Ivakhnenko Evgeny Nikolaevich, was born in 1958 in Kamyshin, Volgograd region. In 1979, with a gold medal, the Kamyshin Higher Military Engineering Construction School (KVVISU), specializing in energy engineering. From 1979 to 1987 served in various positions in KVVISU. Research interests: history of philosophy, philosophy of science, social philosophy (social complexity, N. Luhmann's systemic theory of communication, "post-social studies"), epistemological problems of information theories, philosophy of education and modernization of the modern university.
