Integrated use of information and communication technologies in the work of a teacher of the Russian language and literature. The use of ICT technologies by a dow teacher Why is it so dangerous

Natalya Olegovna Menshova

Life does not stand still and the education system is changing. Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) at the moment, it is especially relevant in the context of the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard and the implementation of the development of the information society. We see what significant changes are taking place now in the system of preschool education. And this is largely due to the renewal of the scientific, methodological and material base of education and upbringing. One of the important conditions for updating is usage new information technologies. In educational activities, ICT can influence the comprehensive development of children. In practice I use in educational activities, presentations and demonstration of videos in the field of cognitive development, which make it possible not only to see, but also to hear the sounds of nature, social life, the animal and objective world, and also to make "travel" to the past, visit another country, a museum, etc. I use educational games that promote the development of children's speech; And also using the Internet, I participate in all kinds of creative competitions in various areas of development - both for children and educators. Surprise moments in the educational process thanks to modern technologies for children have become more accessible, colorful and bright. For example, in the educational activities of FEMP use electronic visibility (presentation) which contributes to the quality education of children. Also in our kindergarten there is a personal website: which contains various types of information about our institution, which is convenient for parents. And I, as an educator, also have my own personal website hosted on the Social Network workers

4. Ensuring interaction between teachers in this way so that in the process of interaction the information received turns into their personal knowledge.

We live in the 21st century, in the conditions of the rapid growth of the information flow, the development of new information technologies. Computerization has penetrated almost all spheres of life and activity of modern man. Therefore, the introduction of computer technologies in education is a logical and necessary step in the development of the modern information world as a whole.

What is ICT? Although the acronym ICT is now widely used, the term has different meanings depending on the situation. In the context of education, this concept usually refers to ICT tools and methods for use to support learning processes and other types of cognitive and developmental activities. I present to your attention a small glossary on this topic:

Glossary: Information and communication technologies in education (ICT) is a complex of educational and methodological materials, technical and instrumental means of computer technology in the educational process, forms and methods of their application to improve the activities of specialists in educational institutions (administration, educators, specialists, as well as for education (development, diagnostics, correction) children. Information and communication technologies (ICT)- this technology of access to various information sources (electronic, printed, instrumental, human) and tools for joint activities aimed at obtaining a specific result. Information is a collection of any data, knowledge. Communication is a way of communication, a form of communication, an act of communication, communication of information by one person to another or a number of persons. Technology - a set of methods and tools to achieve the desired result, a method of transforming the given into the necessary

Advantages use ICT in education process:

Allow to increase the amount of illustrative material in the lesson;

usage multimedia presentations provide visibility, which contributes to the perception and better memorization of the material, which is very important, given the visual-figurative thinking of preschool children;

Simultaneously used graphic, text, audiovisual information;

At use animations and insertion of video fragments, it is possible to show dynamic processes;

With the help of a computer, you can simulate such life situations that cannot or are difficult to show in class or see in everyday life. (e.g. playing animal sounds; transport operation, etc.).

Rules and norms of SanPin at use information and communication technologies.

According to the requirements of SanPin, classes with using computer is supposed for children 5 years old - 10 minutes, for children 6-7 years old - 15 minutes. But if use computer only as a screen, then it is allowed, if necessary, to increase the lesson by 5 minutes, but with a mandatory change of activity and a physical minute. At the end of the lesson, gymnastics for the eyes is mandatory.

Of course, be sure to ventilate the room before and after class.

Classes with using ICT is held no more than 2-3 times a week, all classes are held with a subgroup of children. SanPin determines the screen size for us as 28 inches or from 69 cm (for the whole group).

Applications of ICT preschool teachers

1. Maintaining documentation.

teacher.

3. Working with parents.

4. Educational - educational process.

1. Maintaining documentation. In the process of educational activities teachers of our preschool educational institution draw up and draw up calendar and long-term plans, prepare material for decorating the parent corner, print the characteristics of children for the commission, draw up a report card for children in Excel, etc. Agree that, for example, printing a child’s characteristics using a computer is easier and faster, than to write from arms: made a mistake - rewrite, and in Microsoft Office you can correct, supplement, insert whole "pieces" from another source, store in memory and, based on one characteristic, write another. From my own experience, I was convinced that maintaining the main documentation in electronic format significantly reduces the time it takes to fill it out, makes it possible to quickly make changes and additions, and facilitates storage and access to information. An important aspect use ICT is training teacher for certification: paperwork, portfolio preparation. Of course, this can be done without use computer technology, but the quality of design and time costs are incomparable, and modern requirements in education dictate their own rules. Today I want to present to your attention my portfolio, and the portfolio of my colleagues, made with using computer technology. I think that a hand-made portfolio "lost" would be in quality.

2. Methodological work, advanced training teacher. In the information society, network electronic resources are the most convenient, fast and modern way of disseminating new methodological ideas and didactic aids, available teachers regardless of where they live. Information and methodological support in the form of electronic resources can be used during preparation teacher for classes, to study new techniques, in the selection of visual aids for the lesson. I offer you a list of sites, information from which I most often I use in my work:

Useful sites http://planetadetstva.net/ - "Planet of Childhood", online magazine for teachers, http://www.site/ - "MAAM", international educational portal, teaching materials for kindergarten, http://nsportal.ru/ - "Our network", social network of educators, http://dohcolonoc.ru - "Preschooler", a site for kindergarten teachers, http://detsad-kitty.ru - "Kindergarten", site for children and adults, http://pochemu4ka.ru - "Why", a site for children and their parents, http://doshvozrast.ru - "Preschool age", site for kindergarten.

Online communities teachers allow not only to find and use necessary methodological developments, but also to post their materials, share pedagogical experience in preparing and conducting events, using different methods, technologies.

The modern educational space requires teacher regularly improve their skills. Remote advanced training courses allow you to choose what you are interested in teacher direction and study without interruption from the main educational activity. This year, 5 educators of our preschool educational institution are ...

An important aspect of work teacher is and participation in various pedagogical projects, distance competitions, olympiads, which increases the level of self-esteem, as teacher, and pupils. Face-to-face participation in such events is often impossible due to the remoteness of the region, financial costs and other reasons. Remote participation is open to everyone. Some teachers of our preschool educational institution not only took part in such competitions, but were also winners. Diplomas and certificates of such competitions replenish the portfolio teacher. Also, computer skills help to carry out methodological development.

3. Working with parents. One of the criteria for assessing professional activity teacher, in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard, is a high degree of activity and involvement of parents in the educational process and the life of the kindergarten. An important role in this direction is also played by usage interactive technologies.

Our preschool educational institution has created an official website https://mdou42.wordpress.com, which gives parents the opportunity to quickly obtain information about the life of the preschool educational institution, here you can share information about events organized in kindergarten, which in turn allows you to participate in the life of the kindergarten, receive information in the form of announcements, pedagogical advice on the site's forum, etc. This is very important, since now parents are in a hurry and do not always have time to read the information posted in the corner for parents. And at home, together with the child, it is interesting to look at the website of the kindergarten, see new photos, learn about past events, get advice, keep abreast of the events of the group and the kindergarten as a whole. As a result, parents listen more carefully to advice. teachers actively participate in group projects and activities.

VKontakte parents of our pupils themselves created the page "Kindergarten "Rostock" Group "Fidgets". Obviously, parents feel the need to communicate with each other, exchange information, opinions, and the Internet helps them in this.

Modern technical means are used us also when designing parental corners, announcements, congratulations and other visual material, when preparing recommended tasks for repeating lexical topics, holding parent meetings, etc.

Parents and teachers use digital photo and video equipment. When there is a video of our children's performances at competitions on the city stage, at various events, simple moments of everyday life, then watching them is of great interest to children and parents.

4. Educational - educational process. Main in work teacher DOW is the conduct of the educational - educational process, which includes myself: - organization of direct educational activities of the pupil, - organization of joint developmental activities teacher and children, - implementation of projects, - creation of a developing environment (games, manuals, didactic materials). The modern preschool child is becoming increasingly difficult to attract and surprise with traditional means: pictures, toys, cutting models, folding cubes. Children who are already familiar with the computer require special attention and special means of influence when organizing classes. Visual-figurative thinking prevails in preschool children. And usage a variety of illustrative material, both static and dynamic, allows teachers Preschool educational institution to achieve the intended goal faster during direct educational activities and joint activities with children. Usage ICT makes it possible to make the educational process informative, entertaining and comfortable. In this case, the computer should only complement the educator, and not replace him. For me, a computer is a tool that gives me the opportunity to make teaching children more interesting and simple, and the knowledge gained is deeper. With the help of ICT, I develop visual and didactic accompaniment to classes, which makes it possible to make them more rich, interesting, and diverse. In my opinion, usage ICT is based on approaches based on the natural curiosity of children and the means to satisfy this curiosity. I believe that information and communication technologies are such a means that open up unlimited opportunities for the educator for effective creative work.

In my work teacher can use the following means of information and communication technologies:

A computer

Multimedia projector

Printer, scanner, laminator

VCR, DVD player

Television

Record player

Camera, video camera

Flash cards

Electronic boards

Dear teachers, in front of you is an interactive whiteboard IQBoard. And today I would like to share with you the information and practical actions that I myself have mastered. I do not know much yet, but I will try to give you the initial knowledge. You will get acquainted with some of the functions of the interactive whiteboard and try to work on it yourself.

An interactive whiteboard is a touch screen that works as part of a system that includes a computer and a projector.

Now we will consider what functions the IQBoard interactive whiteboard has.

Show how it turns on, the main menu, a couple of simple operations.

Work with children

Work with children includes the activities of children at the blackboard, cognitive conversation, games, gymnastics for the eyes, etc. lasts from 20 to 25 minutes. Wherein usage screen should be no more than 7-10 minutes. However, the main goal teacher- not to learn this or that computer program with children, but use its game content for the development of memory, thinking, imagination, speech in a particular child. And this can be achieved if the baby himself fulfills the entire program with pleasure.

Practical tasks:

Conclusion.

The introduction of information technology has advantages over traditional means learning: 1. ICT enables expansion use electronic learning tools, as they transmit information faster; 2. Movement, sound, animation attracts the attention of children for a long time and helps to increase their interest in the material being studied. The high dynamics of the lesson contributes to the effective assimilation of the material, the development of memory, imagination, and creativity of children; 3. Provides visibility, which contributes to the perception and better memorization of the material, which is very important, given the visual-figurative thinking of preschool children. This includes three types memory: visual, auditory, motor; 4. Slideshow and video clips allow you to show those moments from the outside world, the observation of which causes difficulties: for example, the growth of a flower, the rotation of the planets around the Sun, the movement of waves, it is raining; 5. You can also simulate such life situations that cannot or are difficult to show and see in everyday life (for example, reproduction of sounds of nature; operation of transport, etc.); 6. Usage information technology encourages children to search for research activities, including searching on the Internet on their own or together with their parents; 7. ICT is an additional opportunity to work with children with disabilities.

With all the perks use ICT in preschool education are emerging and the following Problems: 1. The material base of the preschool educational institution. To organize classes, you must have a minimum set equipment: PC, projector, speakers, screen or mobile classroom. Not all kindergartens today can afford the creation of such classes. 2. Protecting the health of the child. Recognizing that the computer is a powerful new tool for the development of children, it is necessary to remember the commandment "DO NO HARM!". Usage ICT in preschool institutions requires careful organization of both the classes themselves and the entire regime as a whole in accordance with the age of the children and the requirements of the Sanitary Rules. To maintain an optimal microclimate, prevent the accumulation of static electricity and the deterioration of the chemical and ionic composition of the air necessary: airing the office before and after classes, wet cleaning before and after classes. Classes with older preschoolers are held once a week in subgroups. In my work teacher must use complexes of 16 exercises for the eyes. 3. Insufficient ICT - Competence teacher. teacher not only must perfectly know the content of all computer programs, the specifics of the technical rules of operation with each of them, understand the technical characteristics of the equipment, be able to work in basic application programs, multimedia programs and the Internet. If the DOW team manages to solve these problems, then ICT technologies will become a great helper. There is no doubt that in modern education the computer does not solve all the problems, it remains just a multifunctional technical teaching aid. Usage information technology in education makes it possible to significantly enrich, qualitatively update the educational process in preschool educational institutions and increase its efficiency.

Thank you for your attention and I want to wish that the computer becomes the best assistant for you when working with children and parents

Advice for educators.

Use of information and communication
technologies in the work of a teacher

The modern child lives in the world of electronic culture. Computers surround small children from birth: at home, in kindergartens, and at the doctor's. A powerful flow of new information, advertising, the use of computer technology on television and cinema, the distribution of game consoles, electronic toys have a great influence on the upbringing of a preschooler and his perception of the world around him. A 5-6-year-old kid already freely communicates with a personal computer. The nature of his favorite activity - the game - also changes significantly. Today's child assimilates only the information that interested him most of all, the closest, familiar to him, the one that evokes pleasant and comfortable feelings. Therefore, one of the means that has a unique opportunity to increase motivation and improve the education of a modern preschooler, develop his creative abilities and create a positive emotional background for educational activities is a computer. Pedagogical discussions about the introduction of ICT in the educational process have been going on for a long time. But in the modern world it is difficult to stand still, therefore, whether we like it or not, ICT is firmly included in the educational process of preschool institutions.
The computer has become a necessary and important attribute not only of the life of adults, but also a means of teaching children. Computer technology is a special direction in working with a child that can help his development. At present, it is not yet sufficiently developed in our country. If the school is actively moving forward, introducing more and more new technologies and methods of using computers, almost every school has computer classes and interactive whiteboards, then in preschool institutions this work is just beginning and, as a rule, at the level of the teacher's personal interest. I am a supporter of the use of ICT in the preparation and conduct of direct educational activities, because I believe that a teacher, in order to communicate with a child in the same language, must be armed with modern methods and new educational technologies. Even hyperactive children, whose attention is quite difficult to keep for a long time, receive with great interest the information presented on the big screen, and even accompanied by various games and music. The penetration of modern technologies into educational practice opens up new opportunities.

The goals of using information technologies in the direct educational activities of a teacher:

· make education modern (in terms of the use of technical means);

· bring educational activities closer to the worldview of a modern child, as he looks and listens more than reads and speaks; prefers to use information obtained with the help of technical means;

· establish a relationship of mutual understanding, mutual assistance between the teacher and the pupil;

· to help the teacher in the opportunity to emotionally and figuratively present the material.

· save time for both the teacher and the child, increase the density of educational activities, enrich it with new content.

· The use of ICT allows you to reproduce information simultaneously in the form of:

text

· graphic image;

· sound;

speech;

· video.

All this allows the teacher to create fundamentally new means of child development for children.

Practice has shown that when using ICT, children's interest in classes increases significantly, the level of cognitive abilities increases. The presentation helps to combine a huge amount of demonstration material, freeing from a large amount of paper visual aids, tables, reproductions, art albums, audio and video equipment. Thus, I concluded that for the education of children, a computer can serve as a “raw material”, on the basis of which I can form my own teaching aids, make my presentations, slide films, carry out my educational projects, thereby creating numerous options for working that will help diversify and improve educational activities.

From the abundance of programs, theories, technologies and methods, I selected those that could help me create an integrated system of work, taking into account my individual qualities and the characteristics of the children entrusted to me.
Here are some options for using ICT in the educational process.

Use of ICT in working with children:

· Multimedia equipment (creation and demonstration of presentations, slide films, video clips, elements and techniques of a graphic image)

Direct educational activity with multimedia support - the teacher uses the computer as an "electronic board". It uses ready-made electronic slides, video or multimedia presentations. The use of multimedia presentations is advisable at any stage of educational activities. The teacher can use subject collections (illustrations, photographs, reproductions of paintings by the studied artists, video tours, video clips, interactive models, projecting them on a large screen). Using the capabilities of the PowerPoint program, I developed presentations of some topics. This program allows you to fully collect all the necessary materials for classes, and then demonstrate them in the desired sequence on the screen. Multimedia presentations make it possible to present educational and developmental material as a system of vivid reference images filled with comprehensive structured information in an algorithmic manner. In this case, various channels of perception are involved, which makes it possible to store information not only in factographic, but also in associative form in the memory of children. Another aspect should also be touched upon. However GCD is designed, much depends on how the teacher prepares for it. It is necessary to think over the change of rhythm, diversify the forms of activity, think about how to withstand a pause if necessary, how to provide a positive emotional background.

After the theoretical part, the practical work of the children follows. In this part of the activity, options using ICT are also possible. For example, a teacher draws on a blackboard, partially blocking himself, the whole process of depiction and explanation, which negatively affects the quality of the presentation of the material, many questions arise. Also, when the teacher turns to the blackboard, he involuntarily loses contact with the children. I conclude that this method is not effective, a low result is obtained. When using computer technology, it is possible to visually and consistently show image techniques on a large screen. Visible and understandable to all.

In addition, several images can be compared on the screen at the same time, to identify their advantages and disadvantages.

· Interactive board (individual work of children, games, programs of creative workshops)

Direct educational activity using an interactive whiteboard allows you to turn the educational process into an exciting game. Children themselves become its participants. In this variant, there may be cases when students work simultaneously with the teacher, and at a certain stage they switch to individual work on the board according to the instructions of the teacher. The presentation of information on the screen in a playful way arouses great interest in children, and movements, sound, animation attract attention for a long time. The use of such programs increases the creativity of the child; the ability to operate with symbols on the monitor screen, helps to optimize the transition from visual-figurative to abstract thinking; the use of creative games creates additional motivation in the formation of educational activities; individual work with a computer increases the number of situations that a child can solve independently. Such games help diversify joint activities, make it more emotionally rich. For example, children are given a task: to depict an animal using geometric shapes using an interactive whiteboard. The children model the figures of animals, both realistic and from the fantasy world, thereby reinforcing knowledge about geometric shapes. Such classes are rare, but with what admiration they are perceived by the guys. And the teacher saves a lot of time, effort that would be spent on preparing handouts, tedious cutting out figures from cardboard.

· Internet resources (a selection of visual and demonstration material for the lesson, music, games, etc., lessons in the form of a virtual tour with access to the worldwide network).

Modern education is difficult to imagine without the resources of the Internet. Internet search engines provide teachers with the opportunity to find almost any material on development and learning and any photographs and illustrations for classes.

Also, with the help of the Internet, I select a musical composition corresponding to the topic of educational activities. It can be classical or modern works, songs from children's cartoons. With the help of video editing software, it's easy to create your own clip with slides changing to the music, matched to a specific topic.

Direct educational activity with access to the World Wide Web (they can be both with multimedia and computer support). If the office is connected to the Internet, you can offer to conduct a lesson in the form of a virtual tour, for example, to museums around the world.

Of course, I observe elementary sanitary standards regarding the time of work of preschool children at the computer. According to the requirements of SanPiN, direct educational activity using a computer involves 10 minutes for children 5 years old, 15 minutes for children 6-7 years old. When working, children are placed at a distance no closer than 2-3 m and no further than 5-5.5 m from the screen. Educational activities using a computer for children aged 5-7 years should be carried out no more than once a day and no more than three times a week. In addition, while preparing multimedia presentations, I use the recommendations of psychologists on the effect of color on the cognitive activity of children, on the combination of colors and their number. At the end of the class, I do gymnastics for the eyes.

The use of ICT in methodological work:

· Development, systematization and collection of methodological developments and documentation (long-term plans, notes, games, music selection, etc.)

· Diagnostics of the creative development of children (diagrams, graphs, tables)

· Internet resources (e-mail, search engines, electronic conferences)

· Exchange of experience, didactic materials and manuals with leading experts in the field of education around the world

It's no secret that recently, in addition to developments in direct educational activities, calendar and thematic plans, a large amount of paper reporting is required from the educator. To do this, in the operating system, you can create subject folders with the development of classes, which can be divided into topics. They allow you to save and quickly find a file with documents. With the help of organizer programs, you can keep an individual diary of a child, record various data about him, test results, build graphs, and generally track the dynamics of a child's development. This can be done manually, but the time costs are not comparable. An important aspect of using a computer is maintaining a database of books. Today, a very large number of books on the upbringing and development of children have appeared, many books reflect integrated approaches to education, others reflect the development of a certain quality, differentiating age categories, etc. It is difficult to navigate the literature without a database. E-mail, search engines, electronic conferences are also becoming an integral part of modern education. On the Internet, you can find information on the problems of learning and development, about innovative kindergartens, foreign early development institutes, and establish contacts with leading experts in the field of education.

Use of ICT in work with teachers:

· Multimedia equipment (creation and demonstration of presentations for consultations and seminars for teachers)

Forms of work with parents:

· Creation of a page with photo lessons on the website of the institution;

· Communication with parents online through the institution's website;

· Internet resources (posting on the website of the institution and on the pedagogical websites of their notes, consultations, work experience, maintaining their own blog)

· Demonstration of presentations of the organization of work with children;

· Creating your own blog on the Internet;

· Organization of final exhibitions using slide shows of children's works

And these are just some of the opportunities you can take advantage of. It is hard to imagine how much more interesting things you can learn by starting to use ICT in your work.

The educator who creates or uses information technology is forced to pay great attention to the logic of the presentation of the material, which has a positive effect on the level of knowledge of pupils.

The use of information technology in a preschool educational institution makes it possible to overcome the intellectual passivity of children, makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the educational activities of a preschool teacher.

In conclusion, I want to note that the use of ICT leads to a number of positive effects:

1. Enriches the lesson with emotional coloring

2. Psychologically facilitates the process of assimilation

3. Excites a keen interest in the subject of knowledge

4. Expands the general outlook

5. Increasing use of visual aids in the classroom

6. Frees you from routine manual work;

7. Increases the productivity of the teacher and the child.

The use of information and communication technologies in kindergarten is an urgent problem of modern preschool education. Gradually, computer technologies are also included in the system of preschool education as one of the effective ways of transferring knowledge. This modern method develops interest in learning, fosters independence, develops intellectual activity, allows you to develop in the spirit of modernity, makes it possible to qualitatively update the educational process in a preschool educational institution and increase its efficiency.

When using ICT in work, the experience of teachers and education is not important, but the desire and desire to master ICT is important.

The use of computer technology helps the teacher in the work:

  • attract passive listeners to active activities;
  • make educational activities more visual and intensive;
  • activate cognitive interest;
  • to implement personality-oriented and differentiated approaches to learning;
  • to discipline the educator himself, to form his interest in work;
  • activate thought processes (analysis, synthesis, comparison, etc.);
  • ICT will allow the educator to communicate more widely at various methodological events, such as video - master classes, webinars, etc.
  • work with paper media is significantly reduced, since almost all textual information is compiled and stored in electronic form, etc.

The use of information and communication technologies in preschool education allows you to expand the creative possibilities of the teacher and has a positive impact on various aspects of the mental development of preschoolers. Developing classes with its use become much brighter and more dynamic. The use of computer technology makes it possible to make GCD attractive and truly modern, to solve cognitive and creative tasks based on visualization.

In the course of the game activity of a preschooler, using computer tools, he develops: theoretical thinking, developed imagination, the ability to predict the result of an action, design qualities of thinking, etc., which lead to a sharp increase in the creative abilities of children.

The range of ICT use in the educational process is quite wide. One of the most successful forms of preparing and presenting educational material for joint organized activities in kindergarten is the creation of multimedia presentations. It facilitates the process of perception and memorization of information with the help of vivid images, tk. combines dynamics, sound and image, i.e. those factors that hold the child's attention for the longest time. Simultaneous impact on the two most important organs of perception (hearing and vision) allow you to achieve a much greater effect. And the English proverb says: “I heard and forgot, I saw and remembered” .
