Born in Volgograd. Graduated from the Volgograd State Institute of Physical Culture in 1971. He defended his Ph.D. department of gymnastics. In 1983 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. Since 1984 he has been the head of the department. She graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education of the Tambov Order of the Badge of Honor of the State Pedagogical Institute.
