The examination work of the OGE in the Russian language consists of three parts.

The third part of the work contains a creative task (Task 15), which tests the communicative competence of schoolchildren, in particular, the ability to build their own statement in accordance with a given type of speech.

It is important that the student is offered 3 options for writing. In each variant, a different setting (research, analytical, value-based) can be implemented, which corresponds both to different types of text perception and to different forms of the student's personal orientation.

The presence of different versions of the composition contributes to the development of the competence of the responsible choice of the student, allows the teacher, when preparing for the exam, to implement the whole variety of teaching aids aimed at developing speech. At the same time, it is no coincidence that special attention is paid to the ability to argue the positions of one’s work using the text read: the education of a culture of evidence-based reasoned reasoning is the most important task of the modern school. It is also important to note that argumentation is an integrated indicator of the depth and accuracy of understanding the source text and the ability to functionally use the extracted information to solve certain communication goals.

It is significant that the ability to argue one's own statements is insufficiently developed among 11th grade graduates. A new form of examination work for graduates of the basic school contributes to a more active work of the teacher in this direction already in the basic school.

At the OGE - 2017 in chemistry, ninth-graders will be offered 22 tasks or 24 tasks (depending on the type of exam), for solving each of them you can get from 1 to 5 points. Maximum amount primary points will be 34 (if the OGE is submitted without an experimental part) or 38 (if experimental tasks are performed). The tables below show the maximum points that can be earned for each of the tasks.

The scores obtained are translated into traditional grades. If a ninth grader receives less than 9 primary points, the OGE in chemistry is considered not passed. To get an "excellent" grade, it is not necessary to solve all the exam tasks.

Do not forget that the recalculation scale is changing: in 2016 it was different, in 2018 it will also change slightly (at least due to a change in the structure of the test and the number of tasks). These figures are valid only for 2017 and only for the OGE in chemistry.

The Main State Exam (OGE) is a test for every ninth grader! The exam is mandatory for all high school graduates, but ninth graders who want to continue their education in colleges are especially diligently preparing for it, because for admission it is necessary to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and, if possible, get the highest possible score.

It's time for future graduates to learn as much as possible about how exam papers are checked, and what the scale for converting OGE test scores into traditional grades will be in 2019.

What will the OGE look like in 2019?

If the USE reform is almost completed by 2019 and no fundamental changes are expected in KIMs for 11-graders, then the USE is only entering the reform stage. In the last 2017-2018 academic year, the number of subjects submitted for final certification was once again increased, and in 2019 students will have to take a total of 5 exams:

  • 2 compulsory: Russian language and mathematics;
  • 3 to choose from such disciplines as: physics, chemistry, history, computer science, foreign language, social studies, biology, geography and literature.

There is no official information about the introduction of the 6th exam yet. But earlier it was said that by 2020 the total number of items to be handed over will reach six.

The choice of a profile subject should not be random, because the result of the OGE directly affects the grade in the certificate and is the main selection criterion for profile classes.

Checking exam papers of the OGE

In 2019, ninth-graders from all regions of the Russian Federation will perform the same tasks, because, unlike in previous years, today the process of developing a single bank of tasks is actively underway, which will allow assessing the real level of knowledge of students.

As in 2018, 9th grade graduates will write papers on the basis of their educational institution, which significantly increases the chances of a good result. The examination of the exam papers of the OGE, as before, will be carried out by school teachers who have sufficient qualifications to become an expert of the GIA.

By analogy with the exam, all works will be checked by two experts. If the opinions of specialists differ significantly, then a third expert will be involved in the verification process, whose opinion will become decisive.

If the student does not agree with the assessment of the experts, he can appeal and the work will be rechecked again, but by completely different experts who are part of the appeal commission.

During the test, for each correctly completed task, primary points are awarded, which are then transferred to the usual 5-point grade for schoolchildren.

Point conversion scale

Although FIPI has developed a unified standardized scale for converting primary OGE scores into grades, in 2019 (as before) other norms can be officially approved at the local level, taking into account regional characteristics.

So, for 2018, the following score transfer tables were approved, which with a high degree of probability will be relevant in the 2018-2019 academic year.

After reviewing the document, you can see that when grading in the Russian language and mathematics (all levels), not only the total total score is taken into account.

So, in Russian, to get an estimate:

  • "4" you need to score at least 4 points for literacy with 25-33 total points;
  • "5" - at least 6 points for literacy with 34-39 total.

Special requirements for the evaluation of works in mathematics are dictated by the fact that two subjects are submitted for the exam: algebra and geometry. Accordingly, the student must not only reach the minimum threshold, but demonstrate a certain level of knowledge in each of the main school disciplines in the "mathematics" course.

Retake the OGE

In 2018, more than 1.3 million ninth-graders took the OGE, most of whom passed the tests without any problems. But, as always, there are those who received an "unsatisfactory" rating. What awaits such ninth graders? There are several options for the development of events:

  1. Retake, which allows students who have no more than 2 unsatisfactory results.
  2. An academic year-long break, during which the student gets the opportunity to better prepare for the exam (perhaps by individually studying with teachers).

Main State Exam (OGE)- This is the final exam for graduates of the 9th grade of high school.
By passing the final exams, the student confirms that he has mastered the program of basic general education.
Certification is required to move to grade 10 or enter colleges and technical schools.
Graduates of 9 classes pass at least 4 final exams:

  • 2 compulsory (Russian language and mathematics):
  • 2 optional (from the list of items).

Primary scores for the performance of the GIA examination work are converted into an assessment on a 5-point scale. The certificate puts the average between the mark obtained at the GIA and the annual in the subject.

The maximum number of points that an examinee can receive for completing the entire examination paper is 32 points. Of these, for the module "Algebra" - 14 points, for the module "Geometry" - 11 points, for the module "Real Mathematics" - 7 points.
The recommended minimum result of the examination work, indicating the development of the federal component of the educational standard in the subject area "Mathematics", is 8 points, scored in total for completing the tasks of all three modules, provided that at least 3 points of them in the "Algebra" module , at least 2 points in the "Geometry" module and at least 2 points in the "Real Mathematics" module.

The results of the exam can be used when enrolling students in specialized secondary school classes. Indicators can serve as a guideline for selection to specialized classes, examples of the lower bounds of which are given below:

  • for the natural science profile: 18 points, of which at least 10 in algebra, and at least 6 in geometry;
  • for economic profile: 18 points, of which at least 9 in algebra, 3 in geometry, 5 in real mathematics;
  • for physical and mathematical profile: 19 points, of which at least 11 in algebra, 7 in geometry.

When assessing literacy (GC1-GC4), the volume of presentation and essay should be taken into account.
The standards indicated in the table are used to check and evaluate the presentation and essay, the total volume of which is 140 or more words.
If the total volume of the essay and presentation is 70–139 words, then for each of the criteria GC1–GC4 no more than 1 point is given:
GK1 - 1 point is given if there are no spelling errors or one minor mistake is made;
GK2 - 1 point is given if there are no punctuation errors or one minor mistake is made;
GK3 - 1 point is given if there are no grammatical errors;
GK4 - 1 point is given if there are no speech errors.
If the presentation and the essay as a whole have less than 70 words, then such a work is evaluated by zero points according to the criteria of GK1-GK4. If the student has completed only one type of creative work (or
presentation, or essay), then the assessment according to the criteria of GK1-GK4 is also carried out in accordance with the amount of work:
- if the work has at least 140 words, then literacy is assessed according to the above table;
- if the work contains 70–139 words, then for each of the criteria GK1–GK4 no more than 1 point is given (see above);
- if the paper contains less than 70 words, then such work is evaluated by zero points according to the criteria of GK1-GK4.

In accordance with the procedure for conducting state final certification for educational programs of basic general education (order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated December 25, 2013 No. 1394 was registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on February 03, 2014 No. 31206) “48.
