a UFO, are not considered.

The photographic and video materials included in the report are very poor. After selecting aircraft and astronomical objects, only blurry images remain. Some of them are definitely fabricated. Worst of all is the grotesque cover. One of the strangest aspects is that, despite thousands of witnesses, there was no clear, crisp image. Any other such widespread occurrence would result in hundreds of good photographs and miles of undeniable video footage.

The release of the SOBEPS report was met with full-page newspaper articles with provocative headlines to the effect that aliens are among us and that this is now a scienfically accepted fact. The national television network danced to the same tune.

We made public our concerns on this issue and the memo was quickly released to the press by 10 scientists from various institutions. This memo found some positive echoes in the media.

Our goal is to disprove the alleged involvement of scientists in this case (only 2 or 3 scientists participate in SOBEPS events). We have reviewed the SOBEPS report and we have found that it is in no way a scientific work. It doesn't bring the slightest bit of evidence in favor of aliens.

Finding evidence of extraterrestrial life would be a huge achievement in human history, but SOBEPS-like work does nothing to make such a discovery. On the contrary, there is some risk of bad publicity for serious projects like SETI.

The conclusion, which may be drawn to some, is that the Belgian UFO wave is simply a well-orchestrated commercial affair, with a deliberate exploitation of human gullibility.

Our general opinion is that the SOBEPS report is completely lacking in scientific objectivity.

NB An excellent, deep, comprehensive coverage of the UFO phenomenon was published in early 1990 by Mark Hallet - A Historical and Scientific Analysis of the UFO Phenomenon - but in a limited number of copies. The small impact of this serious, scientific work, compared to the giant waves generated by SOBEPS and other slapstick compilations, is frustrating.

The declassified documents, which were previously only accessible on four computer terminals at the National Archives in Maryland, are now available online.

They provide data on the activities of the CIA in Vietnam, the Korean conflict and during the Cold War.

In addition, the documents talk about the alleged appearances of UFOs and the previously classified military project Stargate, in which the Americans conducted research on supernatural human abilities.

Among them - a note by the assistant director of the Department of Scientific Research from 1952 on "the vulnerability of the United States in the light of possible attacks by flying saucers", a report on unexplained fires in the sky over Tashkent, a report on the appearance of luminous celestial bodies over uranium mines in the Belgian Congo.

Cosmonaut Alexei Leonov expressed his opinion about this news. He called the released CIA documents "complete nonsense".

“It's all nonsense. Nobody has ever seen anything like it. It's all press bullshit. Which CIA is a serious organization? She does what is profitable. The CIA is an organization that fulfills any order. I am the closest person to them, I have been in contact with them for many years, I have worked in Houston, and I have not seen it.

And my very tall comrade Tom Stafford and the general manager of the Edwards base doesn't know that either. It's all press talk. This is chatter, none of this happened, ”Leonov said in an interview with the Zvezda TV channel website.

He stressed that such documents should not be trusted, because there is no official confirmation of the meetings of the US military with UFOs.

“The only thing we can talk about is the education of absolutely correct geometric shapes on the fields of Stavropol and Kuban. Giant pictures appear overnight, and no one can tell what it is, ”said the famous astronaut.

But cosmonaut Vladimir Titov became interested in materials from the documents. Vladimir Titov, commenting on reports about the declassification of the CIA archives on UFOs, said that he would be interested in looking into them.

“It is difficult for me to assess objectivity, for this you need to study the archives. In general, the fact that everyone has access to the materials is interesting, maybe someone will find and analyze something, but it’s hard to speak for all the materials, they probably are there objective and not very objective, ”Titov said in interview with the agency "People's News".
