The procedure for the OGE 2018 exam in Russian in grade 9.

Having received a package with examination materials, examinees sign all sheets or forms on which they will perform tasks. Signed sheets or forms are folded in the correct order at the workplace of the examinees and filled in by them during the exam.

First, the examinees listen to the original text. While reading the text, examinees are allowed to make notes in a draft. After the second reading of the text, the examinees state it concisely in writing. An audio recording is used to reproduce the text of the presentation.

Then the students get acquainted with the text for reading, which is presented to each of them in printed form. Examinees are invited to complete tasks related to the content and linguistic analysis of the read text.

During the tests, when performing all parts of the work, the examinees have the right to use a spelling dictionary.

The task with a detailed answer is checked by Russian language specialists who have undergone special training to check the tasks of the state final certification.

Specification
control measuring materials for carrying out
in 2018 the main state exam
In Russian

1. Appointment of KIM for OGE- to assess the level of general education in the Russian language of graduates of the ninth grade of general education organizations for the purpose of the state final certification of graduates. The results of the exam can be used when enrolling students in specialized secondary school classes.

The OGE is conducted in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ “On Education in the Russian Federation”.

2. Documents defining the content of KIM

3. Approaches to the selection of content, the development of the structure of KIM

Conceptual approaches to the formation of KIM for the OGE in the Russian language were determined by the specifics of the subject in accordance with the normative document specified in paragraph 2.

The competence-based approach outlined in the Federal component of the state standard for basic general education and implemented in the materials of the unified state exam was also reflected in the content of the examination work of the OGE. The work checks the linguistic competence of students (knowledge of language and speech; the ability to apply linguistic knowledge in working with language material, as well as identification, classification, analytical teaching and language skills). The degree of formation of language competence is indicated by the skills of students related to the observance of language norms (lexical, grammatical, stylistic, spelling, punctuation). Communicative competence is tested in the work at the level of students' possession of productive and receptive skills of speech activity.

The fulfillment by the examinees of the totality of the tasks presented in the work allows assessing the compliance of their level of preparation, achieved by the end of their studies in the basic school, with the state requirements for the level of preparation in the Russian language, which ensures the possibility of successfully continuing their studies in high school.

The exam paper for the OGE is built taking into account the variability: the examinees are given the right to choose one of the three essay options.

The system for evaluating individual tasks and examination work as a whole was created taking into account the requirements of the theory and practice of pedagogical measurements and domestic traditions of teaching the Russian language.

4. Characteristics of the structure and content of KIM

Each CMM variant consists of three parts and includes 15 tasks that differ in form and level of complexity.
