1. Point at the inner edge of the eyebrow. Its Chinese name is quan-zhu, which can roughly be translated as "Thickets of bamboo." To open channels, perform the following sequence of actions.

1. Bend your elbows so that your hands are in front of your chest.

2. With the pads of the thumb and middle fingers of the right hand, grab the side surfaces of the thumb at its base and pull along these surfaces, as if you want to extend the finger. Repeat one more time.



Then alternately stretch each finger of the left hand along the side surfaces in the same way. Then change hands and repeat with each finger of the right hand, grabbing their lateral surfaces alternately with the thumb and middle fingers of the left hand.

3. Massage with the pad of your thumb alternately the pads of each finger of the opposite hand - first one, then the other. To do this, grab the upper phalanx of the massaged finger with the pads of the thumb and forefinger of the opposite hand (index - from the side of the nail, large - from the side of the pad).

Basic tapping method. Revive vitality and fill with energy

In order for the method to work more effectively, it is necessary, as in the preliminary stage, to combine tapping with psychological work, namely with statements that will tune you in a positive way, and therefore give a burst of energy.

Note: some points are paired, all of them, except for point 7, are tapped with both hands at the same time. Point 7 is tapped alternately on each side of the body with the opposite hand.

Recall: the points are tapped with the pads of the index and middle fingers folded together and slightly bent at a speed of about four beats per second. Tap point 4 with sufficiently strong strokes of the fingers of either hand with the affirmation: "I release blockages of energy and allow my life force to flow freely."

Tap point 5 with sufficiently strong strokes of the fingers of any hand with the words: "I bring my energy into balance and come to the harmony of the vital spirit."

Tap both points at the same time 6. It is most convenient to do this with your arms crossed over your chest, that is, each point is tapped with the opposite hand. 6. Warm up the shoulder joints by grabbing the shoulder with the palm of the opposite hand and making circular movements.

7. Reach your hands behind your neck and use the fingers of both hands to vigorously knead the base of your neck on either side of your spine.

8. Then, with gripping pinching movements of both hands, vigorously knead the collar area and upper back as far as you can reach. This is the area where energy stagnations most often occur, and they need to be dispersed “manually”, because otherwise this area is very difficult to relax.

3. Then imagine your torso growing high into the sky, reaching into the clouds, growing through the clouds into the sunlight. There, the body freely receives the energy of the sky, the cosmos, and itself becomes huge, like the cosmos.

4. Raise your hands to the level of the navel. Move your elbows away from your body. Imagine that you are pressing a rubber ball towards you with your elbows. The palms are rounded, as if they really hold this ball. Try to feel this ball between the navel and the palms.

5. Now imagine that the ball between the navel and the palms begins to grow and grows so large that you find yourself inside the ball. You are as big as space, but the ball is even bigger. It is filled with live energies, vibrates and even sounds like music. You can feel this energy.

6. Then imagine that the ball begins to shrink and the energy inside it thickens. The shell of the ball is already passing through your body, and soon it will again be between the navel and the palms.

7. Imagine that the ball grows and decreases three times, you find yourself inside the ball three times, then again hold it between your palms and the navel.

8. Finishing the exercise, place your palms one on top of the other on the navel (for women, the left palm is on top, for men, the right). Imagine that you are slowly squeezing the ball and placing it under your palms. There it still decreases and turns into a point. Feel its hot pulsation under your palms. Then open your eyes.

Stage 3. Exit the exercise by patting

1. Pat the outer and inner surface of the palm of your hand with a massaging hand until you feel heat. Change hands. Intense patting helps to balance the energy of heaven and earth. If the temperature of the palms is different after the Big Tree, it means that the balance of energies has not yet been achieved.

2. Apply gentle slaps on the face (from the chin to the hair). Then from the center of the forehead to its side surfaces. Then pat your cheeks down from your temples to your chin. Pat your ears. When patting the face after the Big Tree, the skin is massaged with an energy field. With regular patting, the skin acquires a healthy look. Patting the ears affects all systems, since there are projections of the internal organs on the auricle (active points associated with the organs of the body).

3. Relax your palms. With soft light movements, pat your head from the back of your head to your forehead. Patting promotes the opening of biologically active points on the head, normalizes the energy of the brain.

10. Rub your palms and warm the kidney area with them.

5. Another cycle of "inhale - exhale" and another "rise - lower" energy ball to the navel.

Exercise in most cases is performed no more than twenty minutes.

And we ourselves are able to stimulate vital energy if we begin to influence energy flows. In the previous chapter, we learned how to act on pressure points.

And now we will strike at active surface zones that are capable of transmitting touch energy to the epicenter of the disease.

Psychological setting

To start the psychological adjustment, and at the same time prepare the massaging hand for monotonous tapping, let's do exercises for the fingers. The following exercise should be performed by a massage therapist before starting any manual practice: traditional massage, tapping, acupressure (hand pressure).


Manual therapy does not have either weak electric currents (like electrophoresis), or an artificial heat source (like UHF), but only clean and warm hands of a massage therapist! Stages of mood

The main task of the psychological attitude is to remove the negative attitude. Let's let's decide what it means for us, practitioners of reflexology, a negative attitude. The concept is extremely broad, but we are busy with a specific matter - the impact on the energy meridians. We are interested in how wrong attitudes can interfere with the elimination of energy stagnation.

Negative attitude in psychology is the focus on the shortcomings:

On what we lack, instead of thinking about what we have;

On what threatens us, and not on what are the resources for recovery;

On the shortcomings of the body, and not on its strengths;

On the previous negative experience of treatment, on recurring pain, on disturbing test results, and not on positive dynamics, a satisfactory condition today, and so on.

There is no doubt that even with such attitudes we will be able to start treatment and recover! The instinct of self-preservation forces any person to health-improving actions, even in a difficult physical condition: sleep, saving strength - this is also recovery! Sound sleep is enough to get rid of headaches associated with excess or lack of energy. But influencing one's own energy meridians, overcoming fear and disbelief, is just as difficult as interacting with another person if the relationship is aggravated by hostility, fear, fear or guilt.

The reasons for the negative attitude during illness are associated with impaired physiology and unfavorable hormonal levels. The "negative" chemistry of the body gives rise to our hypochondria, and at the same time creates additional blockages in the energy vessels. And we fall into a vicious circle, into a trap. How do masters of Eastern practices break out of this trap? Create an emotional mood for treatment!

1. The initial step in mental attitude is a clear indication of the disease. When we treat a chronic disease, the diagnosis must be made by a physician. You can not invent gastritis, vegetative-vascular dystonia or bronchitis. It is necessary that the diagnosis be known for certain, and then we will begin treatment.

If tapping is performed solely for psychotherapeutic purposes, a visit to a psychologist is unnecessary! We will try to define the problem ourselves and evaluate it on a ten-point scale. The initial evaluation is very important. The task of the "basic statement" is to allow yourself to be fully aware of any problem, no matter how unpleasant it may be. And at the same time, declare confidence in yourself (or in your body) and complete acceptance of yourself.
We need exclude a negative attitude in relation to the disease or to one's psychological characteristics. Please do this right now: repeat the main statement two or three times, and move on!

3. Finding balance. We are starting to influence the energy channels. For successful practice, it is necessary to find a state of peace, balance. It can be characterized by the words "emptiness", "boundless expanse". In this state, external factors do not irritate, they simply do not affect internal sensations. There is no time control, lightness and peace overwhelm the body and become its shell.


Balance is the psychological basis for changing the hormonal background, and therefore for opening energy channels, passing external energy, influencing internal energy, blood, organs and systems. At the same time, the body experiences flowing sensations that do not have an external (material) basis: an increase or decrease in the volume of individual members (or the entire body), heat, coolness, pulsation in the muscles, pleasant dope and others. No need to be surprised, no need to be afraid of sensations! Follow your nature, not allowing external stimuli to disturb the achieved state.
4. Finally, we proceed to the long-awaited stage, we produce. Let's call the tapping points conditionally, for psychotherapeutic tasks, special accuracy is not of decisive importance, we are interested in the physical impact accompanied by the installation. When we are busy with theoretical preparation, the state of equilibrium inevitably eludes us. In the future, we will move from stage to stage smoothly, imperceptibly, without spilling the acquired sensations.

Daily Tapping Practice

To remove negative attitudes

The psychological background can be improved by tapping several points on the front of the torso. Tapping on the face is done with the pads of the middle or index fingers (as you wish) simultaneously on symmetrical points, for several minutes in each area. Look at fig. 3.2, but remember the given points, there are not so many of them.

Point 1 - on the inner edges of the eyebrows. We confidently drum on the bones of the eye sockets, with an effort approximately equal to typing on a typewriter (a little more intensively than on a computer keyboard).

5. And now let's intensively tap the edges of the palms against each other (photo 3.1, d).

6. Then, with four fingers of the left hand, we tap on the pulse point on the right hand (photo 3.1, e), calling the palm to awaken. Change position and wake up your left palm.

7. Raise your hands up and squeeze your palms strongly, until it hurts, and then sharply open your fingers without lowering your hands for 30 seconds.

According to Eastern ideas, the kidneys control not only the excretory function and cleansing of the body, but also the entire reproductive sphere. That is why it is believed that the energy of the kidneys is transmitted to us from our parents. We can lose or increase tribal energy, depending on how we treat our own body.


In the cold season, the energy meridian of the kidneys is especially vulnerable. Much attention is paid to the "launch" of the meridian due to external influences: reflexology and body movement. Gymnastics and reflexology in the East are inseparable, they are just different ways of influencing the energy system. Such a direction as Taoist gymnastics, for example, considers the kidneys to be the main object of influence. Taoist movements are characterized by the unique plasticity of the waist, the energy region of the kidneys.
One of the methods of European tapping of the energy area of ​​the kidneys will surprise you! No connection with the waist, we work exclusively with the teeth!

Hands to the sides, we rise on our toes and begin to chatter our teeth. Quickly close and open the jaws by tapping for 30 seconds. Then we drop sharply to a full foot and at the same time throw our hands down, as if relieving tension. Repeat this half-minute tapping session 3-4 times.

We kick with a heel. Improvement of vascular tone

If your lower blood pressure is low (it is also called diastolic pressure), tapping your heel will help increase the tone of blood vessels and the heart muscle. There are no excuses that there is a spur on the heel, gout on the "bone", it hurts to raise the leg in the knee joint - I usually do not accept from my patients! A CONTRAINDICATION to the exercise is only thrombophlebitis of the veins of the lower extremities.

In case of influenza

In influenza conditions and for prevention during an epidemic of viral and infectious diseases, we successively tap the following points.

Mechanical and mental tapping

Stress is comparable to a "forest animal" that constantly lies in wait for us on the path of life. It keeps the body's regulatory system in suspense. Let's think together about the stress factor, about what worries you at this moment (or in general in life) - so that we can work with this factor right now using the Chinese energy meridians. We close our eyes, take a deep breath and, without relaxing our consciousness, we catch the “first available” unpleasant thought, association. “View” the association like a film, scroll through the unpleasant story of its occurrence in your mind. And now the most important thing!


Feel what kind of discomfort this unpleasant association brings to the body: sucks in the spoon, twists in the stomach, the heart contracts, saliva is produced. Concentrate on the bodily reaction, this is very important!
Observe how unpleasant the bodily sensation is, how easy or difficult it is to overcome. And now attention!
No matter how difficult and unpleasant it is, mentally increase the bodily reaction, try to physically feel it even more strongly. Concentrate on nausea, rumbling in the stomach, spasm, salivation.

Primary tapping

We start tapping. Points for tapping are shown in fig. 3.5.

Return to painful sensation

Now we have to return to the original painful sensation. We include in the work an unpleasant thought that caused a response in the body. Remember? When it sucked in the stomach, rumbled in the stomach, squeezed in the heart or in the head ... If you managed to return to this feeling, then for sure it will be less bright than last time. Note how much of the unpleasant feeling remains - half, a third, two thirds? Let's say two-thirds, and remember it!

Repeated return to painful sensation

Once again, let's try to return to the original unpleasant feeling. Remember, only two-thirds of it was left last time? Believe me, in two or three taps we will completely get away from the unwanted reaction of the body, because it will be more and more difficult to reconstruct the initial negative thought. We forgot about her. But we need a painful reaction of the body to work!

Try to find another negative message, the next unpleasant situation, from which the body will experience stress. Rummage through your memories: a difficult conversation with your superiors, being late for a bus or train, a quarrel with a neighbor on the landing ... There will certainly be something that can cause an unpleasant reaction in the body. Focus on this reaction!

Now we will repeat the tapping MENTALLY. All the same points, but "inside yourself." Imagine how you tap your forehead, temple, under the eye, under the collarbone. Repeat the same words in your mind:


"I'm free, I'm free, I'm free, I'm free."
Mentally clasp your left wrist with your right hand, inhale and exhale while doing it with full breasts, and not “pretending”! And tell yourself briefly:
"Peace!"
As always, we return to the starting point of this (mental) tapping. Notice how vague the negative situation is, how weakened the reactions of the body are. Due to what we have achieved a calming effect? Due to the fact that our mind, which informed us in time about the unpleasant reactions of the body, we aimed at correcting. The brain could not cope with the regulation, asked us for help (with pain), and we provided him with timely assistance. First, "with my own hands", with my fingers, and then due to mental reactions.

From now on, one has only to feel pain, we immediately perform a simple mechanical tapping or mental tapping, without waiting for the expansion of the stagnation zone. The weakest, barely perceptible pain is a serious reason for tapping.

If you have an unpleasant thought attached to you or you have undergone an emotional load, "turn" it into an unpleasant body reaction (do not skip this stage of work!) And tap.


The reaction of the body associated with the emotional load must be indicated! Because the brain does not ask us for help before the body experiences pain. Pain is a signal to the brain that it can’t cope with the regulation, is waiting for help and is ready to interact. Unpleasant body sensations (pain, nausea, discomfort) attract our attention to the brain. At that moment, unity must arise: the body, the regulating functions of the brain and our human will.
From now on, our head begins to serve for our benefit! Due to what did we master the situation, how did we help our brain?

Remember the points of tapping: forehead, temples, area under the eyes, collarbones. These are points of the energy meridians of the bladder, gallbladder, stomach, and kidneys, respectively. Ideally, if with our hands we get the hang of tapping simultaneously symmetrical points on the left and right. With mental tapping, of course, it does not matter which half of the body we imagined.

Grasping the wrist, we activate the energy of the lungs, large intestine, blood circulation and small intestine.

We turn to the energy within ourselves, give a conscious push to possible stagnant zones when the brain is in a state of stress. Correction signals are sent in all possible directions, and one or more of them end up in the right place at the right time. This is how the human energy system works.


Can the human energy system receive correction signals without our help? Not! Stagnation of energy requires intervention necessarily!
Most often, we do not know that we are working with the energy meridian when walking, when rubbing our hands, with unconscious self-massage of the forehead and scalp. Have you wrapped your arms around the cup to warm yourself? Perfectly! The first points (sources) of several meridians at once received powerful thermal impulses. There is no doubt about the positive result!

Have you decided to walk barefoot on the pebbles? This is an invaluable boost for the starting points of the foot meridians!

Tapping energy meridians

Now we will make targeted tapping of stagnation areas, which is recommended to be done at least once a week. We don't know much about energy channels yet. Chapter 4 greatly enrich our knowledge. Looking ahead, let's say that each channel has from 10 to 60 surface points, each of which has a number and a name. We begin a session of tapping the special points of the channels responsible for our digestion and mental state.

Remember who we are talking about "a bilious person." And in the Eastern view, stagnation in the channels of the gallbladder and liver causes an extreme degree of irritation, rage. Let's rid ourselves of both irritation and the formation of sand in the gallbladder!

Tapping the channel points with your fist should be strong enough. But it is not as difficult as it might seem at first glance. The points are easy to define and easy to influence. First we define the points (30) huan tiao , (31) feng shi , (32) Zhong-du and (33) Xi-yang-guan(See Figure 3.6). To massage the gallbladder channel, place your right foot on any hill (for example, put it on a chair), clench your hand into a fist and with the inside (as in photo 3.3) tap four points with strong energetic blows.

This is a tapping technique. And today I will tell about it, how and when it can be applied. In the following articles, we will consider the features of its use for the healing of specific specific aspects of life.


This technique is truly a healing tool that is used to clear any kind of emotional tension in our mind and body. It combines modern psychology and the principles of acupuncture, an ancient Chinese healing system, to help release stress and emotional conflict of any kind.

What we do is tap certain acupuncture points along the body's meridians with our fingertips and work on our own problem, specific stress or emotional tension.

The goal is to restore the normal functioning of the energy system by stimulating certain energy points.

The tapping technique works with any kind of emotional stress - anxiety, fears, guilt, all kinds of addictions, limiting beliefs that prevent people from creating a successful, prosperous life, as well as physical pain and illness. Any problem that has an emotional basis can be healed with this method.

The fact is that emotions affect every area of ​​our lives. In the process of tapping, we stimulate and excite our nervous system, and bring to the surface hidden deep feelings, subconscious beliefs and programs and release them. It turns out that, using the tapping technique, we solve the problem at its very root.

How does this technique work?

Any problem in human life begins at the energy level. When we heal, clear the energy system with the tapping technique, we are removing the problem at its root.

In addition, the tapping technique breaks the neural connections in the brain that caused a particular painful reaction or type of behavior when a person was faced with a traumatic past experience. As a result of this, a person ceases to react painfully to what used to hurt him.

The tapping method has its origins in the 80s, and the very first version of it was called "thought field therapy" or the technique of the American psychologist Dr. Roger Callaghan (TFT). And in the 90s, the American Gary Craig improved the method of Dr. Calagan and created the Emotional Release Technique (EFT), which guarantees the release of negative emotions that have sometimes accumulated over many years, and contributes to the improvement of the personality and the achievement of desired goals.

This is a very simple technique that has no negative side effects and can be used by anyone anywhere. That is why today this technique is so popular in the world, it is improved and adapted to heal completely different areas of life, including relationships, finances, physical health, personal development.

Description of tapping technique.

The technique has two main features:


  1. is the focus on the problem.

  2. tapping certain acupuncture points on the body.

Tapping is most conveniently carried out with two fingers of any hand - as you like. You can even tap with both hands at the same time.

You should tap the dots in a circle, at the same time pronouncing aloud certain phrases and sentences. You can see the points that should be tapped in the image.

Tapping begins from a point at the beginning of the eyebrow, then the corner of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, in the center of the chin, a point on the collarbone (2-3 cm from the center to the right or left - it doesn’t matter), a point under the arm (4 fingers from the armpit down) and we finish the circle with a point on the top of the head, where the crown is in children.

The tapping process also includes a point located on the edge of the palm (the so-called karate point). How many times you hit the dot - it doesn't matter, do it a few times. Tapping itself is similar to how we vigorously type on the keyboard or lightly drum on the table.

Tapping scheme, mandatory steps

1. The very first, very important step is to clearly define the problem. The more clearly and specifically you define the problem, the better. The second step is to rate on a scale of 1 to 10 the intensity of the unpleasant emotion when you think about the problem. It is important for us to know where we are, where we start.

2. The second stage is called the "main statement". At this stage, while tapping on the karate point on the edge of the palm, you say the problem out loud several times in this format:

“Despite the fact that I have this problem (I am afraid of a job interview, I am offended by my mother, I blame myself for overeating, I am afraid of spiders, I am sure that money is evil ... and so on), I deeply and completely love and accept myself ".

Perhaps this phrase will seem strange and inappropriate to you, perhaps you do not agree with this statement ... But it is important for you to say this even if it is not true. This statement does not mean that the problem does not exist. This means that the problem exists, but you still love and accept yourself.

Accept and love not the problem, but yourself, as you really are, with all your features. Even if you feel that it is not true yet, saying the phrase “despite the fact that I have this problem, I deeply and completely love and accept myself, everything, with all my features” works wonders.

This is an incredibly important step. People tend not to allow themselves to experience negative emotions, they suppress them inside and do not admit them to themselves. And if they confess, then after this they begin self-flagellation, self-accusation, they do not love themselves and do not accept.

With this statement, you share the negative emotion and self-love. Cutlets in one direction, flies in the other. You allow yourself to feel whatever you feel, even if it's negative heavy feelings. And yet you accept the fact that everything is fine with you, you deserve love and acceptance in any case.

3. The third stage. Now you start tapping in a circle and at the same time say phrases that remind you of the problem itself, of the negative situation that describes it. At this stage, it is very important to call a spade a spade, turn off any censorship, and simply, clearly and out loud speak about how you feel. And it is very good if negative feelings intensify.

We do this specifically in order to free ourselves, to let go of the negative. After all, if you have this feeling, this emotion, then because you don’t say it out loud, it doesn’t disappear anywhere, it remains a block in the body. Therefore, at this stage, it is important for you to simply acknowledge out loud what you feel: “Yes, I am angry, yes, I am afraid, I am scared, yes, I am offended.”

There are people who are afraid to say out loud what they feel. There are two such aspects to this: the first is that these people are simply deceiving themselves. They do not want to admit to themselves that they feel all these negative feelings. Because they subconsciously believe that only a “bad” person, unworthy of love, can feel negative feelings. And they are, as it were, "good." They think that if they don't talk about a feeling or emotion out loud, then it doesn't exist. This is self-deception.

The second aspect is that we are all very well-read and we know that we need to think positively, that words and thoughts have power. And we are afraid to attract even more negativity into our lives, allegedly because we will pronounce these feelings out loud.

But the truth is that in this case, the very pronunciation of feelings does not produce even more negativity. This negativity already exists inside a person, even if a person is stubbornly silent and does not admit it to himself. These feelings, emotions, limiting beliefs already exist in a person and subconsciously control his life, health, and behavior. And, unfortunately, they also affect the people around them. And now it is very important for us to pull all this out of ourselves, pull it out of the subconscious, because we can heal and free ourselves only from what we see and recognize.

Many people who say only positive things, in fact, often simply deny and do not recognize their other side, pretend that it does not exist. Of course, from non-recognition, it does not disappear anywhere. Instead of shutting yourself off from the negativity in yourself, I offer to recognize it and get rid of it. The fact is that it is normal to experience a wide range of feelings - from positive to negative.

It is normal and natural to be angry, angry, offended, annoyed, ashamed, afraid. Any negative emotion is born in a person in order for him to change the situation. To change the situation, negative emotion, first of all, must be noticed, heard. Feelings and emotions become destructive only when they are not expressed. When we see them, recognize them, we can free ourselves from them and be healed.

Let's move on to a specific example.

For the first simple test, I suggest you tapping the emotions and feelings associated with the stress that many people experience at work - in communication with management, customers, suppliers, employees.

Determine as specifically as possible what worries you, scares you, saddens you, annoys you at work. And then rate the strength of your feelings and emotions on a 10-point scale. 0 means that this is not a problem for you at all, a score of 10 means that you are beside yourself with feelings and emotions overwhelmed by you. If the score is below 6, I suggest choosing a different situation so that there is something to work with effectively.

Now start tapping on the karate point on the edge of your palm and repeat the phrase: “Despite the fact that I experience a lot of stress at work, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I experience a lot of stress at work, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I experience a lot of stress at work, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”

Now continue tapping in circles, starting at the dot at the beginning of the eyebrow, and just talk about how you feel, moving to the next dot with each new phrase.

Now take a deep breath and again remember the situation at work and evaluate it on a scale of 1 to 10. Sometimes it goes up, sometimes it goes down. It doesn't matter, the technique works anyway. The main thing is that you stirred up your feelings and emotions now.

If in the process of tapping your emotions intensify, it means that up to this point you have suppressed them in yourself, did not recognize them, closed yourself off from them. So keep tapping and you will see these emotions begin to fade as you amplify. I suggest that you continue this tapping until you feel that the intensity of emotions has dropped to 0 points.

According to the Wu-Sing system, there are five elements in nature that give birth to ten things: wood, fire, earth, metal and water.
