I welcome you today into the Love and Light of our Creator. I am Anamar, lover of Aurelia and member of the Council of Elders in Telos. Standing next to me is Adama, the High Priest of Telos and the leader of our mission of universal reunification with the energies of Lemuria. It is my voice that you hear now, when I want to publicly acknowledge the divine union that binds me to my Aurelia.
Adama and I send boundless blessings to all those whose eyes rest on these pages and to all with whom they share their energy. Our joy today is to be with our beloved Aurelia as we witness her own evolutionary journey and discovery. All the wisdom that she discovers for herself, she processes in her heart and then presents it to the world. For this we honor her very much.
Together our energies create a trinity of expression as we are aspects of the same soul. We have all lived many lifetimes in the heart of Mount Shasta. Our souls are united in the mission of Light - to spread throughout our great Mother Earth the teachings and, most importantly, the vibration of the Heart of Lemuria. That the third book of the Telos series is brought to you at this time of great Earth change is a manifestation of great love and great support for the many kingdoms of Light in Telos and beyond. I am sure that you have already noticed the beginning of these changes to cleanse and transform your planet into Her magnificent destiny. Accept this cleansing of the Earth, because it is absolutely necessary for the "Mother" to restore her body, which has been so desecrated.
The material presented here has been given to continue to lift your heart and mind to a new level of your Christlikeness and mastery. If you choose to move with the destiny of the Earth and develop your consciousness to live in a world of pure Love and Light, it is now more necessary for you than ever before to awaken the perception of your true divinity and make it the priority and most important goal of your life. You need to achieve full awareness of what it means to become an ascending being, the state of consciousness and responsibility that comes with it. You have been playing the game of division and karma for too long. Too many of you still hold many illusions about the level of consciousness you need to achieve in order to fully embody your divinity and fulfill your heart's yearning for that sublime soul alchemy that Ascension brings.
You need to prepare the Garden of your Heart in order to come to consciousness and responsibility as citizens of the galaxy. To mingle as equals with your brothers and sisters from the Stars, you must weed out from this garden everything that is less than divine Love, refining and transforming it, diligently and with great constancy, fully awakening to the understanding of your true nature as a divine being. You need to reunite in complete Unity and Trust with your Source, the Creator of All That Is, the Heart of pure Love and Light. This is what will give you freedom, beloved. All those of us who transmitted material for our third book have already reached this level of Love; and with great compassion and humility we try to show you how you can achieve the same thing yourself.
Our beloved Aurelia could not convey this material until she had achieved much of the awareness of the level of Love and Trust in the Garden of her Heart required to enter the world of "Oneness". She agreed to include in this book some of her dialogues with us about her difficulties and frustrations in reaching the level she has now reached. She agreed to do this for your benefit and to expose her own agony to you. The point of this is to show you that what one can achieve, everyone else can also achieve.
Basically, although everyone manifests their problems and difficulties in different ways, they all stem from the same basic problems. The Divinity in each of you who are not yet fully awakened represents a cell of pure Love from the Heart of the Creator. You have never been separated. We are very grateful to our channel for the effort she put into weeding the Garden of her Heart and Soul to be able to write about it to help you all take the next step on your path to the “Sun of your Divinity.”

I dedicate this work to the great cause of the revival of Lemurian consciousness on the planet, a consciousness created directly by the great Source of Love of the zone years ago. Fifth dimensional consciousness brought to Earth by beings; who made up the Lemurian race, washed the Earth with heavenly waves of pure grace for millions of years. Then the time came when humanity wanted to experience separation from the love of its Source.
For all of you reading this book now and wanting to open your hearts to this love, the consciousness and teachings of Lemuria offer the very keys and support that we all need to realize our personal and planetary evolution.
I also dedicate this work to the great goddess Lemuria, my beloved Adama and Anamara, and the High Lemurian Council of Telos from whom I have received so much love and support over the centuries. Chapter One
A New Dream for the Planet
Once again I send my heartfelt greetings to your heart. It gives me pleasure to talk with you again. The topic you have chosen this time is especially dear to my heart. I really want to emphasize to all of our readers how important it is that everyone, especially the lightworkers on this planet, begin to create in their hearts and souls a picture of the new world that you want to live in and that you want to be a part of. If your heart's desire is to overcome the routine conditions of modern life on the surface of the Earth and transition to an enlightened, happy lifestyle, then you must right now let go of the old paradigm that has kept you in bondage and suffering for so long.
You have all heard the ancient proverb “if there is no prospect, people die.” This ancient saying is very significant and timely at the crossroads that humanity and the planet are at right now. We who live in Telos and other underground cities have maintained a vision of this new world for you for a very long time. Please understand that we simply cannot do everything for you. According to divine law, people living on the surface of the Earth must contribute. The time has come when you must begin to dream about it every day, quite consciously, and choose the new world in all your hopes, thoughts, feelings and aspirations.
At the beginning of the last century, the beloved Master Saint Germain, with great determination and devotion, turned to the Divine and the Galactic Federation of Light for powerful guidance. He asked that the “flame of freedom” be released onto Earth once again. Finally, after much deliberation and numerous meetings with various Divinity Councils, the Galactic Federation of your solar system and several planetary councils, permission was granted. Freedom is one of the many attributes of the “violet flame of transformation.”
CHAPTER 2
The last wars on this planet
Candle of Hope
Greetings, dear friends, this is Adama.
I'm so glad to have the opportunity to meet you again. This evening I want to bring a “candle of hope” to your hearts. I want to give you an expanded understanding of the conflicts that are possible or are already taking place on your planet. Many of us from Telos join me as I speak to wrap you in a wonderful blanket of love, peace and protection.
Many people on the surface of the Earth live in fear and depression due to these events, which can cause injustice and violence against humanity. You ask why these conflicts cannot be stopped as a result of the great gifts of love, prayer, meditation and peace marches that millions of people on the planet have started. You wonder why the efforts of so many brave souls who have given everything they have to try to bring peace to the Earth and her dear children have not been enough.
It's not that you as a team haven't done enough, believe me!
You have done your best and your Creator has heard your prayers. He heard your cries for help and witnessed your intentions to live on a peaceful planet. Never in the history of the Earth has humanity united on such a broad basis to demand peace on Earth. All heaven watched your efforts with awe and praise and vigorously supported them. With the love and solidarity you have shown, you have attracted the attention of billions of space brothers from numerous universes and galaxies who have come here as observers. Now they, as one huge group, have “energetically” joined you in your quest to establish peace on this planet.
We have been holding 24-hour prayer vigils in Telos with all of you. We are prepared to assist you in a safe transition to the next stage of your evolutionary process, which will greatly ease your pain, your problems and your worries.
Understand that there is a small group of people on the planet who believe that it “belongs” to them. They also arrogantly believe that they can do whatever they want, regardless of the price they have to pay and how much pain and suffering it causes to humanity and the Earth. To maintain the status quo of control and manipulation, they need to keep you all enslaved by any means and to any extremes you allow them. They also want to maintain their ownership of 90 percent of the planet's wealth, while the rest of humanity must be content with sharing a measly 10 percent.
CHAPTER 3
France
France emits a very bright pink color, appearing almost white at the edges, which is warmest in the heart of the country, in the Paris region. The lightworkers who incarnated in France during this period of planetary transformation carry the pure vibrations of the Heart of Lemuria. While we recognize that there are beings in all regions of the planet who carry the same vibrations, an unusually large number of them have chosen to incarnate in France at this time. They also incarnated in huge numbers in the other two countries mentioned above as children of the Lemurian Goddess, representing the heart and love consciousness of Lemuria.
This choice was made in part because of the trauma that had befallen France over much of the previous three centuries, in the form of several major wars and a revolution that forever changed the country's governmental structures. In particular, the lasting effects of what is called World War II necessitated a significant alignment of the energies in this region with those of the Jewish race. The understanding regarding the Jewish race that a significant part of the world adhered to throughout the existence of this civilization is incorrect.
The Jewish race has held the energies of the Divine Masculine in the consciousness of the Earth since humanity first appeared on this planet. This does not mean that others did not bring Christ energies to the planet, but the Jewish race, which persisted as the true genetic race, existed to maintain the pure spark of the Divine Masculine that entered into the Divine Feminine eons ago. In this sense, the Jewish race is an integral part of the Lemurian identity, which has maintained this connection in its culture since the appearance of the Divine Source on this planet. We recognize that the vibration carried by the Jewish race has retained its authenticity through thousands of years of attempts to distort it. This was achieved by requiring maternal lineage to maintain the structure and purity of the race's DNA.
As is the case with many religions on the surface of the Earth, the modern dogma that has grown up around the Jewish religion no longer contains the original vibration transmitted from God eons ago. The source of the vibration itself is preserved in the consciousness of the being that is your Mother Earth, and provides for her continuity of identity. This primordial vibration is also contained in the DNA of all those who had incarnations in the “Jewish” race, including in the Lemurian and Atlantean eras. This primordial vibration is also present to one degree or another in all beings who are currently incarnated on this planet. The Hebrew language also retains much of the original energetic vibration and has been an element of many teachings and traditions rediscovered in your recent past. These ancient teachings have now been fully explored and brought back to the world.
Quebec
Quebec also has a deep connection to this vibration. The colors coming from Quebec show a combination of peach with an emerald green center. The heart of Quebec is in the Montreal area, and much is being done to prepare Montreal to become a center for the dissemination of the Lemurian teachings of healing work. The French-speaking population of Quebec has maintained their language as a heart connection to the heart vibration of France. Quebec was originally created as an outpost of this vibration and as the apex of a triangle transmitting energies directly to the planet's North Pole. This connection with the pole is also an element of the lattice characteristic that makes possible the transfer of energies from the interior of the Earth into this triangle, and from there to other parts of the overall lattice.
Quebec's proximity to the United States is also important. Each of these countries or regions that are part of this trinity is directly connected to another country that retains colossal energies of destruction, violence and separation from the energies of the Divine Source from the past at the governmental and administrative levels. France maintains such a connection with Germany, and Brazil with Argentina. In each of these cases, the female heart energies of France, Quebec (and other regions of Canada) and Brazil exist to compensate for the colossal mistrust of the feminine principle of the distorted patriarchal governments of the United States, Germany and Argentina.
Many of those who committed significant acts of violence in Germany during World War II escaped retribution in their home countries by fleeing to the United States or Argentina. They helped create vibrations of mistrust, violence and chaos. This mistrust has become a very significant component of anti-Semitism, as you call it in your countries. The energy of anti-Semitism and the acts that have been allowed to be committed in its wake represent attacks on the Divine Masculine by those who fear the Divine Feminine.
In fact, these three countries - Germany, Argentina and the United States - form their own triangle of energies, which allows significant imbalance and disharmony to spread in these countries. Their reconnection with the heart energies of Lemuria is facilitated by the grid of France, Quebec and Brazil, which has been and remains our most important tool for restoring a higher level of harmony in these regions.
The prevailing energies in Germany, Argentina and the United States directed against the Jews indicate the high level of balancing that is now taking place on our planet. Those whose level of mistrust is the highest move to the highest level of fear, while the Divine light burns brighter every day. In fact, those who have previously incarnated as Jews, even if they are not currently of the Jewish race, will be called to serve as carriers of this vibration. She represents the true Divine spark of inspiration that must now merge with the energy of the goddess of this planet, reconnecting with the energy of the Earth in a way unprecedented since Her origin.
Brazil
Brazil provides communication with the South Pole of the planet. The colors it emits are very pleasing to the eye, and include shades of yellow, red and blue, as well as all the colors of the spectrum existing on the surface of the Earth that these three basic colors can produce. This is a consequence of the highly crystalline nature of Brazil. In fact, it is one huge, highly prismatic generation crystal. Brazil is a transmitter of heartfelt and healing energies coming from France, Quebec and the northern hemisphere of the planet to its southern hemisphere.
The work currently being done in these three countries reflects the vast number of very highly evolved souls who have now incarnated within them to hold the energies of this very important grid and serve its purposes. Through this grid, the heart energies of Lemuria are manifested in those regions on the surface of the Earth that need them most. It is truly a fair feeling, shared by many, that these regions will be the first with which the inhabitants of the planet's interior and the Star Brothers will come into contact. In fact, the first phase of manifestation has already taken place due to the fact that a huge number of beings have incarnated or “inhabited” others in these countries. Now the only issue is for the masses of these people to enter the greater world.
Those who are so eager to come into contact with you are, in essence, other aspects of “you” in another time, space and other dimensions. Many of you are extensions in the physical world of souls living inside the Earth, in other galaxies and universes. The more aspects of your multidimensional selves you can communicate and integrate with, the sooner the surface dimension will recognize and reflect this fact.

CHAPTER 4
Chapter Five
Impact on the mental body.
In the mental body, drugs affect character and level of honesty, and also significantly distort life motivation. Instead of living to achieve high goals, life often turns into an obsession and the pursuit of making money in any possible way to buy even more of these substances. By maintaining this state of consciousness, the addict dulls and clouds his mind. Drug addiction can often cause genetic consequences in two or three generations of offspring, which may result in various physical, emotional or mental weaknesses. Children born into families that genetically inherit such problems may be souls who have chosen to be born into this type of situation in order to complete karma brought over from past incarnations when they indulged in drug abuse or other addictions.
Effect on the physical body.
On the physical plane, drugs and any addictive addictions lower the vibrations of the body. Some people are genetically very strong and do not seem to be physically affected. For most drug addicts, the brain and emotional body are negatively affected. It is impossible to consciously and carelessly suppress your body through various abuses in one incarnation and enjoy having a healthy and strong body in the next. According to divine law, if you are given a strong and healthy body, but you abuse it, then karma will return to you in your next life. It is for this reason that your children are born with numerous diseases, and you wonder why this happens. What did they do to deserve this? On a human level you can never understand because you don't know the whole story. Even if you looked into the astrological or akashic records, human consciousness would only be able to perceive a small part of the whole picture.
In general, people experiencing drug addiction do not tend to nourish their bodies with the foods they need to keep them balanced and vital. The imbalances caused in the body do not stimulate these people to change their lifestyle. They are, at the very least, poorly nourished, which is part of the syndrome of self-denial and self-hatred. This means that they do not value themselves as divine beings, and also do not value the opportunity in this life. The body needs to be fed several times a day with natural and nutritious food that retains as much vitality as possible. Many of you are asking if we still have a physical nature like you, so that we can be seen and touched. Others claim that we are completely ethereal, meaning that we no longer have physical bodies that are physically visible and tangible in your dimension. For the sake of clarity, let me explain that we have now evolved into beings vibrating at the frequency of the fifth dimension, with bodies that have achieved a state of immortality and complete perfection. We chose to keep them dense enough to be visible and tactile when we need it without feeling constrained. The original solar design of our bodies is the same as yours.
Our DNA is the same that you had before you allowed yourself to mutate into that high density that you have been stunned on the surface of the Earth for a very long time. Our DNA has continued to evolve and our bodies are no longer subject to degradation and aging. Although we feel as physical as you in our bodies, lowering our vibrations to the third dimensional level is no longer comfortable for us.
Most of us have the ability to move freely across multiple dimensions, which gives us considerable agility, freedom and enjoyment.
Our physical bodies have reached the level of perfection that you hope for. Therefore, we function at a much higher frequency than you. Our physical bodies always function with the perfection intended by the Creator. At their core, your bodies and ours have the same potential, they are created according to the same divine blueprint.
This means, dear ones, that in a few short years, as your awareness rises from the limitations and judgments of the third dimensional frequency to the awareness and unconditional love of the fifth dimension, you will all learn to raise the vibrational frequency of your body, just as we have done. In our belief system, we know that our bodies were created as perfect, magnificent machines, designed to live for thousands of years without any sign of illness, aging or dying. This concept is completely natural to us, as it is our common experience. We can do everything and make our bodies immortal. We have completely mastered immortality, and no one among us looks more than 40 years old, although we may be 15 thousand years old or more. Some of us in Telos are over 30,000 but look as if they were 3 5. We don't have hospitals, nursing homes, nurses, doctors, dentists, health insurance, or anything like that.
When we eat, we consume only the purest, highest vibrational food we can produce, completely organic and balanced with minerals that keep our bodies forever strong and youthful. 98 percent of the food you eat is modified and toxic due to the addition of artificial chemicals such as chemical preservatives, artificial flavor enhancers, herbicides, pesticides, deep pasteurization and more.
We would say that most of your food is poorly grown, very artificial and lacks vitality.
By the time you eat it, it has already aged, mutated, lost its natural nutrients and retains a tiny amount of vitality.
What you eat and how you eat is not conducive to maintaining strong and healthy bodies in a state of immortality. Read the ingredient labels on all the foods you put into your mouth and you will begin to notice how artificial and synthetic your food is. As a general rule, you shouldn't buy food if, when you read the ingredient names on the label, you can't read them easily, don't know what they are, or can't pronounce them without stuttering.
We observe what people on the surface of the Earth feed their bodies and souls daily, and we are amazed that your bodily condition is not even worse, considering the way you feed them and how you treat them. The “diseases and illnesses” you feel in your body are nothing but reflections of your lifestyle and your consciousness.
The way you eat and live would be fatal to us. Unfortunately, on the surface - most of you, without even thinking - accept this and consider it the norm. To make the so-called "discoveries in the field of health", you do not need scientists and the Ministry of Health, you need an awakening of consciousness, a deep respect for your physical body.
It's no surprise that your bodies begin to age soon after reaching the age of thirty. Dear ones, return to nature - it will not let you down. Your emotional overload also has a profound impact on your physical well-being. Thousands of you in America and around the world work in indoor spaces without access to fresh air, breathing conditioned air all day while your body sits at a computer or desk with a telephone receiver in hand. By the time you get home, you're too tired to exercise or cook a "real meal" and too often rely on microwaved convenience foods.
Moreover, look at the liquids you drink. You drink almost exclusively water that contains harmful substances, such as synthetic chlorine and fluoride compounds and some other water disinfection chemicals. 95 percent of your water supplies come through pipes and are contaminated in some way. Check where your water comes from and what is done to it to make it supposedly “safe and potable.” Although the water you drink is considered safe drinking water by your standards, it no longer has any healing, rejuvenating properties.
Think about how much coffee, soda, beer, spirits of all kinds and other synthetic drinks are sold and bought every day throughout the world. Your bodies need regular cleansing. To maintain your body in a state of constant health, you need to drink crystal clear, “unadulterated” water every day.
All diseases and illnesses have the same cause, no matter what names your medical authorities give them!
They are caused by genetic, nutritional, mental and emotional imbalances and toxic substances. All of this can be corrected quite easily with a little more enlightenment and a desire to respect your body and your embodiment. The labels that your medical establishment offers as names for diseases are very relative. They are simply an acknowledgment of how these imbalances are manifesting in the bodies of your personalities.

Adama: Greetings my friends, this is Adama from Telos. We, your friends, the Lemurians from Telos, are happy to share our knowledge with you.
You all know that there will soon be a time of great change on this planet. Many have repeatedly stated that these changes have been talked about for a very long time, but in fact everything is happening very slowly. Many would like to speed up this process and finish it faster. Beloved, in this case, be prepared and do not lose your vigilance. In 2006, 2007 and 2008 you will see and experience many of the changes you have been waiting for, although not all of them will happen the way you thought.
Beloved Ones, understand that many of the changes you expected have indeed been delayed. Some of them have already been implemented; but they did not happen as clearly as they could have happened if they had happened only two or three years ago. Other predictable or predicted changes occurred on a smaller scale or were milder than what was previously presented to you. Did you notice this?
