The city, designed for one million inhabitants, will, among other things, have modern bridges, a Formula One track (Formula One) and even a separate airport. The total cost of the project is $100 billion, two of which will be spent on the construction of Azerbaijan Tower.
The skyscraper is planned to be completed by 2018-2019, the islands - by 2022. Azerbaijan Tower's main competitor will be the Kingdom Tower, another skyscraper that will be built in Saudi Arabia. According to the project, the height of this structure will be 1001 meters.
