How to develop the ability of psychometry and read the memory of objects? How to learn to read information for beginners? How to read information from a clairvoyant person

The field of application of psychometry is very extensive: forensic science, examination of works of art, reconstruction of important historical events, archeology. According to antiquarian objects of antiquity, with the help of psychometry, it is possible to restore images of past events.

astral vision

Astral vision manifests itself in sleep, in telepathy, in somnambulism and in clairvoyance. During clairvoyant sessions, a person is able to read a letter through an envelope and see through space and time. An experienced clairvoyant sees events that take place thousands of kilometers away, as well as in the past or the distant future.

Symbolism is the language of the subconscious

The psychometer sees a person's aura, his thoughts, desires and an astral imprint from his past actions. These visions are sometimes purely symbolic. In order to understand the symbolism of these visions, it is necessary to study the language of symbols and signs. You can familiarize yourself with the relevant literature and interpretation of dreams. This language is called the language of the subconscious.

How is a psychometric session carried out?

The psychometer picks up or applies to the interbrow an object about which it is necessary to obtain information. So he reads the astral imprints of past events related to this subject. If the object belonged to a certain person, then the psychometric specialist sees this person and his thoughts and actions. It is important that the object is in contact with the person in question. The closer and longer the contact between the object and its owner, the easier it is to obtain psychometric information. Sometimes clairvoyance is accompanied by an inner voice explaining the meaning of passing images - clairaudience.

An example from the international practice of psychometrics

Taking the objects given to him in his hands and concentrating, he saw a circus filled with people. Wild animals roamed the arena and torn people lay torn to pieces. In the middle there was still one young man in a white chiton, but now the lion rushes at him and torments him to pieces. Then everything disappears. This vision was caused by a lion's tooth and a bone found during the excavations of the Colosseum.

How to develop the ability to psychometrics?

Development of the ability for in-depth visualization of the subject. Immediately after waking up in the morning, put a simple object in front of you.

Sit across from him, at arm's length.
-Look at the object with your gaze for 5 minutes.
-When contemplating an object, try to remember even the smallest parts of it.
-Now close your eyes and try to reproduce the object in your memory and imagination.
-Then open your eyes again and look at the object for 3 minutes.
Close your eyes again and visualize the object clearly.
-Repeat up to 5 times until the object becomes more or less distinct.
-Repeat the exercise 7 days in a row, with the same object.

The effect:

This exercise develops the ability for deep visualization, and also makes it possible to establish a direct energy connection with the object, as a result of which it will be possible to read information directly from the energy field of the object.

Developing the ability to stop internal dialogue

Take a comfortable position and relax.
-Close your eyes.
-Focus on the point between the eyebrows (ajna chakra).
-Keep your mind free from thoughts and images, in a state of attention similar to a radio receiver.
-If thoughts and images come, you need to mentally think "NOT - THAT", when another image or thought comes, you need to say "NOT - THAT" again.
Continue to work in this way with all the thoughts that come into your head and the visions that appear before you.
-Thus, gradually chaotic visions similar to hypnographic images will follow one after another in front of you, and your consciousness will become absolutely transparent.
-Transparency of consciousness, will enable a clear vision of the history associated with this subject. Therefore, this exercise is meant to open the third eye.

The effect:

At first, the images are incoherent, then they begin to form into scenes that have no connection with each other. Gradually, they are combined into a single system. Finally, there comes a moment when the evoked visions begin to haunt the student throughout the day. Here comes a new danger - to take this phantasmagoria for objective reality.

Developing the Ability to Psychometrics

Immediately after waking up, without getting out of bed, pick up a previously prepared object or photograph, preferably taken from another person or of historical value.
-Holding an object in your hands, close your eyes.
-Feel with your hands the energy emanating from this object or photo.
-Fix with your consciousness only the feeling emanating from this object and appearing in you when you come into contact with it.
-Then, apply this object to your forehead or, more precisely, between the eyebrows.
-Focus on the feeling of contact between the object and your third eye.
- Feel deeply and enter into this feeling of connection with the subject.
-Keep focusing on that feeling of touching and connecting with the subject.
- Gradually, ideas, thoughts or visions will begin to come to your mind or before your eyes are closed. Fix them with your mind and try to remember.
-No need to specifically try to see or understand the history of the item or the biography of its former owner.
-Work completely relaxed and don't expect anything.
-Thus, you will receive complete information about the item and its owners.

Attention!

In any case, do not count on immediate results, it will take time and daily practice to master this method. It is best to carry out the exercise right after waking up, since at this moment your subconscious mind is as open as possible to receive paranormal information coming from the energy field of the object.

Gradually, your ability to psychometry will increase, and you will be able to work anytime and anywhere, as well as receive historical information on the sites of historical monuments, simply by touching the walls of an ancient castle or temple.

Permanent job!

Train constantly, ask your relatives and friends for any old items and try to read information from their field. After that, memorize or write down the impressions coming from the subconscious and test yourself by asking the owners of the item.

While working on studying the field and the history of the subject, be extremely relaxed. There should not be a single thought in the head. The only thought that should be in your head is the thought of this subject. In order to read information from an object, you will need to fully focus all your attention on this subject. Look at it, touch it, feel its energy, try to visualize every part of it.

Unity in the object of contemplation

When your consciousness is completely filled with only one object, you will become one with it and will be able to know absolutely everything about it. You, as it were, will become it yourself, for some time, and you will feel or find out what the consciousness of this object feels. The universe is fully conscious, and even inanimate objects have their own consciousness and individual perception of this reality, which can be radically different from ours.

In the same way, you can get information about a person. To do this, we need a lock of his hair, a piece of clothing or a photograph. The principles of work are the same as in the previous exercise.

In this article I will briefly cover the question - how to learn to read the energy of people. The first thing you must do to learn to feel the subtle energies is to become more sensitive yourself. This is achieved by following several principles:
1. Energy nutrition.
That is, eating foods rich in vital energy. These are, first of all, fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts - in general, everything that has ripened in nature, in natural conditions, or close to natural. Read more about such nutrition here at, and watch this.
2. Performing sensitivity-enhancing exercises.
To improve sensitivity to subtle energies, we first need to sharpen our physical senses. This is achieved by exercises aimed at increasing the flow of blood and energy to the sense organs, as well as the renewal of nerve connections with the sense organs and an increase in the number of these connections.
Such exercises are described in more detail in my "Textbook on extrasensory perception". And also, in the following articles I will touch on this issue in more detail, because. in one article all the exercises can not be covered.
3. Moral preparation.
Before developing psychic abilities on the basis of heightened physical sensitivity, you must be mentally prepared that you will open up, as it were, the underside of the world. You will see, feel both positive and negative emotions, feelings of people. You will see not only the energy of love and joy - how it looks in the astral plane, but also anger, illness, hatred and other unpleasant human manifestations. In cemeteries, you will begin to see and communicate with spirits. Are you ready for this? If not, then stop and give yourself the command to fall asleep again so that your awakened senses fall asleep and you become again insensitive to subtle matters.
If you are ready to meet the other side of the world, then go ahead - develop further.
4. Paying attention to feelings.
Track your every emotion and sensation, pay attention to how your body reacts to certain feelings, thoughts. Thus, you will begin to get used to the fact that in the world there is not only matter, but also something subtle - feelings, emotions. Over time, the emotions in your mind will be perceived each with its own color, even sound and smell.
These are the most basic principles by which you can become a psychic.
The next step is to learn how to translate the information received into meaningful images. That is, for example, you have developed your sensitivity, and found that you began to feel some kind of energy, emotions from other people. But you still cannot understand what this or that feeling that visited you while concentrating on a person means. To distinguish this and translate into information, you need to practice translating one kind of information into another.
The easiest way to do this is with music and drawing. At school, a music teacher often gave us tasks to draw what we imagine when listening to a particular musical composition without words. Most often these were classical works, rich in emotions and sounds. So do you, turn on any music and try to draw or imagine in your mind the pictures that this music paints in your imagination. For most people, pictures come naturally. Do this exercise more often. Then try to draw an emotion, a feeling. With experience, you will understand what this or that feeling you feel from a person means. You will naturally begin to form images - and you will already become a real psychic, seeing "pictures" about a person's life.

Reading data from a CD

Operations such as playing audio CDs and reading information from them are fundamentally different.

How is information read from disks? If we are talking about disks with ordinary data written as files, then the data is read by the usual means of the file system.

The problem of reading information (unless, of course, the disc is damaged) occurs only when the information is written outside the file structure (as on an audio CD) or is not intended for direct copying (as on a DVD).

There are various programs for reading information from audio CDs.

In my opinion, the most convenient of them is the CDex program (Fig. 14.1).

Rice. 14.1. The main window of the CDex program.

She is able to read information from a CD quickly and without errors and write it to a hard drive. In addition, CDex allows you to work with compressed audio files, which is important because uncompressed WAV audio files are quite large in size and can quickly fill up your hard drive.

The CDex program is distributed free of charge. This program can be downloaded from the site. With each new version of the program, more and more new features are added to it.

Let's take version 1.51 as an example.

NOTE.

By default, the program has an English interface. However, if you wish, you can Russify it, as the developers have released special interface files in 30 languages, including Russian. To do this, run the program and select Language ? from the Options menu. Check for Additional/updates Language files. Russification will require a minute of connection to the Internet (or maybe less).

Selecting the named menu item opens the page located at www.cdex.n3.net/lang/langcheck.php . On it, find the desired language - Russian (russian). Then click on the corresponding link with the left mouse button - a page will be loaded into the browser, all the text from which should be saved to a file with the LANG extension (the full name of the Russification file is russian.cdex.lang).

Then open the folder with the CDex program, find the lang folder in it, open it and copy the russian.cdex.lang file there, then close the program and run it again. Select the Language item in the Options menu - the russian item should appear in the submenu, which you need to select. Now the program is Russified.

If an audio disc is inserted into the CD drive, the program automatically reads the number of its tracks and displays their list in the main window.

name. This is where the track name is placed, which by default consists of the word AudioTrack followed by a two-digit track number. However, if a CD-text for each track is recorded on the disc in the service area, then the name can be taken from it. In addition, if you select the Read Remote CDDB item in the CDDB menu, then in most cases (when using a branded disc), the program will automatically receive the name of both the entire disc and each of its tracks. In this case, the names of the tracks will become quite meaningful (for example, Imagine - John Lennon). The name of any track can be changed by highlighting the track and pressing F2.

track. This column always displays the two-digit track number (01, 02, etc.).

start time. This indicates the start time of each track from the beginning of the disc.

playtime. This column contains information about the length of the track in minutes, seconds and frames.

size. Here you can see the WAV file size corresponding to each track.

status. If the tracks have not yet been read from this disc, then there will be a dash in front of them. After reading, this column displays the status of the read file. So, OK means that the track was read without errors.

Before you start reading tracks, you should select those that you want to copy to your hard drive. Next, there are two options.

If you press the F8 key or select the Extract CD track(s) to WAV file item in the Convert menu, the process of reading the selected tracks will begin. Information about the progress of the process and jitter correction will be displayed on the screen. The read tracks will be saved as uncompressed WAV files in the folder that is predefined in the settings.

If you press the F9 key or select the Extract CD track(s) to a Compressed Audio File item in the Convert menu, the process of reading the selected tracks will also begin, but they will be saved in a compressed format. Which one is determined by the settings in advance.

You can copy part of the audio material from a disc, but not in separate tracks, but simply by specifying the start and end positions. To do this, press F10 or select the Extract a section of the CD item from the Convert menu - the Record partial tracks window will open (Fig. 14.2). Here, in the File properties area, enter the name of the future file (without extension) and configure its format using the Output Type switch. If this switch is set to the WAV file position, then an uncompressed WAV file will be saved, and if it is set to the Compressed Audio File (Encoded) position, then the read information will be saved in one of the compressed formats (depending on the settings).

Rice. 14.2. Setting window for reading part of a track or several tracks.

CDex can also convert uncompressed WAV files already written to the hard disk into one of the available compressed audio formats, as well as perform the reverse operation - convert a file from a compressed format to an uncompressed one. To do this, use the F11 and F12 keys (or the corresponding items in the Convert menu) - a window will open (Fig. 14.3), in which you can select audio files for conversion. This window has a very important option. Delete Original If you check this box, then after converting each of the files to another format, the original file will be deleted.

Rice. 14.3. Convert files from compressed to uncompressed format.

Now let's take a closer look at how you can pre-configure the parameters of the CDex program.

Most settings are configured in a window that can be opened by pressing the F4 key or selecting Settings from the Options menu. The settings window has six tabs.

On the Generic tab (Fig. 14.4), you can configure some general file conversion options. To do this, in the Temp directory field, enter the name of the folder that will be used for temporary data storage. Further, in the File Tag options area, you can define the parameters of ID3 tags that the program will write to sound files.

Rice. 14.4. General settings of the CDex program.

In the Normalize Volume area, by checking the Normalize checkbox, you can allow the program to optimize the volume of the music file before conversion.

There are two more options at the bottom of the tab.

Automatic shutdown after ripping/encoding - if the conversion takes a long time, you can check this box before starting it. Then you can safely leave the house or go to bed - at the end of the work, the program will turn off the computer itself.

Digital CD Playback - if this box is checked, then when playing a disc using the CDex program, data from it will be read via a data channel and immediately played as a WAV file. Otherwise, normal playback via the analog or digital input of the sound card will be used.

On the Filenames tab (Fig. 14.5), you can determine what the names of files written to the hard drive will consist of when reading tracks from a CD. There is a Filename Format field for this.

Rice. 14.5. Setting the names of the read files.

Of course, when recording many tracks on a hard disk at once, the file names must differ. Therefore, not a specific file name is entered in this field, but certain rules for obtaining it:

? %1 – the artist name displayed in the main window in the Artist field is used;

? %2 – uses the name of the disc displayed in the main window in the Album field;

? %3 or %7 - the track number is used, in the second case it is always two-digit;

? %4 - the track name displayed in the first column in the main window is used;

? %5 - a special CD label is used;

? %6 - the identifier of this disk in the CDDB database is used;

? %8 - the total number of tracks on the disk is used;

? %G - the standard name of the disc genre is used;

? %Y – the disc release year is used (displayed in the main program window).

In addition to these characters, the format field can also contain ordinary characters that are used as name separators.

Let's take an example. Let's say the CD is called "Imagine", the artist is John Lennon, and you copy tracks two and three called "Crippled Inside" and "Jealous Guy". Examples of the resulting file names as a result of setting different name formatting rules (assuming that the names were read from the CDDB database and the substitution of the _ character instead of a space in the track name is used) are presented in Table. 14.1.

Table 14.1. Examples of file names as a result of setting formatting rules

Thus, before you start reading tracks from a CD, you need to set up the file name format.

On the tab in question, there are two fields where you need to specify the folder in which all files created by the program will be written. In the WAV field? MP3, specify the folder where the program will record files obtained as a result of converting one format to another, and in the Recorded Tracks field, specify the folder where files obtained from CD tracks will be recorded.

If you select the Split trackname to Artist Track using split character check box, less flexible filename formatting rules will apply. But most of the time it's not necessary.

If you click the Char Subst button, a window will open in which you can define the rules for substituting characters when forming file names. Track names can contain characters such as >,<, ", /, |, * и?. В именах файлов они недопустимы по правилам практически любой файловой системы. Разумеется, в последнем случае эти символы нужно на что-то менять. По умолчанию они заменяются на нижнее подчеркивание (_). Но при желании в окне подстановки символов (рис. 14.6) можно самостоятельно указать, какой на какой символ следует заменять. Например, кому-то покажется полезным заменять символ кавычек (") на два апострофа (??) или символ прямой черты (|) на восклицательный знак (!).

Rice. 14.6. Setting up character substitution in file names.

Also in this window, you can select a character that will replace the space in file names. Although spaces in filenames are generally allowed in modern file systems, it's still a good idea to replace the space with an underscore (_).

The Playlist area of the Filenames tab is used only when you want to automatically create a playlist from CD tracks copied to your computer's hard drive.

The third tab of the program settings window is CD Drive (Fig. 14.7). Here, if your computer has several CD-ROM drives, you can select the one that is used to read information from the disk in the CD-Rom drop-down list.

Rice. 14.7. Setting up the CD drive.

There are several numeric fields below this drop-down list that allow you to tweak the CD drive settings a bit. However, it is recommended to change something here only if, with the initially set values, information from the disk is not read. Relatively safely, you can change the value in the Number of Retries field so that if an error occurs, the device tries to read information from the same place several more times.

In the CD-ROM Drive Type drop-down list, just select Generic. If at the same time the program suddenly refuses to read the information, select the name of the manufacturer of your drive in it. If this does not help, then tell the program to independently determine the drive parameters by pressing the Auto-Detect button and first inserting an audio CD into the drive.

In the Ripping Method drop-down list, you can specify to what extent read errors should be "feared". The Standard method is the fastest and is suitable in most cases, although it is the least error-proof. The most secure method is called Paranoia, Full.

In the lower part of the tab in question, by checking the appropriate boxes, you can configure the following settings:

Swap Left and Right Channels - when reading audio information, interpret the left channel as right, and the right channel as left;

Eject CD when ripping has been completed - open the CD drive tray when all selected tracks are finished;

Select All CD Tracks (by default) – display immediately after inserting a disc into the drive, all its tracks in the main window are already selected;

Lock CD during extraction - prohibit opening the CD drive during data reading;

Enable Jitter Correction - check the information for distortion (jitter - jitter) during reading and correct it if found.

On the Encoder tab of the program options window (Fig. 14.8), you can select the audio file compression format that will be used when converting WAV files to compressed ones, as well as when reading information from a CD directly into compressed files. The desired format is selected from the Encoder drop-down list. The following compressed audio file formats are supported: MP3, MP2, Ogg Vorbis, VQF, AAC, WMA, Monkey Audio, etc. True, some of them require some additional encoder, such as a program plug-in, to be installed on the system to fully support winamp.

Rice. 14.8. Setting audio file compression formats.

This tab has a Thread Priority drop-down list where you can specify what priority the program will have over other running programs when encoding or decoding an audio file. The higher the priority, the faster the necessary task will be completed, but the more difficult it is to do anything else on the computer at that time. Thus, if there is time to wait until the end of encoding, but you also need to keep the computer busy with other things, it is better to give the encoder a low or very low priority. If you need to finish the process as soon as possible, give the encoder a high or very high priority, but leave the computer alone. By default, the encoder priority is usually set to medium.

On the Local CDDB tab, you can specify the settings for the local CDDB. What is such a base for? For example, in it the program can save the results of database queries from the Internet. In this case, when a disk that the program has already seen reappears in the drive, it will be able to immediately recognize it and display the names of its tracks without connecting to the Internet. Moreover, the program will provide information about which tracks you have already copied from this disc.

Finally, on the Remote CDDB tab, you can specify which server on the Internet the program should contact when requesting CDs. By default, this is the server. freedb.org. You should not change anything on this tab. The only thing you need to specify here is your e-mail address in the Your E-mail address field. Without this information, it is impossible to get a response from the database server.

If an Internet connection is used, for example, through a proxy server, then this should be specified - check the Use Proxy checkbox. In this case, you will need to specify the port of the proxy server. Checking the Authentication checkbox will help if you need to specify a password to connect to the Internet, for entering which there is also a corresponding field.

The Submit Options button allows you to set up a connection to send data about any CD to the server. By default, the protocol is Via HTTP, but some servers (for example, cddb.com) only accept data via email and may need to be configured accordingly.

We have reviewed the main features of the CDex program. However, it has many more not so noticeable, but very nice features. For example, you can compare two WAV audio files. To do this, you only need to execute the command File ? Compare Two Files - a window will open in which you need to select files for comparison. Then click the Compare button - the program will compare up to the first difference and give information about the moment at which the files begin to differ from each other.

So, it would seem that the CDex program does all the work of reading data from audio CDs, and there is no point in using any other program. This is almost true, but there are special cases that should also be mentioned.

On an audio disc, data is organized in such a way that during normal reading, minor errors are possible that are not interpreted by devices as a failure to read data. Therefore, during normal reading of data, which is used in the CDex program, distortions may appear inside the music files that are not registered by the program (due to the use of a low-quality or old disc, or due to the peculiarities of the CD drive). And it does not appear in the normal playback mode.

You might think that when reading errors like this occur, nothing can be changed. However, there is a program that can help in such situations - EAC, or Exact Audio Copy, which means "exact copying of sound."

The EAC program has other reading methods that can be used to improve speed. This program repeatedly rereads data from the same place on the disk, even if after the first reading it seems to be correctly read. As a result, it reads audio tracks much more accurately than other programs, and also produces a detailed report indicating the degree of correspondence between the original audio track and the output file.

NOTE.

The EAC program is distributed free of charge. It can be downloaded from the site www.exactaudiocopy.de .

In addition, with the help of this program, you can not only read information from audio CDs, but also burn them.

Psychometry should not be underestimated, because it is so interesting, for example, to see the history of an object that is more than 100 years old, or its owner and his fate. And imagine if you use psychometry well somewhere in ancient places on Earth or places of power. After all, there is a chance to "see" something really valuable or something that was not mentioned in the official history.

Technically psychometry is the reading of information from the ethereal shells of objects (or from the aura of an object).

But even without it, when visiting various excursions or just places with an interesting history: whether it be ruins, pyramids or old buildings - people get some sensations, catch certain states or thoughts, among which you can find those that came "from nowhere".

Even without being sensitive to energies or vibrations, a person could feel something without any effort, using, as it were, unconscious psychometry.

There are many ways to develop such a useful superpower.

All these methods are united by a few simple principles:

  • relaxation;
  • calm;
  • the ability to ignore one's own mental husks.

For psychometry, you will not need any will, or strength, or energy. It's simple - in fact, just "sit and listen."

As a rule, psychometry manifests itself in the form of pictures, a film, or peculiar images in the head. You can also receive the vibrations of an object in the form of feelings, sensations, emotions that respond in the area of the solar plexus or heart.

Yes, not everyone gets psychometry right away, everything is quite individual.

But everyone starts with comprehending the most important skill, without which neither psychometry nor the same ability to clairvoyance will work - this, of course, is the ability to stop the flow of thoughts or clear one's consciousness.

Only after achieving purity of consciousness can one move further in this direction and talk about successful experiences of reading information.

And therefore, I will give the simplest and most effective practice, which, by the way, is quite universal, and its everyday use can help you become calmer, help you cope with stress or ease brain tension during intellectual stress.

This practice is called differently: both “white screen”, and “cleansing of consciousness”, and “white board”, etc. But it doesn’t matter - the main thing is that the exercise is magnificent and you should definitely have it in your arsenal of practices and use periodically.

Thought Stopping Practice

Take any comfortable sitting position. Learn to always keep your back straight.

Close your eyes. Imagine a white screen in front of you. Focus on your thoughts in your head at the moment. Now imagine your thoughts as a kind of stream and give it any light color.

Just watch the disappearing streams.

How to read information from the energy field of things? If you want to develop your psychometric abilities, there is a special technique for you!

How can psychics read information from objects?

Psychometry is the extrasensory ability of a person to receive deep information about an object from contact with it.

It is believed that this is how the psychic reads the memory that is contained in the subject.

Any thing is a material carrier of information about the creator and the people who used it. Also, things remember what happens around them.

The psychic picks up or puts to the mid-eyebrow (third eye)¹ an object from which it is necessary to read information. So he perceives the astral imprints of past events related to this subject. If the object belonged to some person, then the psychic sees his face, thoughts and the actions that he performed in the vicinity of this object.

How to read information from an object for sure? It is important that the object is in contact with the person in question. The closer and longer the contact between the object and its owner, the easier it is to get extrasensory information.

Developing Visualization Ability

To learn how to read information, you first need to develop. The mind needs to be trained, to improve its ability to create clear mental images.

1. The practitioner chooses an object to memorize. For starters, a simple object with a small amount of detail will do.

2. A person sits down at arm's length, next to the object and begins to look at it with a gaze for 5 minutes.

3. During contemplation, he tries to remember the whole image and all its details.

4. Then the practitioner closes his eyes and imagines the object, trying to create a complete copy of the original.

5. After that, the person opens his eyes again and looks at the object again for about 3 minutes.

6. Then he closes his eyes again and reproduces the object in his imagination.

This must be repeated 5 times until the object takes on a distinct shape.

This exercise should be repeated 7 days in a row with the same object. Then it is recommended to choose a more complex object, with more details.

This training develops the ability for deep visualization, makes it possible to establish an energy connection with the object, with the help of which information from the energy field of the object will be “loaded”.

How to read information from objects? Technique

Reading information from the aura of objects is the field of psychometry². Almost anyone can develop such a superpower. There is a special technique for this.

The exercise will be performed immediately after waking up, without getting out of bed: at this time, the mind is still clear of the events of the current day and does not work at full strength.

1. The practitioner picks up a previously prepared photograph, preferably taken from another person or object of historical value.

2. Holding an object in his hands, a person remembers it and closes his eyes.

3. In his imagination, he creates a visual image, a certain connection with the subject.

* With the development of the ability, it will be possible to feel with your hands the energy emanating from him, his aura.

4. The practitioner then applies the object to the point between the eyebrows and focuses on the sensation of the contact between the object and the third eye.

5. A person mentally requests information of interest, lets go of the question, forgets about it and continues to feel deeply connected with the subject.

6. After some time, he will feel how new ideas, thoughts or visions will begin to come to him, one way or another related to the issue.

7. The practitioner fixes them with his mind and tries to remember.

Attention!

There is no need to specifically try to see or understand the history of the object or the biography of its former owner with the mind. You need to work completely relaxed.
