How long does it take for wishes to come true? Why is it so important to write down your goals, dreams and desires on paper? When you find out that this method is effective

List of (in)probabilities.

100 targets Or what needs to be done in life.

I sometimes read books. In one of them, the writer recommended making a list of improbables, deeds, desires, and goals. You need to write everything that comes to your mind, even if it is unlikely.

I, as a typical user, decided to find a ready-made list on the Internet, because it’s difficult to come up with one yourself. I liked some ideas, but they were few. So I had no choice but to spend the day and write down my ideas and dreams, as well as just incredible things.

How much time and effort we spend on fulfilling our dream! At the moment, there are many ways to achieve what you want as soon as possible. The easiest of them is to make a wish at a certain minute of the day.

It's time to learn how to calculate the "golden minute" of the day. When making a wish from the 1st to the 24th of the month, you must remember that the day of the month is the hour, and the number of the month is the “golden minute”.

For example, if you want to make a wish on March 20, you can do it at 20:03. It is during this period that the "golden minute" will come.

From the 25th to the 31st of each month, the calculation rules are slightly different from the above.

If you want to make a wish on December 31, you need to do it at 12:31. As you noticed, only the order of the numbers has changed, but this will not affect the fulfillment of your desire. In addition, this means that in the New Year you will be able to tell the Universe about your dreams not only at midnight. Don't forget that you only have 60 seconds to voice your dream. There is no need to load a huge burden on the Universe: make only one wish per day. In this case, they will be executed much faster.

After your wish is fulfilled, you can start life from scratch. Before embarking on new endeavors, you need to get rid of negative memories. A few simple but effective recommendations will help you with this. May all your wishes come true. be happyand don't forget to press the buttons and

At all times, people sought to improve their lives and performed various ceremonies and rituals in order to...

Do you also have a few wishes?

Then I accept you in the club of dreamers.

Welcome!

I, too, like you and like most of my subscribers, among whom I arranged a vote for the topic of the next article, dream of several dreams at once.

Yes, yes, I, too, like you, are in the process of fulfilling your desires.

It seems to me that I never get out of this process at all. After all, as the fulfillment of some desires, I have new ones.

But I prefer to call it planning. It works better this way, but more about that some other time, but today we’ll talk about such an urgent problem: how to fulfill several wishes at once?

One of the blog readers wrote me this letter recently:

The gist of the question is this:

I made affirmations for myself according to all the rules from your article ().

I have many desires, a house, a car, my own business (because I don’t want to work for my uncle and be tied to the workplace all day long), success, rest, telephone, wardrobe change, etc.

The affirmation turned out to be quite big.

I used to have experience with affirmations along with visualization. I also wrote many wishes and repeated them with periodicity when worked on them, when not.

The ones that I focused on the most, were realized (although, let me remind you, there was no constancy, but I devoted enough time to this).

What if at the moment we don’t have our own home, and we live with our parents, (I want our own house), there is a job, but I don’t like it and I want to work for myself (because of this work, I began to see my wife less often ), I also want not only to update my wardrobe and buy almost everything from scratch, because I moved to the Russian Federation recently and left all things in the past.

Where to start, if everything is necessary? This is just a small part of the wishes. I really look forward to your answer, and if it is possible for advice! God bless you!!! Sincerely, Alexander

In this article, I would like to give advice to Alexander and at the same time help all those who are trying to fulfill several desires at once.

Is there enough strength for several desires at once?

You probably know yourself that the fulfillment of desires can sometimes be very laborious.

Sometimes, in order to really attract the right event to yourself, you have to say the right affirmation a hundred times, visualize three times a day, make a visualization board for a week and still constantly think positively ...

At least, this happens with those desires that you really need very much.

Collecting all desires in one image

After the goals are clear, and there may be even more of them than at the very beginning, it is time for us to move on and set the ships sailing.

Recently, one of the blog readers, Marat, advised me to read a new book (I will add it to the top soon) called "Instruction to Reality" by lee.

The book is very worthy and I found in it a very good exercise that will allow you to put the ships out to sea.

The most important thing is that you need to do this exercise right now.

[Begin quote]

First you need to formulate a set of desired events ( we have already done this above).

If you do this in writing, you will double the focus on your choice ( we doubled! J), that is, already at the start, put twice the amount of energy into events than if you do it mentally.

You need to present all written desires, visualize them separately, and then bring them into one focus of attention.

For example, Alexandru can see his perfect day when he and his wife have breakfast at home in their apartment, then he puts on his new clothes, takes a new phone and goes to his own office of his firm ...

After work, he comes home and gives his relatives a ticket to Turkey ...

We draw attention to the fact that only the desired events are in focus, the embodiment of which causes you a feeling of joy, delight, a surge of energy.

Please remove everything that causes you resistance in the form of "but this is not realistic." After all, you can quite fit in your imagination the image of an entire planet, so it's up to you to decide what is real in your imagination and what is not.

When you have achieved a single joyful image in your mind, allow yourself to hold onto it.

Take a deep breath, feel how this image spreads warmly over your chest.

Inhale and absorb the image through the solar plexus, spreading throughout the body. Another deep breath increases the brightness of the sensation - joy, light, warmth, bliss.

Inhale without tension, freely.

Breathe until a quality sensation builds up in the body - the spread of bliss to all the limbs.

Allow yourself to be happy for at least 10-15 breaths. If not everything is running for you, then it would be good to hold such a feeling for five minutes.

What have you done?

You have formed vibrational events that are already real, but not yet drawn to you.

If you did this under the supervision of doctors, then the reaction of the cerebral cortex in pleasure areas would be recorded, which one to one would broadcast the same electronic magnetic activity, if these events were real. Activities of other parts of the brain would also be observed, followed by releases of the corresponding hormones into the blood.

During the exercise, your body responded completely to the imagination as to reality. Vibrationally you created and experienced the actual events of your wishes coming true.

It remains now to make sure that the vibrations of the selected events do not become yours for 5 minutes, but completely enter your life.

[End quote]

So what do we have:

  1. We in our port gave instructions to each ship where they should sail.

For example, we told the payroll ship which port it should sail to.

I ask you not to bet a billion dollars if you only have ten thousand for now, move gradually, set a small goal, after you sail to it, give the next task to the ship - otherwise it may get lost in such a long voyage.

  1. We showed the Universe with the help of a general visualization what our reality should eventually become and formed a vibrational event.
  1. Now we need to send a fair wind to our ships so that they do not go astray - this is one, and to sail faster - this is two.

What to do with the wish list?

Now I will tell you about the technology for the fulfillment of several desires at once, which I myself now use.

This technology will allow you to send tailwinds to your ships daily.

I, like you, have many desires at once, and this is what I do.

I got a notebook.

Every morning and every evening I write down from MEMORY, without looking at the previous formulations of my desires in a list.

That is, I rewrite my desires 2 times a day.

The very process of rewriting desires, like a tailwind, pushes your ships to the desired destination port.

Each new rewritten list is another push to realize your new reality.

  1. Get a notepad or notebook.
  2. Write down in it all your desires from memory, let it be 2, 5, 10 or 15 points.
  3. In the evening, sitting in bed, open the notebook again, and without looking at the previous formulations, write again everything that you want.
  4. Do the same in the morning.
  5. And so every day.

For me, this wonderful technology for fulfilling several wishes at once has already begun to work, one wish has come true.

I note that when I rewrite desires, images automatically pop up in my mind, that is, I write and visualize at the same time. It happens by itself.

And my visualization includes all desires at once, just like in the exercise above.

Dear friends, I have given you effective, simple and easy to implement tips on how to fulfill several desires at once.

Let me remind you that everything comes gradually and routinely.

Desires will come true imperceptibly for you, and only then, in the hustle and bustle of life, after a few weeks, months or years, you realize:

Wow, it all came true!

And if you are interested in my experience of materializing desires, come to the master class "How to learn how to quickly materialize desires", where I share the most intimate.

Why is it so important to write down your goals, dreams and desires on paper?

Very surprisingly, there is some magic in this: written down goals are completed more often than those that you did not write down.

I myself noticed this on my personal example and in this article I will tell you in detail why you should also write down desires on paper.

You can already run and get your favorite notepad, as well as the most beautiful pen, because it will be impossible for you to resist, I assure you ;-).

For more information on why you should be sure to write down your desires, see

Harvard study

Mark McCormick, in his book What They Don't Teach at Harvard Business School, talks about a study conducted at Harvard from 1979-1989.

The students of one of the courses were asked the question: “Have you set clear, written goals for the future and have you made a plan to achieve them?”

It turned out that only 3% of the respondents had goals and plans; 13% had goals but didn't write them down, about 84% of students had no specific goals other than to graduate from business school and take a vacation.

Ten years later, in 1989, the students of this course were interviewed again.

It turned out that those 13% who had, but did not write down their goals, earned on average twice as much as 84% who did not set any goals.

But the most amazing thing was that those 3% of students who wrote down their desires and goals on paper earned on average ten times more than the remaining 97% combined.

My friend began to write down desires on paper and this is what happened

And Yevgeny Bedych from Kazakhstan told me this story:

The fact that it is necessary to write down desires on paper, I was best convinced by the example of my friend. Once sitting at his desk, he wrote on a piece of paper three of his dreams that he would like to realize in the coming year:

  1. Have a parker pen
  2. Change the car to a more expensive one
  3. Go to America

Then he wrote down each dream in the form of five goals, indicating the above criteria and personal wishes ...

I won’t say that everything came true exactly as he believed for his purposes, but nevertheless:

  1. A month later, he got a new job. And just three weeks later, this company hosted a corporate party, at which each employee was presented with a gift in honor of the company's anniversary... a PARKER pen!
  2. Three months later, he did the impossible! He was able to sell his old car almost one and a half times higher than the average market price, and then, as if by chance, a good option turned up with the purchase of a used Mercedes ... As you understand, he did not miss his!
  3. Six months later, he meets a girl, they begin a relationship, but, unfortunately, she leaves in two months for America. In order not to part with her, during these two months, he works day and night, pays for a program for students in America, and flies with her ... Now he is married to this girl and soon they are expecting an addition to the family!

By the way, he still has that leaflet ... Only now it hangs in a frame above the desktop. He does not show a sheet with new desires to anyone, he says not to jinx it ...

How to write down goals, desires and dreams

The easiest way is described above in Eugene's story: you just take a sheet of paper and write down 3-10 of your wishes for the year.

1 method. 100 goals for 1 year.

As I told you, I was studying at the Youth Business and heard about this way of writing down goals.

Petr Osipov, one of the facilitators, in a lesson on goals gave the participants the following task: write exactly 100 goals for 1 year. And not a goal less!

The meaning of this task is clear and simple: firstly, writing such a large list expands your boundaries, and secondly, when you see how many goals you have, you will definitely not experience depression and boredom, because there is so much more to do and experience. And thirdly, written goals tend to be achieved!

Oh, how difficult it turned out to be!

In fact, it turned out that it is very difficult to squeeze out as many as one hundred goals.

Peter explains that you need to write exactly one hundred goals, and if you already lack imagination, write something simple, for example, it would be nice to try a frog ... in general, have fun.

One of my readers wrote in this way two simple and insignificant desires for her. And what was her surprise when they were not only fulfilled, but also

This is what my list of 100 goals looked like. I'm posting it in full for obvious reasons.

73. Disassemble the wardrobe, make it harmonious
74. Open a deposit for 200,000 rubles
75. Sell all woolen shawls
76. Get enough sleep every day
77. It would be cool if I bought a new set of cool suitcases
78. It would be cool if we went to Minsk for the weekend
79. It would be cool if you go to the restaurant of the Expedition
80. It would be cool if you met Oleg Tinkov
81. It would be cool if you buy big house slippers
88. It would be cool if you could buy a homemade warm plush jumpsuit
89. It would be cool if you could talk to an American in English for an hour
90. It would be cool if you could go to a fitness club in the morning

The list was written in 2015, I confess honestly, I didn’t specifically work on this list (I didn’t visualize it, I didn’t read it again). And you see, despite this, part of the desires came true by itself:

73. Disassemble the wardrobe, make it harmonious - I updated my wardrobe, choosing the right combinations when I bought it, I threw out almost everything that was old.
74. Open a deposit for 200,000 rubles - opened a deposit for 240,000 rubles in December of the same year.
75. Sell all woolen shawls - I didn’t sell it, because I didn’t post ads anywhere, and they didn’t sell themselves off the shelf, for some reason;)))
76. Get enough sleep every day - I sleep until 8 am, thanks to a new job that starts at 10 o'clock.
77. It would be cool if I bought a new set of cool suitcases - did not buy.
78. It would be cool if we went to Minsk for the weekend - didn't go.
79. It would be cool if you go to the Expedition restaurant - until she left.
80. It would be cool if you met Oleg Tinkov - until you met.
81. It would be cool if you buy big cool slippers at home - bought.
88. It would be cool if you could buy a homemade warm plush jumpsuit - until I bought it, it is very warm at home with us.
89. It would be cool if you could talk to an American in English for an hour - I studied English on Skype for an hour for several lessons, but only it was not an American 😉
90. It would be cool if you could go to a fitness club in the morning - since the beginning of 2016, I have been going to the fitness club in the mornings, I even forgot that this was my goal, it just happened .. or maybe not just?

2 method. Notebook 100 days.

I give a description of the method from the original source, the site "book of desires".

In a nutshell: you take a notebook of 100 or more pages, on the hundredth page write your desires, which theoretically can be fulfilled in a hundred days here you can guess the receipt).

After that, every day for a hundred days, make notes on a new page: what has changed, how you have moved towards the goal, or, if not, then just rewrite your goals again.

After a hundred days, check what is fulfilled and what is not.

According to statistics, the percentage of fulfilled is approximately 60% of desires.

And here is a review of one of the girls who wrote her desires in this notebook:

In general, at the time of the first day of the experiment, I didn’t even have a young man, and on the hundredth day we were supposed to get married 😀 so, as soon as I formulated a desire and wrote it down in a notebook, applicants immediately began to appear, my mother’s acquaintances suddenly began to “woo” » their sons, in general, we started a relationship with one.

I kept this notebook, go ahead, God forbid, I wrote there 5 times during these hundred days. In general, what is the result - at about the end of the experiment, this guy offered to move in with him. It seems to me that the result is not bad, the technique works ... maybe if I kept a notebook more carefully, my wish would come true 100% 🙂

3 method. Wish diary.

The essence of the method is that you again start a notebook for your purposes and write your desires in it. It is advisable to read them daily.

I know many stories when the most unrealistic desires from such diaries came true.

And here is a review I read from Mary Lin on the recommendation site:

I am one of those people who is constantly writing something down. To-do lists, wish lists, plans… For a long time I have been writing a wish list in a notebook. Practice shows that more than 70% of wishes come true. It makes me very happy and motivates me to do it in the future.

In addition to words, the diary of desires can also be decorated with pictures on the topic.

4 method. Projector of a separate reality by Vadim Zeland.

Especially for these purposes, he published a book-notebook "Projector of a Separate Reality" and this is what he writes there:

Thought forms recorded acquire additional force. No wonder they say: "What is written with a pen, you can not cut it with an ax."

When you are not just thinking through something, but in addition declare it in writing, soul and mind (as well as both hemispheres) are activated and strive to come to unity, as a result of which, for this reason, writers often realize stories, events, people about whom they write in their books.

By defining your goals and the picture of your world in writing, you begin to clearly understand what you actually want. And this is important.

Another problem with most people is precisely that they vaguely want something, but cannot formulate it, because they have never tried. As a result, they get something in life that is not clear.

100 wish list.:
5 / 5 (4 votes)

We have combined experience to give you the maximum benefit. This is an important exercise.

People who regularly achieve their goals are winners. Their hallmark is the habit of thinking and structuring their lives. They regularly plan and schedule their implementation: for a week, for a month, for six months and a year. This skill does not come immediately - it requires attention and work.

If you think that you are not living according to a schedule, then your schedule is simply poorly planned. Or well planned, but not by you.

Planning is easy to learn. The main thing is that the plan should have desired goals. Consider a technique for creating a list of your true 100 wishes.

What is "100 wishes"

The 100 Wishes Technique is an exercise for identifying desires and goals.. You make a detailed list of desires, choose the strongest ones from it. And then - it's easy for you to make a list of goals and priorities for the next month, six months and a year. Alternative names of the exercise: "108 wishes", "10 cherished wishes and places", "Checklist of 101 wishes".

After doing the My 100 Wishes technique, perhaps for the first time, you will discover just how versatile your interests are. See how our desires are contradictory:

  • "Earn an apartment"
  • "Work 4 hours a week"
  • "Buy a BMW"
  • "Become an Entrepreneur"

Without a plan - what to implement and in what sequence - it is difficult to coordinate everything and not end up in a dead end.

This exercise will help you make an inner decision about what is more important to you.: "Save money for a house" or "Travel around Asia and work in a free schedule." Often, people want both, but here you have to choose: adventure or saving money.

This exercise is very significant for women and men who rarely fulfill their desires. After writing a list of 30-50 wishes, their fantasy is blown away, and generates new wishes with great anguish. This suggests that they have forgotten how to desire. They rarely realize even simple dreams - their appetite is dulled. Exercise will help warm it up.

Getting ready to make a list

Find a comfortable place. Don't be distracted by sounds, active movement around, obsessive thoughts. It can be a yoga and meditation room, a remote lawn in a park, a table in a quiet coffee shop, or a calm office environment.

For one and a half to two hours turn off your phone, close your laptop, be alone with yourself. You can turn on some nice music.

Alexandra:
I like to write early in the morning, before breakfast.
I am comfortable in silence. This is how honesty kicks in. Listening to deep desires, I understand what I really want.
Also, choose your pen carefully. I love to enjoy recording.

Vitalik:
And I only make a list in a cozy coffee shop.

If you are depressed, meditate, make yourself some tea and watch a movie. Good in such a mood is not "wish". In a state of stress, you will want to add desires to the list to “get rid of FROM” - this is an unproductive motivation.

You need a state without fears, when the mind is clear and calm. Choose a day when you will be in a pleasant or elated state. Then you will pour out on the diary paper your "desires To" what you want to gain, and not get rid of. Motivation "K" - more productive and more enjoyable.

How to write a 100 wish list

Grab sheets and a pen, write questions as prompts to generate ideas:

  • What do I want to do?
  • What do I want to try?
  • What do I want to learn?
  • What are my material desires?
  • What do I want to change?
  • What cool wishes would I make?

Write down your desires, 20 answers to each of the questions. If you have more or less answers for some point, it's not scary. Accuracy is an optional rule, it is more important to enter the flow and write what comes to mind and from the heart. Write down cherished, unusual and alternative desires on a sheet.

List everything as it goes, don't prioritize items. If after the desire “I want to plant a rose bush”, “I want to live in Australia for a year” comes to mind - this is normal.

If you have a boyfriend / girlfriend, put it on the couple's wish list. And be sure to add the wording of one or two interesting or even crazy desires for your loved one.

Don't be afraid to write nonsense. An absurd, but long-cherished desire came to mind - write! Suddenly you have long wanted to stand on stilts and walk along the central square of your city? Be sure to put this on your 100 wish list.

Once upon a time, we also wrote "crazy" desires: "Live in India", "Visit Chile", "Fly in a hot air balloon". The time has come:

It's good to put shame aside. Perhaps you have sexual unfulfilled desires that you are afraid to admit to yourself. This is exactly the case when they need to be written. No one will read the list except you, and by writing a dream on paper, you will get a chance to meet a person with the same interests.

Be honest with yourself.

Alexandra:
One of the items on my wish list is: "I want to do an interview." This is an arrogant desire. To give an interview, you need to be interesting to someone.

I honestly admit that my knowledge is not yet enough to say a new word, but I still want it. I am sure that this approach will help me achieve my goal.

After making your wish list, take a break. The exercise will not only bring together the desired together, but also discard the excess. The method is useful not only for girls; a man and a woman do not need to be shy to write their desires.

Go through the writing and next to each item put a score from 10 to 0, where:

  • 10 - an extremely important and exciting desire. An example is paying off a debt. You are tormented by debt, you sleep badly and are nervous about this. You can put 10 points.
  • 0 - an insignificant desire, the implementation of which will not change life. Example - "I want an iPhone X instead of an iPhone 7." While you are waiting for the purchase of model X, the next one will go on sale. Upgrading your gadget will not make your life better.

Desires with points of 10 and 9 are the most important for you at this stage. Highlight them with a marker, rewrite them in a diary, or stick them on the refrigerator. Your wishlist/wishlist is ready.

There are specific desires, but difficult to fulfill. They also need to be written down, they summarize your desires, they show the main line of your development.

Alexandra:
Publish books! I'm afraid to admit to myself that I want this. Because it sounds so ambitious. But surprisingly, as soon as I wrote by hand how many books I want to publish, when and which ones, I dotted the i - the goal seemed not so difficult to me.

Vetal:
Realize the vision of the perfect day. Three sheets describing my ideal life in 10 years. I am a dad there, and an expert, and an investor, and the founder of the company, and even the author of two best-selling books. Plus the pilot. Much of my to-do list of dreams and wishes has been pieced together over the years of working with the 100 wish list. In 15 minutes, this will not be written.

Repeat the 100 wishes exercise every year, preferably on the same days. The reason may be the New Year, Birthday, but at least on the new moon.

For girls, visualization of desires works well - a map of the main desires is drawn up with pictures and handwritten inscriptions. Women live more with their hearts, visualizing the list - it is easier for them to hear the inner response. This allows you to check whether good wishes are written or stereotypes have popped to the surface.

Vetal:
I write down wishes every 6-12 months, usually upon arrival in a new country. I’ll get used to it, I’ll see what I can do on the spot - I’ll make a list.

Save your 100 wishes. If not the original, then the digital version on the computer. After 6 months - review the list, cross out what has been done. Come back to the list in another six months and cross it out again. Write out the remaining goals again, supplementing with new desires.

What is the practice of 100 desires and goals for?

Exercise gives impetus to development and self-realization. As long as your desires rest in your mind and not on paper, they seem unrealizable and disordered. Sometimes they are simply forgotten. After writing them, you will understand - nothing complicated.

Keeping goals in mind is not always practical. It is better to choose the 10 most important ones and remember them. Let the paper remember the rest. Use the memory for another. And if there is nothing to give to paper, isn't life a bit poor?

Six months later, when you look at your 100 wishes, you will notice that many of them have come true. So, you are on the right path to happiness and self-realization.

Vitaly:
In my list, the main goals are related to the development of this site. I write them down and memorize them. The remaining 30-50 small desires to try something new and unusual are waiting for their time. I'm walking in a new city, I see a crossfit gym - it's on the list. I'm already doing it in a week.

With the help of the practice of 100 wishes, you can track the speed of achieving goals.

Vitaly:
I have 100 wish lists in my notebook since 2011. Reviewing them, I see sections of “myself”: what I wanted, what I aspired to, and what pissed me off.

A few years later, it is interesting to see: what he realized, what fell away by itself, for which he had to plow in order to acquire. Visible dynamics. I wanted to work 1-2 hours a day, now I want 4-6 hours. Valuable information about yourself.

Wishlist meta-analysis - pro level

By keeping wish lists for all the years in a notebook, you can conduct an overview analysis of your desires to improve yourself. Diary entries allow you to highlight the main aspirations, track achievements and observe the change in the course of your development.

How to Meta-Analyze Wishlists

Take a separate sheet of paper. Find in a notebook all the wish lists for the past years, and it is better to insert paper bookmarks so as not to hang around looking for entries.

Start with the oldest list. Read each wish and write down its more generalized wish to group the thematic wishes.

When you add a wish to a category, put a dot. When you look through all the lists, count the number of "points" scored and write them out separately, already in the order of the points scored.

Example: all desires related to travel, sightseeing, visiting countries are a category of travel. Gain or lose weight, treat something - health. It is desirable to have a final list of up to 30 categories.

Vitaly:
I have a notebook with ten years of history, so I've done a meta-analysis twice already.

A meta-analysis of desires allows you to understand what worried you for a long time and whether you achieved your goal in this or not. If not, you can draw up a targeted plan for a specific desire in order to satisfy it if it is still relevant, or reject and score.

Transferring desires from the list into your life

People think that if they are active and busy, they will realize something important in their life. But it’s worth asking: “What useful thing have you done in the last year?” - it turns out that not so much, and maybe nothing at all.

The exploration of one's true desires is burdensome for those who have little faith in themselves. Without knowing their desires, they act to the detriment of themselves, neglect themselves.

The 100 wish list will make you rethink your life priorities and find your talents in other unexpected areas.

It happens that a person sits in the office at the computer, and dreams of creative work. There is not one on his list of 100 wishes for life that relates to his current job. Instead, a desire to create silver jewelry was discovered. Having written out a diary on paper, he compares the “I of the present” and the “I of the ideal”. Inspired to change, goes to jewelry courses.

In order not to be among people who are only seemingly energetic and purposeful, do the practice of 100 wishes every six months or a year. Revise your desires and live what is important to you. And the imposed dreams - cross out.
